A su vez, en la cinta iremos viendo los eventos que Jonathan llevaba a cabo para presentar Superbia, mientras en paralelo se muestra lo que fue el musical Tick, tick…Boom!. Esta mezcla funciona bien, y le da un toque original al título.

En la trama, se enfocan en mostrar el lado duro de tener determinada tu vocación, que no basta tener talento o trabajo duro, que en el proceso de alcanzar algo hay más derrotas que victorias. Por este lado no veo ningún problema. En el aspecto músical, hay grandes escenas como la que comienza la película, pero hay otras que a mi parecer no funcionan. Por suerte la mayoría de las escenas musicales si entretienen, logrando crear un buen espectáculo.
In the plot, they focus on showing the hard side of having determined your vocation, that it is not enough to have talent or hard work, that in the process of achieving something there are more defeats than victories. On this side I don't see any problem. In the musical aspect, there are great scenes like the one that starts the movie, but there are others that in my opinion don't work. Luckily most of the musical scenes do entertain, creating a good show.
Andrew Garfield se roba totalmente la atención en esta ocasión, su trabajo actoral es bastante destacable en este título. En momentos que escribo estas líneas ya ganó el Globo de Oro 2022 a mejor actor de comedia o musical, tal vez logre consagrarse con un Oscar.

En general es una tinta muy entretenida de ver, que mientras disfrutas las diversas escenas musicales y la buena actuación de Garfield, puedes ver el proceso de luchar por tu vocación. Bastante recomendable.
