Before starting this review, I asked myself with all my heart how I could recommend this story and share it with the whole family—because I with my son and Daughter that i dont have, I’d be over the moon watching it with them hahaha 😝😝... What I saw in the film was pure abstract art—in terms of the radical nature of the story being told, the music to be heard, and the reflections on true liberation and sexual expression—in a film that constantly pokes fun at itself but does so with enviable mischief and conviction, as if the film were a person with very red lips who has shed the hypocritical mask of propriety, letting the true nature of the human being shine through—without complexes or taboos that would hold them back from the pleasurable sins of truly living 💋💋

Antes de empezar esta reseña me pregunte a mi mismo con todo mi ser el como hago para recomendar y hacer llegar esta historia para toda la familia porque yo con mis hij@s que no tengo pues la veria feliz de la vida ajjaja 😝😝... es Arte Abstracto Puro lo que vi en el film en cuanto a lo radical de la historia a contar, musica a escuchar y reflexiones de verdadera liberacion y expresion sexual en un film que continuamente se burla de si mismo pero lo hace con una picardia y conviccion envidiables, como si el film fuese una persona con labios muy rojos que se ha quitado la mascara hipocrita de los modales dejando salir lo verdadero del ser humano sin complejos ni tabus que lo cohiban a los pecados placenteros de verdaderamente vivir 💋💋
Rocky Horror Picture Show es un film de 1975 que tiene un abanico de personalidades en sus personajes protagonistas que encantan por la interaccion exotica de algunos de ellos y mojigata moderna de otros que hace salir de su zona de comfort a aquellos personajes y audiencia que tienen una mente en extremo cuadrada, santurrona y aburrida
Es un film que se inspira en la Ciencia Ficcion de Frankenstein pero lo hace tan bien que terminas olvidandote de Frankenstein y adoptando con los brazos y piernas abiertas a su version Travesti, como no hacerlo con todo el Caos Sexual que atraviesan los protagonistas donde destaco a Janet interpretada por Susan Sarandon quien considero es quien obtiene una verdadera liberacion gracias a el Dr Frank y su creacion monstruosa de la noche 😱😱

What Tim Curry radiates through this character is the absolute definition of self-confidence, assurance in his manner of expression, and narcissistic self-esteem—he even breaks the fourth wall with a defiant gaze and facial expression that Curry exploits masterfully, along with his powerful voice, exaggerated gestures, and dental structure that many with imperfect teeth will envy, hahaha 😅😅
I’m a huge fan of cult cinema; some films are ahead of their time, and others—like The Rocky Horror Picture Show—are truly timeless. Just look at how productions today struggle to forcefully include diversity through various characters, often with little success 🫤🫤. In this movie, Curry brings to life a character who is a sweet transvestite… and it suits him perfectly—he was simply born for this role 🤯🤯
On a personal note, the first time I saw Tim act was in Charlie's Angels. It's amazing to me to see how fit Tim was for that movie—which I highly recommend—since I always thought he had a potbelly, haha.... I guess the guy really enjoyed the rich and delicious rewards of the good life, haha 😅😅
Alocada, Promiscua, Violenta, Ilogica, Manipuladora, Nostalgica y Divertida son el conjunto de elementos que considero mejor describen al personaje del Dr Frank N Furter interpretado por Tim Curry en quien mas voy a enfocar esta reseña ya que es un tributo a su legado cinematografico, el cual es plenamente amplio, siendo este film para mi, el que le otorga una eternidad insuperable 🤯🤯
Por ejemplo en It hay muchos que eligen como favorito al que recientemente dio vida al ser Payaso pero en este film no veo a otra persona que logre dar vida, originalidad o algun aporte individual de gran valor artistico al personaje del Dr Frank 😃😃
Lo que irradia Tim Curry a traves de este personaje es la definicion absoluta de la autoconfianza, seguridad en la forma de expresarse y autoestima narcisa que inclusive rompe la cuarta pared con una mirada y expresion facial desafiante que Curry explota muy bien junto con su poderosa voz, gestos exagerados y estructura dental que muchos con dientes imperfectos envidiarán jajaj 😅😅
Soy muy fan del Cine de Culto, algunas cintas estan adelantadas a sus epocas y otras como Rocky Horror Picture Show son en realidad atemporales, fíjense como en la actualidad se lucha forzadamente en producciones para hacer inclusion fallida a traves de variados personajes 🫤🫤. En esta pelicula Curry da vida positiva a alguien que es un Dulce Travesti de Transexual.... y le queda genial, simplemente el hombre nacio para este rol 🤯🤯
Un detalle personal es que la primera interpretacion de Tim que vi fue en Angeles de Charlie, me es increible ver la condicion fisica de Tim para esta pelicula que les recomiendo ya que siempre pense el era panzon jaja.... El Hombre supongo vivio las ricas y sabrosas consecuencias de la buena vida jaja 😅😅

Soy fan tambien del Cine en Blanco y Negro, es un tipo de Cine que no volvera, entonces me es grato haberme dado cuenta a la primera y sin ayuda que la cancion al inicio de la pelicula con labios muy rojos que cubren toda la pantalla menciona elementos que son peliculas, personajes o actores y actrices de aquella ya antigua epoca en blanco y negro 🤩🤩
