I’m a man who enjoys solitude, I like the idea of living as a hermit,writing this at midnight with the cold breeze coming in through my open window, watching the peace of the night without anyone disturbing me. Right now, tranquility is what I’m all about. During this lovely moment of peace, I remembered a documentary that celebrates the diverse forms of life in nature,creatures that see the same sky as we do, day and night.

Island of The Sea Wolves es un documental que pueden disfrutar de ver en Netflix, tiene estructura de microserie, como se que el tiempo es oro, este producto corto te va a permitir ver algo tranquilo, corto y entretenido asociado con el topico natural y vida salvaje.
I’m sharing the trailer for this documentary on Netflix’s YouTube channel with you. It’ll show you what the struggle for survival is like in an island ecosystem off the coast of Vancouver. I liked this because I’ve been watching documentaries about Africa—like Our Planet and others set in different ecosystems—for a long time, and while those are fantastic, in this case, the unique aspect of it being set on an island really stands out to me. It’s a great feature that gives this documentary I’m recommending a distinct character of its own.
That said, there are two pretty major issues that still baffle me today, the title of this documentary and the cover art featuring wolves. I think the marketing failed miserably there because the wolves aren’t the main characters, the real star is the island and all the many species that live there.... it’s not just wolves 😐😐
Les comparto el Trailer del documental en el canal de youtube de Netflix, les enseñara lo que es la lucha por la vida en un ecosistema del tipo Isla en Vancouver, esto me agrado porque llevo mucho tiempo viendo documentales de Africa como Our Planet entre otros ecosistemas que son buenisimos pero en este caso el toque diferente de ser una isla me parece bastante llamativo, un buen punto que le da cierta caracteristica individual a este documental que les estoy recomendando.
Eso si, dos puntos bastante criticos que aun hoy me desconciertan es el nombre de este producto y la portada de los lobos, pienso que alli el marketing fallo enormemente porque los lobos no son los protagonistas, la verdadera protagonista es la Isla y toda la gran cantidad de especies que hacen vida alli.... no es solo lobos 😐😐
In my case, my favorites were definitely the groundhogs, hahaha 🐹🐹, those big rodents reminded me that I still need to watch Groundhog Day with Bill Murray 😜😜. They’re just so visually funny to me—they remind me of that viral capybara dance video and, honestly, of that animal itself. Wow! They look exactly alike to me—so much so that I had to ask artificial intelligence if they were the same species 😅😅
What can I say? They made me laugh—marmots are so funny—and that’s exactly why I’m highlighting the criticism of this documentary’s title even more. The title should be “Vancouver Island,” which is actually what I’m doing by recommending it, because it’s very likely that you’ll see an animal you identify with, like bears, for example.
En mi caso indudablemente mis favoritos fueron las marmotas jajaja 🐹🐹, esos roedores grandotes me recordaron que tengo pendiente de ver El Dia de La Marmota con Bill Murray 😜😜, en si son visualmente muy graciosos para mi, me recuerda al video viral del baile Capibara y en si a ese animal, wow! es que me parecen identicos, es tanto asi que tuve que preguntar a la inteligencia artificial si eran la misma especie 😅😅
Que les puedo decir, me hicieron reir, son muy divertidas las marmotas y justo por eso resalto mas la critica al nombre de este documental, el titulo debe ser Isla Vancouver que es de hecho lo que estoy haciendo al recomendarla porque es muy probable que ustedes vean algun animal con el que se identifiquen como por ejemplo Osos.
For example, my friend @elbuhito is a bird lover—you can tell by her name, haha— In this documentary, bird lovers will have an episode to watch about the life of a very unique bird—you can see the Bald Eagle on this island. This surprised me because I mistakenly thought they were all extinct, but I see that some are still alive, although you have to be very careful around them and how they metaphorically set the rest of the world free, haha 😅😅
Even though I’m a fan of marmots, the eagle steals the funniest moment in the documentary. I hope you’ll check it out, and keep an eye out for what one of these little friends does in one of the episodes—it’s hilarious, haha 😂😂
It’s an entertaining documentary to watch while you learn about this island, which is home to a wide variety of little animals that make me wonder how they ended up in that tiny corner of the world.
Por ejemplo mi amiga @elbuhito es fan de las aves, lo notaran por su nombre jaja, en este documental los fans de las aves tendran su episodio para ver la vida de un ave bien particular, pueden ver La Aguila Calva de esta isla, esto ultimo me sorprendio porque pense erroneamente estaban todas extintas pero veo algunas viven, aunque hay que tener mucho cuidado con ellas y el como dan libertad al resto del mundo metaforicamente hablando jaja 😅😅
A pesar de ser fan de las marmotas, el aguila se lleva el momento mas graciosos del documental, espero se animen a ver y atentos a lo que una de estas amiguitas en unos de los episodios hace porque es hilarante jaja 😂😂
Documental entretenido de ver mientras adquieres conocimiento de esta Isla con gran variedad de animalitos que me hacen preguntarme como llegaron a ese pequeño punto del mundo.
