It was amazing! Had all the humor and breaking of the fourth wall that we expected after the first movie and was never boring. Like I had said in my previous post, I did miss like the first 20 minutes of the movie but apparently I didn’t miss much.
Spoiler Alert
All I missed was the girl dying. I came in when Cable was being introduced (later on Deadpool even refers to him as Thanos, the role he played in Avengers). Overall, there were great action scenes thanks to Juggernaut, Cable and Colossus along with lots of gore, guts and gross stuff (there was one scene where Deadpool literally had to grow legs because his body was ripped into two).
There was a nice happy ending and everything where Russell did not commit murder, Juggernaut was defeated and Deadpool died but came back thanks to time travel (Cable is from the future and time-travelled to kill Russell because he would kill Cable’s family in the future).
I personally loved the movie and the various hilarious refereces it made. Ryan Reynolds was funny and, although Domino’s character wasn’t really fleshed out she was still pretty funny. It was just what I needed after my exams because all that dark humor fed me tortured soul.
Shout out to Peter for best cameo!!
