My tastes in television are an eclectic thing, I can live passionate about dense dramas full of complex characters and settings that are difficult to understand, I can also enjoy light series that seek fleeting entertainment without neglecting technical neatness, that have a good direction and presentation visual, dialogues, effective performances and most importantly: a premise that he manages to catch from the first moment.
Although Ted Lasso falls below the average when it comes to several of these points, it is undeniable that the first episode of him has a plot that not only captivates us from the start, but also has all the potential in the world to improve in the long term. . The first bars of him manage to feel fresh in times that desperately beg for series of this style.
Brought to you as a cross between drama and comedy and partially inspired by a series of premier league promotional shorts created by NBC Sports, Ted Lasso is an Apple TV + exclusive creation that is quite difficult to categorize.
