Another Friday of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, with Steel Ball Run, took place last week. It's amazing how each episode reveals more about Gyro's past, and this was one of those episodes that focused heavily on his past, but not in the way that long filler episodes and stories that don't matter as much to the main plot as some anime do...
The episode was packed with action, and while the revelation that Gyro has ties to royalty and that his father was an executioner was quite relevant, in the manga this information had already been partially revealed by one of the Boom Boom family members, who stated that people from his country were after him.
This information begins to connect during this fifth episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Steel Ball Run, where the enemy hunting Gyro was one of the prisoners Gyro's father had imprisoned, so much so that Gyro said his father should have eliminated him. With this, we can tell that someone has placed a bounty on Gyro's head, and it's quite possible that these are prisoners connected to the country and Gyro's father.
I'll be much appreaciated if you Votes, Reblogs or give any Tips. Thanks and have good reading! 🍀
An Explosive Episode in JoJo Steel Ball Run!
The question of who is after Gyro is made quite clear by the episode title, which indicates the enemy comes from a distant country. And in this episode, the opponent is Oyecomova, who, incidentally, almost managed to defeat Joestar, Tim, and Gyro without even having appeared beforehand. That's the magic of JoJo; the villains have powers that are truly capable of completely eliminating the protagonist.
For those who have already watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4 and remember the Stand Killer Queen, you'll have a good idea of how this villain's ability in SBR works, although Kira's abilities in Part 4 were much stronger. Oyecomova's Stand is like a pin that acts as a time bomb on anything it touches.
At the beginning of the episode, it seemed that this bomb only worked when it touched a person directly, but it was soon shown that the level of this ability can be quite dangerous. Mountain Tim was caught off guard at the start while trying to find out who was after Gyro. When he touched the enemy, the explosion occurred, but he seems to remain alive, using his ability to separate his body into parts during the explosion.
The opponent's abilities in this episode were surprising. It was very difficult to prevent the bomb's pin from coming out, and in the end, even the air he came into contact with while smoking or the water he touched generated a time bomb with a pin.
And in the end, even the bees gained a pin, and when the pin came out, a considerable explosion occurred, enough to incapacitate Mountain Tim during the episode, even though he was a Stand user.
At the end, we notice that Johnny Joestar has evolved his ability, and the strange thing is that he can do things with his spin ability that Gyro can't, like making a fingernail fly while stationary. It's interesting to follow this improvement in Johnny's use of his abilities and see that the Joestar and Gyro duo remain unbeatable.

Obrigado e boa leitura! 🍀
An Explosive Episode in JoJo Steel Ball Run!
