No había entendido del todo la referencia que se hacia sobre esta frase de "solo hace falta tener un mal día para convertirse en un asesino" hasta que vi esta serie de cuatro capítulos lleno de suspenso.

Last night however was a bad day and not precisely for me, but for the vicar of the series "Inside man (desde adentro)". I didn't quite understand the reference to the phrase "it only takes one bad day to become a murderer" until I watched this suspenseful four-part series.

Aun no entiendo la razón por la cual solo son cuatro capítulos, pues hay mucha tela que cortar, tantos temas, detalles interesantes y también me ha dejado con muchas ganas de saber el final. Mas que solo ver las consecuencias de un mal día, me hubiese encantado saber más sobre la historia de quien para mi, es la pieza clave de toda esta trama.

I still don't understand the reason why there are only four chapters, because there is a lot of fabric to cut, so many themes, interesting details and it has also left me wanting to know the end. More than just seeing the consequences of a bad day, I would have loved to know more about the story of who for me, is the key piece of this whole plot.

Se supone que este personaje esta preso por haber asesinado y mutilado a su esposa, sin embargo en el desarrollo de la trama te hace sentir como si fuese una victima, no porque diga lo contrario cuando se le acusa, sino por la "humildad" y serenidad al decir constantemente que él fue y que todo castigo que se le venga encima es justo y necesario.

This character is supposed to be in prison for having murdered and mutilated his wife, however in the development of the plot he makes you feel as if he were a victim, not because he says the opposite when he is accused, but because of the "humility" and serenity when he constantly says that he did it and that any punishment that comes his way is just and necessary.

Sin embargo hay ciertos eventos fuera de la cárcel que va dando pista sobre lo que realmente pudo suceder, sobre todo porque en el capitulo final se hace una comparación muy directa entre el vicario y él, algo así como "ahora puedes entenderme porque estamos en la misma", eso he entendido y me hace pensar que realmente no es un asesino del todo.

However there are certain events outside the prison that gives clues about what really could have happened, especially because in the final chapter there is a very direct comparison between the vicar and him, something like "now you can understand me because we are in the same", I understood that and it makes me think that he is not really a murderer at all.

Una de las cosas que me llama la atención es que constantemente también juega con la mente de las personas que suelen juzgarle, es como una forma de decirles que tienen que ver más allá de lo que pueden ver, se trata de percibir, ir mucho más de lo evidente y pensar un poco en lo que no podría ser que termina siendo evidente.

Es increíble o más bien me sorprendí de la misma manera en la que este personaje conecta con todo de una forma pragmática con una periodista que esta interesada en saber su historia pero a la vez quiere saber sobre el paradero de una persona que conoció varios días atrás y que le salvo de un acoso sexual en el tren.

It's amazing or rather I was surprised by the way this character connects with everything in a pragmatic way with a journalist who is interested in knowing her story but at the same time wants to know about the whereabouts of a person she met several days ago and who saved her from sexual harassment on the train.

Lo que aún no entiendo del todo es el rol de esta mujer quien es la tutora del hijo del vicario y que termina envuelta en una total pesadilla. Lo que me pregunto muchas veces luego de ver el final, son las razones por la cual de cierto modo ella estaba disfrutando lo que estaba sucediendo, no en un sentido sexual o de real gusto, más bien me desconcierta que ella misma estuviese maquinando la forma en que se debían comportar los perpetradores de su secuestro.

What I still don't fully understand is the role of this woman who is the guardian of the vicar's son and who ends up involved in a total nightmare. What I wonder many times after watching the ending, are the reasons why in a way she was enjoying what was happening, not in a sexual sense or in a sense of real pleasure, but rather it puzzles me that she herself was scheming the way the perpetrators of her kidnapping should behave.

Es bastante complejo su comportamiento, siendo que efectivamente se ve como una persona que no tiene amigos, no le gusta socializar y que seguramente tuvo una vida muy dura por no decir que tal vez pudiera ser una persona con pensamiento un tanto retorcido pero que se modera para no ser evidente a la sociedad. No lo se, pero yo realmente quede perturbado con su actuación cosa que me parece genial porque hizo un excelente papel si de eso se trataba.

It is quite complex her behavior, being that she effectively looks like a person who has no friends, does not like to socialize and who surely had a very hard life not to say that maybe she could be a person with somewhat twisted thinking but who moderates herself so as not to be obvious to society. I don't know, but I was really disturbed by her performance which I think is great because she played an excellent role if that's what it was all about.

No me queda a mi claro de si el responsable de obtener ese material realmente fue quien dio el pendrive al vicario o si esa persona estaba protegiendo a alguien más. Lo que si queda claro es que para una persona religiosa convertirse en alguien totalmente diferente de lo que es solo se necesitan dos cosas.

It is not clear to me if the person responsible for obtaining the material was really the one who gave the flash drive to the vicar or if that person was protecting someone else. What is clear is that it only takes two things for a religious person to become someone totally different from what they are.

No se trata solamente de proteger a quien quieres, creo que todo se hubiese aclarado desde un principio si se hubiese acudido a expertos policiales. Por supuesto es totalmente valido pensar que puede ser lo contrario cuando hay un precedente de alguien que ve mucho porno, pero creo que los eventos o consecuencias que se dieron al final, no hubiesen sido tan malo como una confusión que pudo llevarse tiempo en aclarar.

It's not just about protecting who you love, I think everything would have been cleared up from the beginning if police experts had been called in. Of course it is totally valid to think that it may be the opposite when there is a precedent of someone who watches a lot of porn, but I think the events or consequences that occurred in the end, would not have been as bad as a confusion that could have taken time to clear up.

Es una cuestión de comunicación y de la confianza, que por cierto se ve quebrada muchas veces en esta trama. Como les dije, estos cuatro capítulos tienen tanto material que hubiese sido una excelente serie de incluso varias temporadas.
