Basada en una Novela escrita por "Charles Dickens" en 1843.
Lo primero que dire es que a mí, aparte de ser docente, me encanta ver películas, y es Navidad, me fascina, está en particular, la he visto en la versión animada, ya que existen muchas versiones, pero debo decir que esta me gusto mucho.
Esta película habla de un señor que es prestamista, es amargado, muy tacaño, odia a los niños, a todo ser y sobre todo odia la navidad.
Este señor de nombre "Scrooge" tenía un socio de nombre "Marley" pero este había muerto hace 7 años. En su oficina trabaja con 2 hombres, uno de ellos es el sobrino y el otro es un hombre muy humilde de buen corazón, el sobrino le propone que lo acompañe a él y su esposa a una cena navideña y su respuesta fue un rotundo No, él le dice que navidad es una fecha para compartir reconciliar, abrir el corazón, etc.
Luego llegan algunas personas pidiendo donativos para ayudar a los más necesitados y este los echa del lugar y les dice que esos pobres son solo perezosos. Esa noche Scrooge va a su casa y al abrir la puerta aparece la cabeza del fantasma de su socio (fallecido hace 7 años) y al entrar a su casa comienza a percibir ruidos, sombras y campanas, sonar y escucho cadenas, arrastrarse por el piso y sintió miedo cuando se le aparece el fantasma completo de su amigo Marley y le dice a Scrooge que esas cadenas que tiene se las forjo el mismo cuando trabajo con él en vida, por su avaricia, tacañería y que ahora cargara sus cadena para siempre y también le dice que esa noche lo visitaran 3 espíritus de las navidades pasadas.
El primer fantasma se le aparece después de media noche y se lo lleva a recorrer sus navidades pasadas y se ve así mismo de joven acompañado de su hermana y esta le pide que lo acompañe a acompañar a su papá, también se ve así mismo con una novia que tuvo, pero que dejo ir porque prefirió perseguir fortuna y dinero.
Muchas de las cosas que vimos en nuestro pasado en la niñez o adolescencia, lo que vivamos en esas etapas de nuestras vidas sea bueno o malo, casi siempre acarrean nuestro futuro, explica nuestro comportamiento cuando somos adultos, muchas veces no tenemos control de nuestro comportamiento, en el subconsciente quedan grabados algunas experiencias, traumas, dolores, abandonos que no sabemos como canalizar.
Como este señor Scrooge por ejemplo, vivió el abandono de su padre cuando pequeño y tuvo muchas carencias, eso explicaba su apego tan grande con el dinero, también su novia lo abandono por tener ese apego a conseguir dinero y encima su hermana también fallece una navidad dando a luz a su sobrino (que trabajaba con él).
El segundo fantasma de la navidad presente, este espíritu lo lleva a casa de su buen y humilde empleado a quien, aparte de pagarle una miseria, lo explotaba y logra ver qué familia tan hermosa tiene este hombre y su esposa cocinando con los niños alrededor uno de sus pequeños Tim bastante enfermo, pero no tenían ni un centavo para sus medicinas y le quedaba poco tiempo de vida, también lo lleva a casa de su sobrino y escucha a todos hablar mal de él, la esposa de su sobrino dice barbaridades y Scrooge escucha todo lo que la gente lo odia y las cosas horribles que piensan de él, al llegar la avanzada noche los fantasmas se van desapareciendo porque solo duran una noche, la de navidad.
El tercer fantasma de las navidades futuras, este lo llevo a escuchar y ver horrores de lo que le esperaba para la próxima navidad, donde lo lleva hasta su propia tumba.
Debo decir que esta película me gusto mucho, tiene un poderoso mensaje, una reflexión para todo el mundo en general, porque sigue existiendo en este planeta tanta soberbia, mezquindad, avaricia y maldad.
Si ya vieron esta película les recomiendo volverla a ver y si aún no la han visto se la recomiendo. Les hará reflexionar sobre nuestras acciones y nuestras actitudes y creo que no deberíamos esperar hasta que sea navidad para ver una obra así, hay que meditar, reflexionar y tomar acciones sobre que hacer para tratar de ser felices no solo en navidad, sino todos los días.

This movie talks about a man who is a moneylender, he is bitter, very stingy, hates children, hates everything and above all hates Christmas.
This man named "Scrooge" had a partner named "Marley" but he had died 7 years ago. In his office he works with 2 men, one of them is his nephew and the other one is a very humble man with a good heart, the nephew proposes him to accompany him and his wife to a Christmas dinner and his answer was a resounding No, he tells him that Christmas is a date to share, to reconcile, to open the heart, etc.
Then some people arrive asking for donations to help the needy and he throws them out and tells them that those poor people are just lazy. That night Scrooge goes to his house and when he opens the door the head of the ghost of his partner (deceased 7 years ago) appears and when he enters his house he begins to perceive noises, shadows and bells, ringing and hears chains, He is afraid when the complete ghost of his friend Marley appears to him and tells Scrooge that these chains he has were forged by himself when he worked with him in life, for his greed and stinginess and that now he will carry his chains forever and also tells him that 3 spirits from Christmas past will visit him that night.
The first ghost appears to him after midnight and takes him on a tour of his past Christmases and he sees himself as a young man accompanied by his sister and she asks him to accompany him to accompany his father, he also sees himself with a girlfriend he had, but let go because he preferred to pursue fortune and money.
Many of the things we saw in our past in childhood or adolescence, what we live in those stages of our lives, good or bad, almost always carry our future, explains our behavior when we are adults, often we have no control of our behavior, in the subconscious are recorded some experiences, traumas, pains, abandonments that we do not know how to channel.
As this Mr. Scrooge for example, he lived the abandonment of his father when he was a child and had many shortages, that explained his great attachment to money, also his girlfriend left him for having that attachment to get money and on top of that his sister also died one Christmas giving birth to his nephew (who worked with him).
The second ghost of Christmas present, this spirit takes him to the home of his good and humble employee who, besides paying him a pittance, exploited him and he gets to see what a beautiful family this man and his wife have cooking with the children around one of his little Tim quite sick, but they did not have a penny for his medicines and he had little time left to live, he also takes him to his nephew's house and he hears everyone talking bad about him, his nephew's wife says barbarities and Scrooge hears all the things people hate him and the horrible things they think about him, as the night gets later the ghosts disappear because they only last one night, Christmas night.
The third ghost of Christmas future, this one led him to hear and see horrors of what awaited him for the next Christmas, where it takes him to his own grave.
I must say that I really liked this movie, it has a powerful message, a reflection for the whole world in general, because there is still so much arrogance, meanness, greed and evil in this planet.
If you have already seen this movie I recommend you to see it again and if you have not seen it yet I recommend it. It will make you reflect on our actions and our attitudes and I think we should not wait until Christmas to see a work like this, we must meditate, reflect and take action on what to do to try to be happy not only at Christmas, but every day.
