   Hello cinema fans. Tonight I want to talk to you about another Christmas movie that I have listed among my favorites, this time from Disney, in addition to having the starring role of one of my favorite actors in history. Undoubtedly this movie is one that everyone will know, as it is one of many adaptations of the famous and famous novel of the same name written by Charles Dickens, of which several were made by the huge film company of the mouse. However, among all the existing versions, there is none that compares in terms of production, interpretation, visual effects, soundtrack and fidelity in adaptation than this version which we will talk about in this post. Written and directed by the same Robert Zemeckis (the same who brought us the also successful Christmas movie called "The Polar Express"), this movie stars none other than the genius of Jim Carrey. I invite you to remember one of the best stories told and celebrated for these dates.

   Hola fanáticos del cine. Esta noche les quiero hablar acerca de otra película navideña que tengo anotada entre mis favoritas, de Disney esta vez, además de contar con la participación protagónica de uno de mis actores favoritos de toda la historia. Sin duda alguna esta película es una que conocerán todos, ya que es una de muchas adaptaciones de la célebre y famosa novela homónima escrita por Charles Dickens, de las cuales varias fueron hechas por la enorme empresa cinematográfica del ratón. Sin embargo, de entre todas las versiones existentes, no hay ninguna que se le compare en cuanto a producción, interpretación, efectos visuales, banda sonora y fidelidad en adaptación que esta versión que la cual hablaremos en este post. Escrita y dirigida por el mismo Robert Zemeckis (el mismo que nos trajo la también exitosa película navideña llamada “The Polar Express”), esta película cuenta con el protagonismos de nada menos que del genio de Jim Carrey.    Plot

   The film takes us around the 1840's, to a funeral of an old business partner of the well-known Ebenezer Scrooge, a pawnbroker working in a counting house in London. Despite being a wealthy person with many assets, he is a selfish, stingy, bitter and detested man who completely rejects any relationship with society and its traditions, including Christmas. His nephew and closest relative is the complete opposite of him, being a cheerful and very kind gentleman with people, he visits him in his business as he does every December 24th to invite him to have dinner together with him at his home, with his family. This one rejects him, despising Christmas completely and wishing death to those who say "Merry Christmas". And not only that, when a couple of men arrive to ask him if he will bring some money as a donation for children and people in need, before giving them a penny he prefers them to go to a care center or to the morgue itself. His arrogant and despicable way of thinking and speaking will cost him dearly, even more so that night when an unexpected sight is about to arrive at his luxurious home.

   La película nos transporta alrededor de los años 1840, en un funeral de un viejo socio de negocios del conocido Ebenezer Scrooge, un prestamista que trabaja en una casa de contar en Londres. A pesar de ser una persona adinerada y con muchos bienes, es un egoísta, tacaño, amargado y detestado hombre que rechaza por completo cualquier relación con la sociedad y sus tradiciones, entre ellas la Navidad. Su sobrino y más allegado familiar es todo lo opuesto a él, siendo un señor alegre y muy amable con la gente, lo visita en su negocio como todos los 24 de Diciembre para invitarlo a cenar juntos con él en su casa, con su familia. Este lo rechaza, despreciando por completo la navidad y deseando la muerte de los que dicen “Feliz Navidad”. Y no solo eso, al llegar una pareja de hombres a preguntarle si va a aportar algo de dinero como donación para los niños y personas necesitadas, antes de darles un centavo este prefiere que vayan a un centro de atención o a la misma morgue. Su arrogante y despreciable forma de pensar y hablar le costará caro, más aún esa noche cuando una inesperada vista está por llegarle a su lujosa casa.

   As I may have said on a previous occasion, I am not a big fan of Christmas movies since I am not used to celebrating Christmas. However, as a movie buff I can't deny that there are, among a wide repertoire of films of this type that I admit are some of my favorites. In the case of this adaptation of the iconic and celebrated Christmas story, it is even a special case since, right now, I can feel a certain attachment or familiarity with this particular work. And I'm not only saying that because of the main character, who is played in a perfect way by the genius of Jim Carrey, but also because of all the visions, dialogues and both symbolic and direct messages we see in this film. But, what fascinates me the most about this film is the spectacular way of visualizing all the emotions that it tries to transmit in each scene with an excellent audiovisual work made 100% by computer with motion capture. This feature film of more than 1 hour and a half of duration has many points in its favor that make it one of my favorites, without a doubt.

   Como tal vez habré dicho en una ocasión anterior, no soy muy fan de las películas navideñas ya que no acostumbro a celebrar dicha navidad. Sin embargo, como cinéfilo que soy no puedo negar que existen entre un amplio repertorio cinematográfico algunas cintas de este tipo que admito son de mis preferidas. En el caso de esta adaptación de la icónica y célebre historia navideña, es un caso incluso especial ya que, ahora mismo, puedo sentir cierto apego o familiarización con esta obra en particular. Y no solo lo digo por el protagonista, quien es interpretado de una forma perfecta por el genio de Jim Carrey, sino también por todas las visiones, los diálogos y los mensajes tanto simbólicos como directos que vemos en esta cinta. Pero, lo que más me fascina de esta película es la forma tan espectacular de visualizar todas las emociones que intenta transmitir en cada escena con un excelente trabajo audiovisual hecho 100% a computadora con captura de movimiento. Este largometraje de más de 1 hora y media de duración tiene muchos puntos a favor que la hacen de mis favoritas, sin lugar a duda.

   Let's talk about the story we are told in this movie, which starts with a clear cold tone, almost dead in a morgue (how ironic), with a bitter Mr. Scrooge showing his cold heart with the death of his business partner. However, the visit he will have that night is curiously from none other than the ghost of his partner, the one he went to visit when he died seven years ago. This one warns him, with such a visually disturbing yet entertaining scene of a ghost with chains on his body carrying heavy irons after death. His deceased companion tells him that he set up a meeting with three ghosts to give him a second chance to make amends for all he did with his life so he wouldn't meet the same tragic end. The first ghost appears and takes him to remember his past, the second one comes to remind him of his present and the last one comes to give him a vision of his possible and disturbing future.

   Surely everyone already knows this story and the clear message it gives at the end, but the way it is shown in this film is very different from what we see in other known adaptations of this work. With a cold, dark and visually disturbing tone in certain moments, this film shows us three things: the past, the present and the future. It is curious how these three things are interpreted with three ghosts, three completely different entities with a meaning and symbolism beyond what is seen and told in this film. The first, is a ghost in the form of a light, a bright candle that illuminates everything around it, this is the past, one that is surely luminous for many people. Then there is the present, represented by an unmistakable version of the huge bearded fat man of these dates, a big and cheerful guy who is always laughing as he speaks truthfully and shows the present, but not a present that one knows, but one that normally no one sees. Finally, there is the future, clearly represented by Death, a dark and terrifying figure that is shown as a shadow, as a sign that death is always by your side, as your shadow.

   Hablemos de la historia que nos cuentan en esta película, la cual empieza con un claro tono frío, casi muerto en una morgue (qué irónico), con un Sr. Scrooge amargado demostrando su frío corazón con la muerte de su compañero de negocios. Luego de los sucesos que ya les conté arriba, podemos darnos cuenta muy claramente de la personalidad tan desagradable que tiene este viejo amargado y con dinero. Sin embargo, la visita que tendrá esa noche es curiosamente de nada menos que del fantasma de su compañero, el que fue a visitar cuando murió hace siete años. Este le advierte, con una escena tan visualmente perturbadora pero a la vez entretenida de un fantasma con cadenas en su cuerpo llevando fierros pesados después de muerto. Su difunto compañero le dice que le preparó una reunión con tres fantasmas para así darle una segunda oportunidad de remendar todo lo que hizo con su vida y así no tener su mismo trágico final. El primer fantasma aparece y lo lleva a recordar su pasado, el segundo viene a recordarle su presente y el último viene a darle una visión de su posible y perturbador futuro.

   Seguramente ya todos conocen esta historia y el claro mensaje que este da al final, pero la forma en la que nos lo muestran en esta película es muy distinta a lo que vemos en las demás adaptaciones conocidas de dicha obra. Con un tono frío, oscuro y visualmente perturbador en ciertos momentos, esta película nos muestra tres cosas: el pasado, el presente y el futuro. Es curioso cómo estas tres cosas son interpretadas con tres fantasmas, tres entes completamente diferentes con un significado y simbolismo más allá de lo que se ve y se cuenta en esta película. El primero, es un fantasma en forma de luz, una vela brillante que ilumina todo a su alrededor, este es el pasado, uno que seguramente es luminoso para mucha gente. Luego está el presente, representado por una versión inconfundible del enorme gordo barbón de estas fechas, un tipo grande y alegre que siempre se la pasa riendo mientras habla con verdad y muestra el presente, pero no un presente que uno conoce, sino uno que normalmente nadie ve. Por último, está el futuro, representado claramente por la Muerte, una figura oscura y aterradora que se muestra como una sombra, como una señal de que la muerte está siempre a tu lado, como tu sombra.

   I understand that there are people who do not like the dark and gloomy tone of the film, but personally that is what gives it that value over any other adaptation of this story. Reality is usually not always roses and lights, sometimes the future can look dark and scary for many, but it all depends on the past and present that each one has. This is what this beautiful story teaches us: to remember the past, to see the present with different eyes and to think about the future in a more prosperous and hopeful way. Now, to achieve this it is clear that certain things must be left behind, things that our embittered protagonist had and that, while I find it strange that he changed so radically after everything he has seen (although it is normal to do so after seeing death itself in person), it would surely have led to his death if he had never changed. Sometimes one sees the world in our favor, always thinking of our benefit and we do not think of others or what is happening around us. Sometimes you have to have that nocturnal visit with death itself in order to wake up from reality and thus change and improve.

   It is clear that the versions of the ghosts in this movie are my favorite, not only for the visuals or the design they have, but for everything they convey. The story of Mr. Scrooge and his redemption and change can leave us with several clear life messages, not only in terms of what Christmas means. His bitter and cold demeanor at first may remind us of someone we know for sure, but his evolution into the cheerful man we see at the end of the film is a sign of what we need to be with people and with life. Sometimes you have to laugh, enjoy and have fun and not get upset about material things, but much more important things. Empathy is something that can also be clearly seen in this movie, as we learn about the case of Scrooge's employee, his nephew and his relatives, it is clear the message that not all of us possess the same situation, that there are families that are having an even worse time, and in spite of that they are much happier and honest than those who have a lot of possessions and money. The film is clearly my favorite to watch during the holiday season.

   Entiendo que haya gente que no les guste el tono sombrío y oscuro que tiene la película, pero personalmente es eso mismo lo que le da ese valor por encima de cualquier otra adaptación que hayan hecho de esta historia. La realidad normalmente no es siempre color de rosas y con luces, a veces el futuro se puede ver oscuro y aterrador para muchos, pero todo dependerá del pasado y del presente que tenga cada uno. Es esto lo que nos enseña esta hermosa historia: recordar el pasado, ver el presente con otros ojos y pensar en el futuro de una forma más próspera y esperanzadora. Ahora, para lograr esto está claro que hay que dejar ciertas cosas, cosas que nuestro amargado protagonista tenía y que, si bien me extraña que cambiase tan radicalmente luego de todo lo que ha visto (aunque es normal que lo hagas luego de ver a la propia muerte en persona), seguramente lo hubiera llevado a su muerte si no hubiera cambiado nunca. A veces uno ve el mundo a nuestro favor, pensando siempre en nuestro beneficio y no pensamos en los demás o en lo que pasa a nuestro alrededor. A veces hay que tener esa visita nocturna con la misma muerte para poder despertar de la realidad y así cambiar y mejorar.

   Está claro que las versiones de los fantasmas de esta película son mis favoritas, no solo por lo visual o por el diseño que tienen, sino por todo lo que transmiten. La historia del Sr. Scrooge y su redención y cambio nos puede dejar varios mensajes claros de vida, no solo en cuanto a lo que la navidad significa. Su conducta amargada y fría al principio nos puede recordar a alguien que conozcamos de seguro, pero su evolución a ser el alegre hombre que al final de la película vemos es una señal de lo que tenemos que ser con la gente y con la vida. A veces hay que reír, disfrutar y divertirse y no molestarse por cosas materiales, sino por cosas mucho más importantes. La empatía es algo que también se puede ver claramente en esta película, al conocer el caso del empleado de Scrooge, su sobrino y sus familiares, está claro el mensaje de que no todos poseemos la misma situación, que hay familias que la están pasando incluso peor, y a pesar de eso son muchos más felices y honestos que los que tienen muchas posesiones y dinero. La película es claramente mi favorita para ver en estas fechas decembrinas.

   Finally, let's talk about the technical side of this movie, which has a lot of things to say in its favor. While I'm not a big fan of CGI or 3D animation, this film is one of the very few that have this style of animation and still fascinate me because of how excellently made they are. The level of visual detail in terms of passages, character designs, features and physical details is incredible. I also love the way they play with tones, shadows and sometimes perfect lights, how they represent every scene or every thing with ideal color palettes. There's also the way they capture or show us each scene, with moving camera styles in the form of panning flights, still or moving shots or 120° turns. Although in terms of character designs there are some that I do not quite like, this does not detract from the fact that in the end and with everything else it looks visually fantastic, and even more so with the excellent visual and sound effects that this film has. The soundtrack, lastly, is what I love the most about this, as it represents in a melodic way every scene, every moment, generating those mixed emotions like a journey, like a roller coaster, with happy and sad moments and a perfect ending. In the end, this movie is everything I love about Christmas, without a doubt.

   Personally, I give it a 10/10 rating as far as the fantasy/drama genre is concerned.

   Por último, hablemos del lado técnico que tiene esta película, la cual hay que decir muchas cosas a favor de ella. Si bien no soy muy fan del CGI o la animación en 3D, esta película es una de las poquísimas que tienen este estilo de animación y que aún así me fascinan por lo excelentemente hechas que son. El nivel de detalles visuales en cuanto a pasajes, diseños de personajes, rasgos y detalles físicos es increíble. También me encanta la forma en la que juegan con los tonos, las sombras y las luces en ocasiones perfectas, cómo representan cada escena o cada cosa con paletas de colores idóneas. También está la forma de capturar o de mostrarnos cada escena, con estilos de cámaras en movimiento en forma de vuelos panorámicos, planos fijos o en movimiento o giros de 120°. Si bien en cuanto a diseños de personajes hay algunos que no me terminan de gustar, esto no quita que al final y con todo lo demás se vea visualmente fantástico, y más con los excelentes efectos visuales y de sonido que tiene esta película. La banda sonora, por último, es lo que más me encanta de todo esto, ya que representa de forma melódica cada escena, cada momento, generando esas emociones mixtas como un viaje, como una montaña rusa, con momentos felices y tristes y un final perfecto. Al final, esta película es todo lo que me gusta de la navidad, sin duda.

   Personalmente, le doy una calificación de 10/10 en lo que respecta al género de fantasía y drama.

   Ebenezer Scrooge es el protagonista de una novela de 1843, de Charles Dickens titulada “Canción de Navidad”, es un hombre de corazón duro, egoísta y lo único que le importa es el dinero, odia la navidad, la alegría, las personas, los niños, es decir, todo.

   Existen varias versiones, esta es la versión más reciente, por lo que siento que es una de las más conocidas, por lo que en Disney Chanel en estas épocas siempre la pasaban, pero también la de “3 Mickey's Christmas Carol”, en donde el personaje de Scrooge es McPato.

   El 2 de diciembre se estrena una nueva versión en Netflix, así que estaremos al pendiente para ver si cumple con las expectativas de esta última versión ☺️

   ¿De que va la historia y porque se ha vuelto un clásico?

   Ebenezer Scrooge Es un hombre qué pasó toda su vida solo, escogiendo como más importante para su vida el dinero y el trabajo, siendo un ser insoportable lleno de odio que alejo a las pocas personas que se medió preocupaban por el, siendo un ser despreciable con todo el mundo y en especial sus trabajadores.

   Como odia la alegría y la pérdida de tiempo, no le gusta para nada las festividades, pero la noche buena recibe una inesperada visita.

   Esa noche lo visita de un antiguo socio que al parecer fue igual que el y le muestra la tortura que viven las almas que han sido malas en su vida, cargando el peso de las personas que fueron, pero este le da una oportunidad para que se salve, por lo que lo visitarán 3 fantasmas esa noche.

   Son los fantasmas de las navidades, las navidades pasadas, navidad presente y las navidades futuras.

   

   Junto a la Lumbre

   El primero es El fantasma de las navidades pasadas, en donde él recuerda sus navidades, cuando era un niño solitario pero aún con un buen corazón, cuando estaba con su hermana y cuando conoce al que parece ser el amor de su vida, pero todo esto termina dejándolo de lado por el dinero, ya que fue alguien bastante pobre en su juventud, por lo que ahora solo se preocupa por hacer dinero.

   Luego viene él fantasmas de las navidades presentes, en donde le muestra de su empleado, un hombre extremadamente pobre con un niño bastante enfermo que no le queda mucho de vida, gracias a no tener dinero para costear su enfermedad, pero aún así viven felices y agradecidos por el trabajo que el padre de familia tiene.

   También nos muestra como los demás celebran la navidad, incluido su sobrino Fred, que a pesar de ser hijo de su querida hermana nunca tuvo buena relación con el, por el mismo problema de la avaricia y amarguras.

   

   El Horror

   Por último vemos al fantasmas de las navidades futuras, en donde vemos que el señor Scrooge muere, el le muestra el destino de la gente avariciosa, el recuerdo de sus “amigos” de la bolsa de valores, la muerte del pequeño Tim, el hijo de su empleado y como queda destrozada esta familia para finalmente mostrarle su tumba.

   Luego de esto, le dan una oportunidad de redimirse, no puede cambiar su pasado pero si el futuro, por lo que se vuelve más amable y bondadoso, claramente todos quedan impactado a de este cambio radical, pero felices por el nuevo espíritu navideño.

   Este cuento es bastante profundo, yo cuando estaba pequeña y veía esta película me daba mucho miedo pero me gustaba, su historia es muy triste y no es nada alejada de la realidad, las personas por estar preocupadas por la avaricia se olvidan de vivir, de disfrutar y a la hora de su muerte quedan es olvidados y hasta aliviados de que ya no esté en el mundo terrenal.

   No hay nada más importaré que vivir, disfrutar, compartir con los que están a tu al rededor, ser una buena persona, tener un buen corazón y no dejar que la vida gire entorno a lo material, todo es un balance, es decir, no hay que romantizar la pobreza y decir que sin dinero se vive feliz, porque seamos sinceros, el dinero es algo fundamental para vivir, pero no por ello tienes que dejar de vivir buenos momentos por solo tener dinero, el tiempo se va, la vida es una sola y no sabemos qué hay después.

   Un cuento de Navidad es un clásico de la literatura escrita por Charles Dickens que fue llevada al cine y tuve la oportunidad de ver en mi adolescencia, me encantó y es mi película de navidad favorita, hasta ahora ninguna la ha superado.

   Esta película en mi opinión abarca todo lo que significa la Navidad, época que nos invita a reflexionar sobre nuestra vida y las relaciones que tenemos con las personas a nuestro alrededor. En la navidad sentimos en el corazón el deseo de perdonar y ser perdonado, de amar y ser amado, de compartir en familia y sentirnos parte de un todo, es época de redención. Entonces mis queridos amigos vamos a abrir nuestro corazón en estas fechas, ser menos egoístas y dar al necesitado, no sólo de comida sino también de compañía.

   A Christmas Carol is a classic of literature written by Charles Dickens that was made into a movie and I had the opportunity to see in my teens, I loved it and it is my favorite Christmas movie, so far none have surpassed it. In my opinion, this film encompasses everything that Christmas means, a time that invites us to reflect on our lives and the relationships we have with the people around us. At Christmas we feel in our hearts the desire to forgive and be forgiven, to love and be loved, to share as a family and feel part of a whole, it is a time of redemption. So my dear friends we are going to open our hearts on these dates, be less selfish and give to the needy, not only food but also company.

   A Christmas Carol tells the story of a very greedy and lonely man named Ebenezer Scrooge, who lived in a gloomy and gloomy house.    Since I was very young, when it was December, certain TV channels always did Christmas and New Year's Eve specials, leaving their best series or chapters as well as certain chapters of such series, touching in essence the Christmas spirit and what it represented. I remember very well when I was going with my mother and father to visit my maternal family who lives a little far away, in another state to be exact in the middle of December, I consumed a lot of that kind of programming at that time, although there were certain movies that I liked more than others and the one I will talk about today is no exception.

   At the time I was completely unaware of the many adaptations that this movie (which is inspired by a book) had at that time, but there was one adaptation in particular that I liked a lot and it was played by Disney characters, both in its plot and in the message it conveyed (Mickey's Christmas Carol).

   After a long time later, they released a new adaptation, with a 3d modeling and computer modulated and with a better interpretation, I really loved it even more and it is that movie that I will talk about today, and maybe it is a movie that has been talked about many times and that the message is very simple and understandable, but in spite of that I like it a lot and I wanted to take the opportunity and more in this holiday season, as that message should be extrapolated but not only in the Christmas and festive area, but I will talk about it later with more calm, so ladies and gentlemen this time I bring you Christmass carol of 2009.

   Desde muy pequeño, cuando era diciembre siempre en ciertos canales televisivos hacían especiales de navidad y también de fin de año, dejando sus mejores series o capítulos así como ciertos capítulos de dichas series, tocando en esencia el espíritu navideño y lo que representaba. Recuerdo muy bien cuando me dirigía con mi madre y mis padre a visitar a mi familia materna que vive un poco lejos, en otro estado para ser exactos a mitades del mes de diciembre yo consumía mucho ese tipo de programaciones en aquel entonces, aunque si habían ciertas películas que me gustaban más que otras y la que les hablare el día de hoy no es la excepción.

   En su momento desconocía rotundamente el montón de adaptaciones que esta película (la cual está inspirada de un libro) tenía para aquel entonces, pero había una adaptación en particular que me gustaba mucho y estaba interpretada por los personajes de Disney, tanto en su trama como en el mensaje que transmitía (Mickey's Christmas Carol).

   Luego de mucho tiempo después, sacaron como tal una adaptación nueva, con un modelado en 3d y modulada por ordenador y con una mejor interpretación, realmente me encanto aun mas y es esa película de la cual les hablare el día de hoy, y si quizás sea una película de la cual se hablado repetidas ocasiones y que el mensaje es muy simple y se entiende, pero a pesar de ello a mí me gusta mucho y quería aprovechar la oportunidad y más en estas fiestas, en como ese mensaje se debe extrapolar pero no solamente en el ámbito navideño y festivo, pero lo hablare mas adelante con más calma, así que damas y caballeros esta vez les traigo a Christmass carol del 2009.

   En lo personal aunque hay varias adaptaciones de esta obra, para mí esta se encuentra mejor adaptada en ciertas cosas, con un toque mas sombrío, un detalle que en dicha obra está bien destacado y detallado.

   Nuestra trama se enfoca en la vida de Ebenezer Scrooge un prestamista británico, avanzado de edad y bastante avaro por naturaleza y con una actitud muy desagradable, fría, tacaña y solitaria ante el ojo público, la vida de este personaje cambiara rotundamente cuando en cierta noche buena por medio de un mensaje a altas horas, su difunto socio Jacob Marley, le informara que este tendrá una oportunidad de cambiar su terrible estilo de vida con la visita de 3 espíritus (pasado, presente y futuro)

   For some reason, I never get tired of watching this movie the truth, I could watch it any day or time of year and still not get bored, obviously in a festive season as it usually is Christmas takes much more weight and meaning, but despite this in my opinion has something so involving and striking, I do not know if it's because of the interpretation of Jim Carrey as Ebenezer Scrooge, or the representation and impact that each of the spirits that visit him in a symbolic way, or the atmosphere a little darker in this installment, mainly in the middle and end of the film in question, but without a doubt some of them are very entertaining, I do not rule out that the old adaptations that I saw a long time ago do not have their own, at the end of the day it is the same formula in question repeated many times.

   But I feel that this particular installment for me did a great job and from what I researched is that it gives many sections and elements according to the book, so even in those small details it takes them into consideration, being at this point I will break down the film in question part by part and then give my final opinion with all this and its message which is very clear and evident. In my opinion the animation and modeling is very acceptable in my opinion meets the expectations, considering that it is a 2009 movie a great job was done with this particular section, with more emphasis on facial expressions and clothing of the characters and of course the spirits.

   The setting from my point of view is very good, I assume that there will be some people who do not like the fact of showing a little more gloomy and dark aspect, but for me this is more than fine since it is trying to change the lifestyle of a man who has hardened his heart, and emotionally distanced himself from everyone except his work and constantly feeding his greed and ego, I know this played out in a slightly different way in older installments, but in this case I liked that they put more weight on it, mainly in the treatment of each holiday spirit.

   The impact of each spirit is unique and each one represents something significant, as well as their terms identify them (past, present and future) each one develops in a particular way with Scrooge, to make him reconsider and understand his situation, some showing a more realistic or cruel facet than others as for example, the spirit of Christmas present and future that when I was younger traumatized me a little, now seeing it at this point is fascinating symbolically speaking.

   It is a movie that I highly recommend and more in these times, the message at the end of the film is simple, to act and act well without falling into various sins mainly those that keep you away from enjoying and enjoying in the company of others, love, value and have charity I feel that not only is a message that should be carried in times like these, if not in our lives to be better human beings, thanks for reading and get here I hope you enjoy your time with your family and loved ones and enjoy a merry Christmas until next time.

   Por alguna razón, no me canso de ver esta película la verdad, podría verla cualquier día o época del año y aun así no me aburriría, obviamente en una época festiva como lo suele ser la navidad cobra mucho más peso y significado, pero a pesar de ello a mi parecer tiene algo tan envolvente y llamativo, no sé si es por la interpretación de Jim Carrey como Ebenezer Scrooge, o la representación eh impacto que tiene cada uno de los espíritus que lo visita así como de manera simbólica, o el ambiente un poco más obscuro en esta entrega, principalmente a mitades y finales de la película en cuestión, pero sin dudar algunas es muy entretenida no descarto que las antiguas adaptaciones que vi hace mucho tiempo atrás no tengan lo suyo, al final de cuentas es la misma fórmula en cuestión repetida muchas veces.

   Pero siento que esta entrega en particular para mi hizo un gran trabajo y por lo que investigue es que da muchas secciones y elementos acorde al libro, así que incluso en esos pequeños detalles los toma en consideración, ya estando a estas alturas desglosare la película en cuestión parte por parte y luego brindare mi opinión final con todo esto y su mensaje el cual es muy claro y evidente. A mi parecer la animación y el modelado está muy aceptable a mi parecer cumple con las expectativas, considerando que es una película del 2009 se hizo un gran trabajo con este apartado en particular, haciendo mas énfasis en las expresiones faciales y vestimentas de los personajes y claro los espíritus.

   La ambientación desde mi punto de vista es muy buena, asumo que habrán algunas personas que no les gusto mucho el hecho de mostrar un aspecto un poco mas lúgubre y obscuro, pero para mí esta mas que bien ya que se está intentando cambiar el estilo de vida de un hombre que ha endurecido su corazón, y se distanciado emocionalmente de todos con excepción de su trabajo y alimentando su avaricia constantemente y ego, sé que esto se desenvolvía de una manera ligeramente diferente en antiguas entregas, pero en este caso me gusto que colocaran más peso en ello, principalmente en el trato que le otorgan cada espíritu festivo.

   El impacto de cada espíritu es único y cada uno representa algo significativo, así como sus términos les identifican (pasado, presente y futuro) cada uno se desenvuelve de una forma particular con Scrooge, para hacerle recapacitar y entender su situación, unos mostrando una faceta más realista o cruel que otros como por ejemplo, el espíritu de la navidad presente y el futuro que cuando era más joven me traumaron un poco, ya viéndolo a estas alturas es fascinante simbólicamente hablando.

   Es una película que recomiendo encarecidamente y más en estos tiempos, el mensaje al finalizar la película es simple, el obrar y actuar bien sin caer en diversos pecados principalmente aquellos que te alejen de disfrutar y gozar en compañías de otros, amar, valorar y tener caridad siento que no solo es un mensaje, que se debe llevar en épocas como estas, si no en nuestra vida para ser mejores seres humanos, gracias por leer y llegar hasta aquí espero que disfruten su tiempo con sus familiares y seres queridos y gocen una feliz navidad hasta la próxima.

   El día Perfecto para las Películas de A Christmas Carol

   Cuando el internet no dominaba nuestros hogares, la televisión dominaba a pleno en cuanto a entretenimiento, las fechas de festividades eran aprovechadas al máximo por los canales de televisión trasmitiendo una y otra vez películas y episodios navideños desde antes de que comenzara diciembre, sin embargo, el 21 de diciembre siempre se trasmitía una película de A Christmas Carol, para mí era una tradición ver una película contando esta famosa historia de los fantasmas de las navidades pasadas, presente y futuras. Como es de mis historias favoritas alentadas por mi día de cumpleaños recuerdo que siempre esperaba desde varios días antes que llegara mi cumpleaños para ver esa historia mágica que significaba una divertida conciencia con el día de mi nacimiento.

   La Primera Película que vi Sobre A Christmas Carol

   De pequeño siempre me han gustado mucho las producciones de Disney, por lo cual Mickey's Christmas Carol fue esa primera película que me hace enganchar con la historia, es una producción de 1983 que en mi niñez parecía obligatoria para trasmitir los 21 de diciembre de cada año, al ser un niño apenas podía comprender lo que este cuento navideño trasmite, pero me encantaba esa historia. Mientras crecía comprendía que era un cuento adaptado al cine y que existían muchas versiones, sin embargo, puedo decir que desde que tengo conciencia sobre películas navideñas esta versión de 1983 protagonizada por el ratón mas famoso de todos es la más especial en mi niñez.

   Algo que tiene esta historia que en lo particular me fascina es la sencillez en que trasmite el mensaje correcto, aun siendo niños comprendemos ese mensaje de benevolencia y de cercanía que trasmite este cuento e incluso siendo adultos todavía es una historia interesante que atrapa inmediatamente al espectador. Todo desarrollado con fantasía y un toque de misterio que desembocan en una nueva perspectiva para la navidad, donde lo material pasa a ser segundo plano y las personas se convierten en el verdadero centro de las festividades, esta historia simple pero muy bien ejecutada es lo que me logró atrapar desde que tengo conciencia.

   Otra de esas películas que recuerdo en algunos canales de televisión o incluso en los casetes para los viejos VHS era esta película animada, una película que otorgaba la misma historia, pero con un poco más de realismo y menos comedia que la versión anteriormente mencionada, esta es otra de las versiones que recuerdo ver de niño.

   Scrooged (1988) Protagonizada por Bill Murray

   Esta producción la vi muchos años después de su estreno, sin embargo, la pude ver varias veces por VHS ya teniendo una edad suficiente para comprender un poco más sobre este cuento, lo que me llamaba la atención de esta adaptación es que no era ambientada en una época del pasado muy lejana, era ambientada en la era moderna por lo cual hacia que la curiosidad envolviera al espectador. Esta película es especial debido a que nos trae una vieja historia de hace siglos, pero ambientada en la vida moderna de finales de los 80´s. Es una película estilo parodia haciendo resaltar la comedia de buena manera.

   Luego de mucho tiempo que en lo particular no disfrutaba una nueva versión de este cuento navideño, llega en el 2009 una película animada protagonizada por Jim Carrey, una película con una mejor calidad en la animación que sin dudas me creaba curiosidad en su momento, creo que la incluyo en esas versiones favoritas de la misma historia. A pesar de que en esa época tendría 17 años de edad era como volver a mi niñez, a esos cumpleaños donde siempre veía mi historia navideña favorita en películas.

   Muchas Películas, El Mismo Mensaje

   Soy de esas personas que no son muy materialistas, que valoran lo que tienen y que agradecen constantemente, pienso que la felicidad no es producto del dinero, aunque siendo sincero puede ayudar bastante sobre todo en esta vida moderna, sin embargo, pueden existir personas adineradas pero que no se sienten felices. Para mi apreciar las cosas pequeñas significan mucho, sobre todo en familia. A pesar de que no soy muy social soy de los que agradece por amigos y familiares y que en los momentos difíciles siempre encuentra algo para agradecer.

   Quizás esa es la razón por la cual me agrada esta película, a pesar de la condición de los protagonistas y la marcada diferencia social, se nota el agradecimiento aun ante el maltrato y con todas las circunstancias en su contra, hacer lo posible para que un niño sonría a pesar de todo, cuidar el corazón ante la adversidad, ese mensaje me agrada.

   Scrooged es humano, por alguna circunstancia en su pasado no le gusta la navidad, sin embargo, al final de la historia cambia de parecer para convertirse en un hombre nuevo. Quizás las personas no cambien tan rápidamente de la noche a la mañana, pero me agrada que el mensaje exprese que hay una razón por la cual existe el odio y que también existe la posibilidad de sacar la luz de una vida tan sombría.

   Muchas películas, la misma historia, quizás con diferentes adaptaciones, pero la escénica del mensaje es el mismo, así como lo he mencionado en todo este post, es mi cuento navideño favorito, desde niño me gusta y aun hoy como adulto disfruto de estas películas que me producen nostalgia pero que al mismo tiempo me invitan a reflexionar sobre lo verdaderamente importante en esta época de tantas festividades.

   The First Movie I Saw About A Christmas Carol

   As a child I have always loved Disney productions, so Mickey's Christmas Carol was that first movie that makes me hooked with the story, it is a 1983 production that in my childhood seemed mandatory to broadcast on December 21 every year, being a child I could barely understand what this Christmas story conveys, but I loved that story. As I grew up I understood that it was a tale adapted to film and that there were many versions, however, I can say that since I have been aware of Christmas movies this 1983 version starring the most famous mouse of all is the most special in my childhood.

   I saw this production many years after its premiere, however, I was able to see it several times on VHS and being old enough to understand a little more about this story, what caught my attention of this adaptation is that it was not set in a distant past, it was set in the modern era which made the viewer curious. This film is special because it brings us an old story from centuries ago, but set in the modern life of the late 80's. It is a parody style film that brings out the comedy in a good way.
