At the beginning of the movie, a private car is involved in an accident and the driver is dead on the other side, while the pregnant wife of the driver is tragically injured and screaming for help. At that time Sartaj Rana, an influential, wealthy, honest, kind and good man, while taking his car, sees the car accident and takes the injured pregnant woman to the hospital. It is learned that the driver of the car who died in the accident was Sartaj Rana's bodyguard.
Then it is seen that a mother asks for help from Sartaj Rana to save her daughter and it is known that against militant political adversaries Ranjan Mahatre has taken numerous girls like this mother's daughter to be smuggled abroad and the police administration is also involved in this work. Realizing the situation, Sartaj Rana sends a bodyguard Lovely, who bravely saves the lives of all the girls. Satisfied with Lovely's work, Sartaj Rana orders his daughter Divya as a bodyguard for his safety.
Divya is annoyed to see Lovely as her bodyguard when she goes to college, but later asks Lovely to leave the formal dress and come in a casual dress, but Lovely says it's not possible. Divya doesn't realize how many dangers can befall her and bodyguard Lovely is always on duty to protect her from all those dangers. Divya tries to fake love with Chhaya from another phone number by pretending to be lovely. But Divya herself falls in love with Lovely after seeing Lovely's responsibility and bravery after the enemy attack on Divya.
Lovely also loves Divya's false identity Chhaya. Divya decides to run away with Lovely and the enemies attack Divya, causing Lovely to kill all the enemies and take Divya away while Sartaj Rana shoots Lovely. But after knowing everything about Lovely's love, it is seen that Divya sends her friend Maya to save Lovely's life through Chhaya and later it is seen that Maya herself cheats on her girlfriend and marries Lovely and gives birth to a son and dies after a few years. But Maya writes down the truth in a diary for the dying little boy.
In the sequel, Lovely and her little son Sartaj visit Divya's house after a long time to meet everyone. It can be seen that Divya is still not married due to not finding her love. On the other hand, the little boy Sartaj asks Divya to come home with them as a mother to arrange for him to get the love of his life like his mother said. It is seen that Divya's father also makes such a proposal to Lovely and finally Lovely gets the love of Chhaya in her life.
