  1. Bodyguard (netflix series review)@roadstories1018d

Greetings Hivers, happy Thursday to all. Even though the day started off on the wrong foot I am thankful that some things went well, but I will do a catharsis type post about everything that happened later.

I want to take this moment to recommend you to watch a series full of action and suspense.
The political theme is very marked in this story, which although it is not based on real events, are things that can be seen in real politics, starting with the wars of interests, terrorist attacks but especially the betrayal and misuse of power within the leaders.
Bodyguard gives us a very interesting and disturbing opening for the suspense contained in a chapter where mental and verbal agility plays a fundamental role in the attempt to save lives.
A train is about to become the perfect target for a terrorist attack whose message is clear, a country in rebellion that does not agree with certain policies of other countries.
The problem is that this radical method has an exponential effect politically speaking, because it is not only the fact that lives are lost, but also the policies and other actions that are taken after the attack.

    https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/totalwar-ar/images/e/ef/David_Budd.png/revision/latest?cb=20210713035916

    English Text

That is why a retired agent takes advantage of his knowledge of tactics to persuade this attacking, using any psychological tool to convince a woman who is being victimized by the political system.

One way or another, amidst all the suspense, he manages to save the train and deliver the perpetrators alive.
All this leads him to be decorated not only under a role, but also with the fact of being the main security officer of the interior secretary, a very important role.
A role that he plays very well despite certain barriers that occur at the beginning because the secretary does not usually trust anyone, until she learns that he is the one who stops the train.
Between the two of them a certain trust begins to build beyond a professional issue, where even with stumbles and some apologies for abuse, they get on a first-name basis and talk about personal things like his wife and children.

    English Text

Involving his family in the political arena is one of the things that this man will regret, as certain terrorist events begin to happen in which his name and his family are linked.

At a certain point it is understood how someone wants revenge, however with the development of this story many pieces will fit by themselves.
This man not only has to fight with those who want to see the secretary dead in order to avoid the approval of a new law, he also has to deal with those who want to take revenge on him and his personal problems.
War is an event that leaves many scars on soldiers, and in this case he is no exception. However, he plays hard to get while that feeling is growing and wreaking havoc in his personal life, which puts him and his family in danger.

    English Text

This series is full of traps and betrayals and a very assertive complement to the world of national and international politics.

There is a rather dangerous new romance that calls into question the behavior and responsibilities of both people.
However, the most shocking of all is found at the end of this series, when the victim becomes the real weapon of all the calamity that befalls this bodyguard.
A way of saying not to judge the book by its appearance. Not everything we see is as we feel or think it is. A sheep can easily become a wolf, all it takes is a trigger to remove the victim's disguise.

Hi guys, how are you all? Hope you are very well. Friends today I watched a Bollywood movie Ek Samaj super duper hit movie, Bodyguard. Since sometimes I watch Bollywood movies and I like to watch Bollywood movies, I have seen this movie before, and today it suddenly caught my eye, so I thought to watch the movie today and today I will share something about this movie with my friends.

Friends, Salman Khan is one of the few people in Bollywood who will shine like a shining star for as long as Bollywood exists. He has given so many good movies in his career and this film is one of the best films that can not be said for his audience.

This movie will give you a strange feeling from the beginning to the end because it will create suspense inside you as your emotions will work at this moment. Because by hearing the name of the movie you understand that there are many movies in the name of Hollywood but this movie is completely different basically most of the movies are made in Bollywood there are also romantic type action movies but the amount is not much most of the movies are made depending on the romantic story this movie is as romantic as action. the movie.

    image.png source

Kareena Kapoor, one of the best actresses in Bollywood, acted in this movie. Besides, all the other actors in this movie are more or less well-known and this movie created a stir in the entire Bollywood neighborhood with the actions of those who acted, I don't talk about the many obstacles that the director faced to make this movie, but in one word, a lot for the director. Has worked hard and his hard work has been very worthwhile. From every hall, he got his fruit.

Basically, this movie is made in combination in the future a very big family that has a daughter who needs a bodyguard for her custody, the main character of this movie means the hero who enters this movie is employed as a bodyguard in the beginning so beautiful. The way the director has presented the movie, you will not understand if you don't see it, friends. And in this movie from the beginning to the end, tension will work inside you because there is a story inside the story in this movie. This movie basically combines two stories to create a story that you have a lot of joy or something to enjoy. These things will give you a lot of pleasure.

    image.png source

Especially as mentioned after the middle of this movie, it is actually commendable because there are many misunderstandings from there that the hero of this movie is his rise or how he positions himself to return to his old place or to find his true love. The director has shown it very beautifully.

I can tell you that those who watch Bollywood movies will agree with me that this movie will definitely be on your wish list because this movie has everything as it has action as well as a romantic story. Those of you who have seen this movie may or may not agree with me and to those who haven't seen the movie I will say you must watch the movie if you have seen the movie in Bollywood you will definitely like it.

  3. Anteprima - Bodyguard 2@serialfiller1364d

Daltronde, English Do it Better! Anche in questo caso.

https://www.serialfiller.org/lastposts This is the future link to the post that I am inviting you to read in the coming days at www.serialfiller.org and which is previewed here

As usual, today I am bringing you inside a new Preview of an article that in a few days or weeks you will see In the Mind of a SerialFiller, my blog entirely focused on the world of TV series and of which, for the past few months, I have decided to constantly give you, in advance of what I will publish, most of the posts you will see on www.serialfiller.org.

A bit like what happened with Sandra Oh in Killing Eve (review of the finale here) there was curiosity to see a character, so tied to a certain prominent figure in the serial world, try his hand at another role. Richard Madden is perfect. Solid and fragile at the same time. His apparent impassivity in moments of maximum tension is a mask for a man struggling in private, suffering from post-traumatic stress following repeated missions in the Middle East in the post-9/11 era. And it is because of this backdrop and because of the convergence between the protagonist's lived experience and the narrated events that the series can afford to open its gaze to themes far more complex than the focus of the action. Issues that are increasingly diriment and little escaped the attention of governments and ethics committees, such as the protection of our personal data in an age in which to thwart terrorist attacks and infiltrations it is perhaps necessary to possess 360-degree information on each of us and for 24 hours a day, are put on the plate in an only seemingly superficial way. What to do. Preserve who we are and our private or devolve everything to the centrality of an increasingly less civilized and increasingly police state? In this Orwell's 1984 remains and will always remain around the corner as a warning of what we are and what we might become if things take an unfortunate turn. From this first level of analysis we gradually move on to other levels of political and social insights.

What to do in the face of terror and terrorism? Continue to fight on equal terms by trying to destroy terrorism or stop and analyze the causes of this rise? In the first case one will run into a spiral of violence and hatred that can only generate more violence and hatred perhaps mitigating a few threats here and there but losing the most important game in the long run. In the second case one would risk appearing weak but would be confronted with the inevitable realization that we, the powerful West, have been the cause of our own evil with interference, attacks and bombings that have done nothing but create fertile ground for extremism. Bodyguard is a series that delivers exhilarating moments of action and thriller but does not stop at that, does not stop at entertainment, veering toward very complex and impossible-to-answer questions. It does this through a hyperstratified and complicated protagonist and a series of varied situations that highlight all the contradictions of both the characters and our increasingly fragile society. Bodyguard has been a ratings record for a TV program in the UK since 2001. It became a media phenomenon in those parts, soon managing to become a widely watched series worldwide, thanks in part to its landing in the Netflix catalog. Despite its excellent calling card and very limited runtime, the series starring Richard Madden failed to repeat worldwide what it garnered, in terms of ratings, in the UK. Little bad for us fans, capable of going beyond ratings and viewings, Bodyguard is an absolute top-notch series that should not be lost, not be forgotten but definitely be recovered. After all, English Do it Better! Again.

When we talk about TV series there is a certain saying, not the most original to tell the truth, that "English do it better." It is impressive to see the number of original TV series that populate international screens, and it is equally impressive to note that the most ingenious and brilliant gimmicks almost always come from the reign of Queen Elizabeth II (with the sovereign herself, despite herself, starring in that The Crown we have all been objectively raving about for the past few years). In 2018 we had seen Collateral excel in the early stages of the year, and while we were all looking forward to the new season of Doctor Who, an explosive new mseries peeped onto the serial scenario of the people of the double-decker buses and Big Ben. A very adrenaline-pumping series that we could have placed on the catalog and put aside, and then told the grandchildren about. Accustomed as we were to the various Sherlock, Doctor Who, Luther, Broadchurch, Utopia and so on we felt that even in a 2018 that seemed so far quite drab, for UK products, something might come along sooner or later. We were not wrong. And lo and behold, fresh as water in the desert, thirst quenching and pure came BBC's newest creature feature: Bodyguard.

A very dense pilot where the tension cuts with a knife of the big, sharp kind and where it really only takes a few minutes to realize that we will never let that series go. There are many who in one way or another know how to shoot, script and direct a good thriller, some good scenes, a compelling story and good characters. Gangs of London (review here) is a very recent example of this slew of well-packaged and directed goodies. Few, however, manage to build tension worthily. The difference between a good product and an elite product is perhaps encapsulated in this tiny and imperceptible difference. In the first 15-20 minutes of Bodyguard we are immersed in the narrative. No special effects, no crazy plot, no crackling gimmicks. Realizing that after dozens of minutes without the need for sensational twists, bombs, escapes and various contrivances, we are still there staring at the monitor or TV, is something exhilarating for a viewer. The set is unique, the location is tight and uncomfortable, the images almost always fixed, occasionally indulging in a field and counter-field, the dialogue simple but incisive, the music not revolutionary, and yet we are there with our fingernails gripping the pillow, our eyes wide open and our hearts in our throats. We are enjoying a masterful building of tension. We continually fear the worst, hoping unceasingly for a happy ending. Fifteen minutes in and we are already part of the story, already standing next to the protagonist despite knowing absolutely nothing about his life and personality.. Game Of Thrones fans will rejoice at the news that playing the main character David Budd is the unforgettable and unforgettable Rob Snow aka Richard Madden.

  6. Bodyguard (2018) – TV Show Review@readingdanvers2031d

    bodyguard_xlg.jpg

Bodyguard is a political thriller TV show created and written by Jed Mercurio for BBC and is currently available on Netflix. The show is an excellent thriller, but it is weighted down by one important fact and that it is really slow paced. If you want an action packed show with something new and surprising every minute, this is not the show for you. This is political scheming, surprising bad guys and a lot of characters to throw you off. Obviously there is action in the show, but it is used moderately and mostly to build suspense and for the sake of the plot and not just for the sake of the action. It is built with a lot of thought and the result is very suspenseful.

The show follows David Budd (played by brilliantly by Richard Madden, King Rob Stark for you Game of Thrones fans), who is a former soldier who suffers from PTSD and is now working for Royalty and Specialist Protection Branch of London's Metropolitan Police Service. From one defense work to another. He can't ever relax or let go of his bleeding past. It has destroyed his marriage and caused a strained relationship between him and his two children. As he refuses to go to treatment for his PTSD it seems that it is slowly destroying his life.

The show starts with him on a train going to visit his children. It is a train ride like all train rides, but he is not exactly a regular person and he immediately get suspicious of a Muslim man on the train. It seems like he managed to stop a terrible terror attack. But things are always more complicated then they appear on this show. David gets a promotion and is stated to protect Julia Montague (Keeley Hawes), the Home Secretary. She is not a pleasant person and in some ways she is responsible for what happened to David as she was a leader who demanded that British soldiers be sent to Afghanistan. At least some of David's friend think so. Montague is at the heart of the show's conflict.

Pretty quickly David is caught up in a political snare. Everyone wants a part of him and they all want to know what Montague's next move will be. Even if you feel like someone is on David's side, you can't know for sure. But David also gets caught up in a love affair with Montague. It all becomes more complicated when Montague's life is in immediate danger from unknown sources. But is David really helping Montague or working against her?

The show is an interesting mystery, suspense thriller. The acting is excellent all the way around. As you can expect from the BBC, the script is excellent. And so is the really complicated political web presented on the show. You really don't know what is really going on until the very last episode. And trust me, it is a jaw dropping surprise. Even though it is a really slow show I binged it in two days because I had to know what is going on. Even if you don't binge it, I really think it is a good thriller that is worth the watch.

I saw that there are rumors for a second season, but I don't know. The show did have a pretty closed ending and Richard Madden has joined the MCU so I don't know if he'll have time to film another season. If he does, I'll be sure to watch it.

  7. Bodyguard - a great BBC series@unbiasedwriter2776d

As you might now, I do like watching TV series, and a few weeks ago I started watching the BBC series Bodyguard. It only took me a couple of days to watch all six episodes!

You can watch Bodyguard on Netflix all across the globe (with the exception of England). If you live in the UK, you can watch Bodyguard on the BBC website instead.

bodyguard on steemit.jpg Richard Madden in his role as David Budd Bodyguard tells us the story about David Budd (Richard Madden), a former soldier, who now works back home instead. In the first episode, he is on a train that is under a terrorist attack, and from there, the story just moves on and on! He is given the task of protecting one of the most debated politicians in the UK, and while he is on the job, there are terrorist attacks of different sorts, and attacks on the politician. But, who is behind the attacks? What is the goal of the attacks? and is David Budd there by coincidence?

This is a great series from BBC, and the fact that it only consists of six episodes makes it even better. You can know for sure that after six episodes you will have peace of mind, and know what has happened and see that the story comes to an end. There might be follow-up seasons, but still, after six episodes the story of the first season comes to an end!

    Hooked after three episodes

I had a great time from the start, but after three episodes I had a hard time not watching. I just wanted to finish the story and to find out what was going to happen. That is a quality sign of a story when I do not manage to stop watching, and that is what I have read from many others on Reddit who have watched Bodyguard on Netflix as well.

So, are you looking for a police-action-British series to watch tonight? I can warmly recommend the BBC series Bodyguard!

Have you seen it? How did you like it? I would love to hear from you! Many people who liked this has recommended me to watch another series named Line of Duty from the same creator. Haven't seen it yet. Anyone here seen it? Can it be recommended?

    Bodyguard

Solito Classe,  soliti lampi  made in UK

        A volte bastano pochi minuti

Richard Madden è perfetto, solido e fragile allo stesso tempo.

    Follow Me
