The Vow (2012): Perfection to chaos

My experience:

What shall I say, I was wanting to watch it for quite some time but then the day I watched it, I was already very upset because I was ditched. I was unwanted, which is what was repetitively moving in a cycle in my head. Oh, um ditched in the sense, my best friend, had his birthday and I wanted to be there with him but he was busy with his other friends and seniors, so he told me to wait and wait, and basically, I didn't get to do what I wanted to.

It hurt me that I wasn't called for on his special day. However, I realized that you can't change how others feel, right? You can only by far know about it if they are honest. Later I accepted fate, accepted how he took me to be, how he didn't need nor want me. I accepted it all, but one thing I couldn't understand, it still never felt better. I still yearn for these moments, which he barely understands.

This has happened to me before too, but for some reason, I let those pass. But, this one is still hard to leave from my mind. I still yearn for these little moments and he still doesn't care much. To him that day wasn't special, to him lying on his bed is far better than being with me and talking nonsense. To him, everything is counted and I don't actually like that, it doesn't match with mine. I feel ajar from him yet I like him and like to stick around him. For myself, maybe. Am I greedy? or is this love?

"You accepted me for who I am and not whom you wanted me to be." "I just wanted you to be happy."

"When we are in love with the right person, we end up finding who we are in their reflection."

The Vow, 2012, action-comedy-drama-romance

The movie type:

This movie is the type which falls in between romantic with a huge chunk about life disaster and coping up with it. If you are the type who is ready to dive into something which will make you think twice about the life you choose, this movie is for you. This movie is for you, if you are ready to watch another tale of another Prince and princess, who meets with tragedy and learns how to cope up. It is for you if you can appreciate tragedies which occur in each of our lives. It is for you if you appreciate your own choices in life. It is not very romantic, but it is too much romantic in my eyes. I feel the most beautiful part about loving someone is respecting their decisions, their choices and what they really want. If you believe so too, this movie is for you.

"We will always find our way back to each other!"

The End!

Snapshots are taken from my laptop, and the movie was downloaded from YIFY.
