Hola mi hermosa comunidad, amantes de las películas, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una reseña de una película superclásica, que estoy segura, que muchos ya han visto miles de veces, pues es una película con la que muchos hemos crecido. Esta película realmente me gusto y me sigue gustando, porque sin duda estuvo presente en cada momento de mi infancia, y muchas veces me hizo llorar, soñar y hasta pensar que no hay obstáculos en la vida que nos impidan salir adelante.
Hello my beautiful community, movie lovers, today I want to share with you a review of a super classic movie, that I am sure, that many of you have already seen thousands of times, because it is a movie that many of us have grown up with. I really liked this movie and I still like it, because it was undoubtedly present in every moment of my childhood, and many times it made me cry, dream and even think that there are no obstacles in life that prevent us from moving forward.
Dumbo es una película animada del año 1941 producida por Walt Disney Productions y aunque es una película bastante antigua, porque yo ni siquiera había nacido en esa época, realmente me gusta mucho y no la cambio por otras películas más nuevas, ya que considero que la esencia no es la misma.
Volviendo a ver la película esta semana, me he dado cuenta de que sus gráficos y la calidad de sus imágenes no son las mejores, y es algo de entender por la época en que fue producida, es más, considero que quedo muy bella y muy bien lograda para el momento en que se presentó, claro cuando vemos las películas hoy en día con full tecnología y full gráficos pues notamos una enorme diferencia, pero sin duda alguna esta película llevó mucho trabajo, un trabajo que muchos como yo hemos valorado y seguiremos valorando.
En cuanto a los mensajes que nos trasmite la película , realmente son muchos y es curioso ver como incluso en aquella época ya se mencionaba el hecho del progreso, la superación, incluso el hincapié que se la hacía al hecho de estudiar y esto lo vi reflejado en una canción que me llamó la atención, pues se da en una de las escenas del circo donde los empleados estaban bajo la lluvia de noche trabajando y cantaban que había que estudiar, porque si no tendrían que trabajar muy duro día y noche sin descansar, esto fue un dato realmente muy llamativo y vemos como en aquella época se animaba constantemente a los niños a estudiar, porque esto era una forma de poder salir adelante, y vemos la gran confianza que tenía el mundo en la educación, cosa contraria se refleja en las películas de hoy en día, donde esto de los estudios se maneja de una forma más relajada y con esto vemos lo mucho que ha cambiado el mundo, y el punto de vista de la sociedad.
Dumbo is an animated movie from 1941 produced by Walt Disney Productions and although it is quite an old movie, because I was not even born at that time, I really like it a lot and I do not change it for other newer movies, because I consider that the essence is not the same.
Watching the movie again this week, I have realized that its graphics and the quality of its images are not the best, and it is something to understand because of the time in which it was produced, moreover, I consider that it was very beautiful and very well done for the time in which it was presented, of course when we see the movies today with full technology and full graphics we notice a huge difference, but no doubt this movie took a lot of work, a work that many like me have valued and will continue to value.
As for the messages that the film conveys, there are really many and it is curious to see how even at that time already mentioned the fact of progress, improvement, even the emphasis that was placed on the fact of studying and I saw this reflected in a song that caught my attention, as it occurs in one of the circus scenes where the employees were in the rain at night working and singing that they had to study, because otherwise they would have to work very hard day and night without rest, This was a really striking fact and we see how at that time children were constantly encouraged to study, because this was a way to get ahead, and we see the great confidence that the world had in education, the opposite is reflected in today's films, where this study is handled in a more relaxed way and with this we see how much the world has changed, and the point of view of society.
En la película también observamos un punto muy importante y es el tema de la crítica, la burla y la discriminación hacia alguien por ser diferente, pude ver, como se manifestaba con gran ímpetu y lamentablemente recordando un poco el pasado pues anteriormente no había nadie que detuviera esto y que abogara en contra de la discriminación, antes era muy duro nacer diferente o con alguna discapacidad, y la película , me hizo recordar todo esto y aunque no hizo un señalamiento preciso , ni dio alternativas para defenderse ante esos asuntos, si nos dio la enseñanza de que se debía tener paciencia y aguantar las burlas, mientras llegaba la justicia.
Lamentablemente, para ese entonces no había nadie que se ocupara de este tipo de abusos, y esto se evidenciaba en el nombre de Dumbo, que para las demás elefantes solteras era sinónimo de tonto, esto era realmente una ofensa muy grande y una clara demostración de discriminación, pero vemos como a medida que se desarrolla la trama se nos dan ciertas enseñanzas donde se mostraba a la sociedad que ser diferente no era algo malo, sino que también podías superarte y ser alguien importante aunque tuvieras muchas cosas en contra.
También me gustó el gesto de amistad que tuvo el ratón Timoteo al ver que Dumbo estaba siendo maltratado, incluso se ofreció a ser su amigo y ayudarle, un bonito gesto de empatía y podríamos preguntarnos, ¿seríamos capaces hoy en día, de mostrar empatía por alguien y ayudarle a superar sus dificultades? Una buena lección que nos ayuda a ponernos en el lugar de los demás, a mostrar amor y por su puesto, a estar siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
In the film we also observed a very important point and it is the issue of criticism, mockery and discrimination against someone for being different, I could see how it manifested itself with great impetus and unfortunately remembering a little the past because previously there was no one to stop this and to advocate against discrimination, Before, it was very hard to be born different or with a disability, and the film made me remember all this and although it did not make a precise point, nor did it give alternatives to defend oneself against these issues, it did teach us that we should have patience and endure the mockery, while justice arrived.
Unfortunately, by that time there was no one to deal with this type of abuse, and this was evidenced in the name of Dumbo, which for the other single elephants was synonymous with fool, this was really a very big offense and a clear demonstration of discrimination, but we see how as the plot develops we are given certain teachings where society was shown that being different was not a bad thing, but that you could also overcome and be someone important even if you had many things against you.
I also liked the gesture of friendship that Timothy the mouse had when he saw that Dumbo was being mistreated, he even offered to be his friend and help him, a nice gesture of empathy and we could ask ourselves, would we be able today, to show empathy for someone and help him to overcome his difficulties? A good lesson that helps us to put ourselves in the place of others, to show love and of course, to always be willing to help.
Por último el punto que me llamó más la atención fue la importancia de creer en nosotros mismos, no creer en los demás, porque esto es algo muy fácil, se trata de creer en nosotros con nuestras debilidades y aciertos, creer que somos capaces de salir adelante, y no de la manera que muchos esperan, sino de salir adelante de la manera en que podemos, utilizando lo poco o mucho que tenemos, pero siempre de forma honrada, porque si creemos en nosotros mismos, seremos capaces de superar los obstáculos, y más aún las enfermedades o discapacidades, ya que como sabemos ellas no se van a quitar, pero si podemos aprender a tener una vida feliz y exitosa con ellas, aprendiendo a conocernos y amarnos a nosotros mismos.
Recordemos además que la mayoría de las enfermedades que se manifiestan en la sociedad actual tienen un componente emocional que siempre nos afecta, parece mentiras, pero un porcentaje muy alto de padecimientos tiene el estrés como detonante, por eso, si tan solo pensáramos que podemos salir adelante, si creyéramos en nosotros mismos, nos amaríamos más y podríamos tener una vida más saludable, donde cuidaríamos a nuestro cuerpo y si hiciéramos eso definitivamente tendremos mejor mañana, y tal vez las cosas serían diferentes.
Finally the point that caught my attention was the importance of believing in ourselves, not believing in others, because this is something very easy, it is about believing in ourselves with our weaknesses and successes, believing that we are capable of getting ahead, and not in the way that many expect, but to get ahead in the way we can, using the little or much we have, but always in an honest way, because if we believe in ourselves, we will be able to overcome the obstacles, and even more the diseases or disabilities, because as we know they will not go away, but we can learn to have a happy and successful life with them, learning to know and love ourselves.
Let us also remember that most of the diseases that manifest themselves in today's society have an emotional component that always affects us, it seems like a lie, but a very high percentage of ailments have stress as a trigger, so if we only thought that we can get ahead, if we believed in ourselves, we would love ourselves more and we could have a healthier life, where we would take care of our body and if we did that we would definitely have a better tomorrow, and maybe things would be different.
