Ich wurde von @xels nominiert bei einer neuen Movie Challenge von @zuerich teilzunehmen. Das funktioniert wie folgt, jeder der nominiert ist, macht ein kurzes Posting zu einem Lieblingsfilm und nominiert 5 weitere Hivers im Beitrag. Ok, ist nicht so schwierig ;)
Mein Lieblingsfilm für heute, der auch sehr gut zum Coronavirus-Shutdown passt, ist V for Vendetta.
Im Film geht es um die britische Guy Fawkes-Geschichte in einer adaptierten Version, die in einer dystopischen, totalitären und korrupten Zukunft im Vereinigten Königreich spielt.
Der maskierte Freiheitskämpfer "V" (Hugo Weaving) möchte die unterdrückte und manipulierte Bevölkerung wachrütteln und plant wie damals Guy Fawkes einen Anschlag auf das britische Parlamentsgebäude, um ein Zeichen gegen Diktatur und Scheindemokratie zu setzen, der historisch im 17. Jahrhundert allerdings scheiterte. Dabei trifft V auf eine Mitarbeiterin des staatlichen Propaganda-Fernsehens Evey, die von Natalie Portman gespielt wird.
Die Ausgangssperren, die in Österreich Mitte März verhängt worden sind, hat mich auch an diesen Film erinnert.
So soweit mein kurzes Review und Fazit.

I was nominated by @xels to participate in a new movie challenge on Hive by @zuerich. It works like this, everyone who is nominated makes a short post about their favorite movie and nominates 5 more Hivers in the post. Okay, I think it's not that difficult ;)
My favorite movie for today, which also fits the Coronavirus Shutdown very well, is V for Vendetta.
The movie is about the British Guy Fawkes story in an adapted version, set in a dystopian, totalitarian and corrupt future in the UK.
The masked freedom fighter "V" (Hugo Weaving) wants to shake up the oppressed and manipulated population and, like Guy Fawkes at the time, plans an attack on the British parliament building to set an example against dictatorship and sham democracy, which historically failed in the 17th century. In the process, V meets an employee of the state propaganda television Evey, played by Natalie Portman.
The curfews that were imposed in Austria in mid-March also reminded me of this film.
So far my short review and conclusion.
