Hola comunidad, hoy les traigo esta peli que estoy segura que la mayoría la vio o al menos vio alguna imagen o meme al respecto.
Así que comencemos con la peli…
RESUMEN
Shrek es un ogro que vive en el bosque, siempre trató de vivir lejos de la gente para no ser molestado, pero siempre había hombres que iban a su pantano para tratar de matarlo.
Mientras tanto en el reino, el “rey” había ordenado apresar a todos los personajes de cuentos de hadas para ser desterrados de sus tierras. Por lo que eligió justamente el pantano del ogro para que vivieran allí.
Shrek muy molesto fue a hablar con el rey para que desalojara a todos esos personajes y recuperar sus tierras. Entonces Farquaad hizo un trato con él, a cambio de devolverle sus tierras, Shrek tenía que ir en búsqueda de la princesa Fiona para que sea su esposa.
Shrek acepta y emprende el viaje con Burro. Pasan por muchos lugares mientras aprovechan para conocerse un poco mejor.
Llegan a la torre donde estaba encerrada la princesa, arman un plan y contra todo pronóstico logran salvarla y huir del gran dragón que la custodiaba. En esto ayudó mucho Burro ya que le había coqueteado y logró despistarla.
La princesa algo confundida pero feliz conoce a su salvador, pero en su primera impresión ve que no era el príncipe que siempre había soñado, de todas formas, viajan de regreso para volver al palacio de Lord Farquaad.
Pero algo muy bonito pasa en el viaje de regreso, tanto Shrek como Fiona se van enamorando. Resulta que tenían muchas cosas en común y comparten varios intereses.
El último día de su viaje deciden hacer tiempo para no llegar al castillo y pasar un día más juntos, pero antes de anochecer Burro va a hablar con Fiona sobre esos nuevos sentimientos que habían aparecido.
Burro descubre algo perturbador, Fiona también resultó ser una ogra por medio de un maleficio que le habían lanzado desde que era muy pequeña. Mientras ellos conversaban, Shrek escuchó un poco de la charla y da por hecho que la princesa nunca estaría con un ogro.
Muy triste, él decide informar a Lord Farquaad que ya había rescatado a su princesa y que venga a recogerla. En la mañana aparece para llevársela, Fiona, muy confundida, decide irse con él para casarse y así lograr romper su maldición.
Burro trata de hablar con Shrek pero él, muy enojado, lo acusa de cómplice de la princesa, pero tras arreglar sus problemas van rápido a impedir la boda.
Shrek confiesa sus sentimientos hacia Fiona y ella le muestra su gran secreto, logran deshacerse de Lord Farquaad y se casan para vivir felices para siempre.

OPINIÓN PERSONAL
Esta es una película que creo que revolucionó las típicas películas de Disney, con princesas y príncipes, finales felices y los típicos clichés que tenían ese tipo de películas animadas.
Creo que por eso también tuvo tanto éxito, por ser diferente, tocar temas distintos y por demostrar que no solo Disney puede hacer buenas películas animadas.
Es una película que sí o sí te sacará una sonrisa, desde los personajes hasta sus formas de ser, creo que muestra cómo sería una película animada con cosas de la vida real, donde no todo es perfecto y feliz.
Algo que siempre me llamó la atención es que la historia parte con un personaje que podría definirse como el malo de la película, se cuenta la historia desde su perspectiva. Se nos ha metido en la cabeza que los malos nunca pueden ganar y que las historias la escriben los ganadores.
Pero aquí nos muestra la otra cara de la moneda, porque un personaje que puede parecer malo en muchos cuentos, resulta que no lo es, tiene una vida propia y lo único que quiere es que lo dejen tranquilo.
También muestra que los cuentos de Disney no son perfectos, en una parte se muestra que los seres diferentes como hadas, muñecos, animales y otros, eran vistos como algo malo, entonces eran vendidos por algunas monedas por aquellas personas que los encontraban vagando por ahí.
Además, rompe con las reglas al poner que un ogro también puede ser feliz, enamorarse e incluso ser correspondido por una princesa, es un cuento más realista y eso es lo que más me llama la atención y me gusta.
De igual forma la princesa, tampoco es común y corriente, porque sabe karate, no es delicada, es una mujer que sale del típico molde de ser perfecta.
Lo bonito es que ambos se conocen y encuentran muchas cosas que comparten, que seguramente no compartiría con el futuro rey, además que él sólo quería casarse por conveniencia y para reinar.
Otro mensaje que me gustó mucho es la amistad que existe en Shrek y Burro, en parte me recuerda a cuando tienes una mascota, y seguramente les ha pasado que, cuando les riñes ellos, no se enojan contigo, todo lo contrario, te siguen queriendo, porque ellos no entienden ese momento entre que te enojas y luego vuelves a estar bien con ellos.
Algo así considero que pasa con Burro, a pesar de ser maltratado por Shrek, siempre estaba ahí para él y gracias a él, Shrek aclaró sus sentimientos y logró recuperar a Fiona. Además, parece ser un buen consejero para todo tipo de situaciones.
Tiene varias bonitas enseñanzas esta película y estoy segura de que luego de reírnos bastante, también hemos pensado en lo que hay más allá de las simples bromas o juegos que tiene la película y nos pusimos a pensar en lo que los creadores de todo esto quisieron mostrar.
A pesar de que el típico ogro tenía un carácter muy hostil y gruñón con el mundo exterior, aquí demostró que tiene sentimientos como cualquier ser y nos demuestra que la felicidad puede llegar a todos.
Y como él mismo dijo, uno no debe juzgar a alguien si no lo conoces. Date el tiempo para charlar y conocerlo y seguramente hallarás a una gran persona en su interior.

SUMMARY

This is a movie that I think revolutionized the typical Disney movies, with princesses and princes, happy endings, and the typical clichés found in that type of animated movie.
I think that is also why it was so successful: because it was different, touched on different topics, and showed that Disney isn’t the only one that can make good animated movies.
It is a movie that will definitely make you smile. From the characters to their personalities, I think it shows what an animated movie with things from real life would be like, where not everything is perfect and happy.
Something that always caught my attention is that the story begins with a character who could be defined as the villain of the movie, and the story is told from his perspective. We have been led to believe that villains can never win and that history is written by the winners.
But here it shows us the other side of the coin, because a character who may seem bad in many stories turns out not to be. He has a life of his own, and the only thing he wants is to be left alone.
It also shows that Disney’s fairy tales are not perfect. At one point, it shows that different beings such as fairies, dolls, animals, and others were seen as something bad, so they were sold for a few coins by the people who found them wandering around.
It also breaks the rules by showing that an ogre can be happy, fall in love, and even be loved in return by a princess. It is a more realistic fairy tale, and that is what catches my attention and what I like the most.
Likewise, the princess is not ordinary either, because she knows karate and is not delicate. She is a woman who steps outside the typical mold of being perfect.
