Hey Steemians. Welcome again to another pop corn munching session. Yes I know it's Monday and just the start of another week. We all still feel slow from the weekend still wishing the weekend was longer. Spilled your coffee, had a bad lunch, got left behind by your ride home. Yeah I know it's bad. Nothing beats a good movie to break the Monday. Today we have the movie The Circle starred by Emma Watson, Tom Hanks and Finn from StarWars John Boyega whom my daughter recognized.
How would like to live in world where everything is under surveillance 24/7? They see your every move, every accident before it happens, every crime or terror. They will save lives but up to what extent?
The film starts out with Emma Watson getting a job interview for the company the Circle. The Circle looks like a really awesome place to work in seems like Google. Big campus like environment with cool people around like monks walking around the place. We will also see a surprising performance from Beck. How awesome is that after work you see live performances and parties sign me up!
Well not everything seems what it is. Emma Stone meets Star Wars Finn and unveils the true nature of the Circle. Part of the movie feels like the Truman Show when she becomes transparent to the world. You'll see what I mean when you watch it.
Well I don't want to spill too much of the story. Overall I didn't sleep on the movie so it was entertaining enough to get my attention. My wife though was busy Steeming but was still watching. Good Monday film to start your Tuesday right. You might even with to work for the Circle.
