I always like the Insidious movies because of their scary atmosphere and the way of their presentation. So I was really interested to watch the new part Insidious: Out of the Further. And honestly I can say that the movie has maintained its horror continuity.
The movie has some good scary moments. The dark atmosphere and the way the movie uses The Further. The movie is not extremely scary but it has enough scary moments to keep the horror feeling alive.
The story follows Gemma and her daughter Maya who live in the house where Gemma grew up. Gemma has a strange connection with The Further which is the mysterious world connected to the Insidious universe.
But her connection is different from what we have seen before. She has the ability to bring things from The Further into the real world. This becomes a serious problem when some dangerous entities start taking interest in her ability.
From there the story becomes a fight to protect herself and her daughter from the supernatural forces connected to The Further. I will not say anything more because the mystery and horror moments are better when you experience them yourself.

I think this movie is good for fans of horror. It has creepy scenes, jump scares and enough connection to The Further to make it feel like an Insidious movie. I liked that this movie brings a new family and a different story instead of only depending on the old characters. I enjoyed watching it.
