Hola mis amores

Hoy les vengo hablar sobre una serie que acabo de terminar de ver en Netflix que me ha parecido súper interesante; más allá de la ternura que sus personajes puedan de alguna forma expresarnos, esta propuesta trata de mostrar un parecido desde toda la circunstancia pandémica que estamos viviendo en este momento, y muestra muchos escenarios que hemos estado viviendo.

La serie Sweet tooth es una serie creada para entender nuestra actualidad, si vemos en el fondo, todos los cambios que de alguna forma nos ha planteado el hecho de vivir en un mundo donde un virus ha hecho cambios radicales en nuestras vidas, sin embargo más allá de los cambios, en cuanto a valores humanos la serie plantea o saca a la luz los cambios reales que pueden suscitarse en las personas, los que tienen aquellos que de alguna forma se vuelven más egoístas o aquellos que con las circunstancias se vuelven más humanos y dedican su vida a servir a otros.

Dentro de la serie se nos muestra cómo va surgiendo una nueva generación, toca el punto de las especies manipuladas genéticamente, pero hoy, a través de los alimentos y medicinas, se ha visto que ya nuestros bebés vienen de alguna manera con alteraciones genéticas producto de ello, son generaciones de niños que vienen a enseñar otra forma de vida, de alguna manera están trayendo otro punto de vista sobre la vida, otras maneras de ser, son personas mucho más ecológicas, son personas muchos más conscientes de las consecuencias que deja su estadía sobre el planeta; Dentro de la serie se nos plantean como personas híbridas, osea, personas que son mitad animales y mitad seres humanos. Para mí la alegoría es que estos niños son seres que vienen a entender el mundo natural y vienen entender el mundo en la tierra de una manera más consciente.

Si lo llevamos fuera de la pantalla a nuestra realidad, estos niños posiblemente hoy en día ya los tenemos entre nosotros, en la vida real ya son todos esos niños que son muy despiertos y que nos parecen extraños y que los etiquetamos con cantidad de síndromes, pero que solamente son niños que vienen mucho más despiertos y vienen con la intención de estar mucho más comprometidos con el resguardo de la vida en el planeta tierra.

Esta serie me ha tocado muchas fibras, obviamente por el hecho de que plantea un mundo post pandémico, claro dentro de la ciencia ficción lo plantea muy apocalíptico,pero más allá de lo que plantée como consecuencia, es la causa a lo que debemos estar atentos, porque la causa fue el deterioro del planeta por la capacidad de nosotros de abusar de los recursos naturales, el hecho de que muchos científicos de alguna forma jugasen con la genética buscando controlar la población en lugar de usar la educación para lograr qué los seres humanos se hicieran más responsables de su control de natalidad. Entonces crearon armas biológicas para el control de la cantidad de personas dentro del planeta.

Todo esto lleva a la reflexión ya que propone cómo sería esa vida en un mundo post pandemia casi apocalíptico, donde no hay energía donde no existen casi recursos naturales, donde las personas todavía están muy asustadas por un virus que las puede contagiar, donde hay división mucho más fuerte de clases porque existen las personas que todavía tienen recursos y poder, existen las personas que están en contra de quienes creen que que crearon el virus, creando una xenofobia gigante; entonces todos estas facetas de lo que puede crear una pandemia lo muestran en la serie y yo lo comparo con nuestra actualidad y aunque no se ve planteada tan drástica como en la serie, hoy en día se ve mucha xenofobia con respecto a quienes pudieron haber creado el virus, se siente mucho miedo y rabia con respecto a los científicos que de una manera pueden estar jugando con armas biológicas, y también está el hecho de que vivir en estas circunstancias actuales.

Todo esto ha llevado a mucha gente a mostrar su verdadero rostro en cuanto a valores humanos, y a tomar bandos, están los que se aprovechan de la situación, los que son de alguna manera malos con los demás, los que buscan tener el poder a través de esto; y están los que ayudan, los que a pesar de que puedan tener consecuencias para ellos mismos dedican sus vidas a curar, a proteger, a ayudar a otros.

Sin decirles mucho más sobre muchos detalles de la trama en sí, para no hacer tantos espoilers, les puedo contar que es una serie muy fresca pero a la vez te va mostrando muchos aspectos de los humanos, estos que nos dejan con la sensación de que ya llega una hora en que tenemos que ver cómo vamos a cambiar, y es una serie obviamente de ciencia ficción pero basada en nuestra realidad actual, no se puede negar.

Les invito a verla, la van a disfrutar muchísimo y yo estoy esperando ansiosamente una segunda temporada, me gusta mucho una frase que dice uno de los personajes de la serie y es:

"Nunca sabes lo que puedes llegar a hacer por las personas que amas"

Entonces, creo que el amor como base fundamental de todo es una de las enseñanzas que te muestran allí, que están implícitos dentro de la serie, que para mí es el recurso principal para superar cualquier obstáculo en la vida de cada uno de nosotros, o en la vida de todos como humanidad.

Hello my dears

Today I come to talk about a series that I just finished watching on Netflix that I found super interesting; beyond the tenderness that their characters can somehow express, this proposal tries to show a similarity from the whole pandemic circumstance that we are living at this time, and shows many scenarios that we have been living.

The series Sweet tooth is a series created to understand our present time, if we see in the background, all the changes that in some way we have raised the fact of living in a world where a virus has made radical changes in our lives, however beyond the changes, in terms of human values the series raises or brings to light the real changes that can arise in people, which have those who somehow become more selfish or those who with the circumstances become more human and dedicate their lives to serve others.

Within the series we are shown how a new generation is emerging, it touches the point of genetically manipulated species, but today, through food and medicine, it has been seen that our babies already come with genetic alterations as a result of it, they are generations of children who come to teach another way of life, somehow they are bringing another point of view on life, other ways of being, they are much more ecological people, they are much more aware of the consequences of their stay on the planet; Within the series we are presented as hybrid people, that is, people who are half animals and half human beings. For me the allegory is that these children are beings that come to understand the natural world and come to understand the world on earth in a more conscious way.

If we take it out of the screen to our reality, these children possibly we already have among us today, in real life they are already all those children who are very awake and that seem strange to us and that we label them with a number of syndromes, but they are only children who come much more awake and come with the intention of being much more committed to the protection of life on planet earth.

This series has struck a chord with me, obviously because it presents a post-pandemic world, of course within science fiction it is very apocalyptic, but beyond the consequences, it is the cause that we must be aware of, because the cause was the deterioration of the planet due to our ability to abuse natural resources, the fact that many scientists somehow played with genetics in order to control the population instead of using education to make human beings more responsible for their birth control. So they created biological weapons to control the number of people on the planet.

All this leads to reflection as it proposes what life would be like in an almost apocalyptic post-pandemic world, where there is no energy, where there are almost no natural resources, where people are still very afraid of a virus that can infect them, where there is a much stronger division of classes because there are people who still have resources and power, there are people who are against those who believe they created the virus, creating a giant xenophobia; So all these facets of what can create a pandemic are shown in the series and I compare it with our present day and although it is not as drastic as in the series, today we see a lot of xenophobia with respect to those who may have created the virus, there is a lot of fear and anger with respect to scientists who in a way may be playing with biological weapons, and there is also the fact that living in these current circumstances.

All this has led many people to show their true face in terms of human values, and to take sides, there are those who take advantage of the situation, those who are somehow mean to others, those who seek to have power through this; and there are those who help, those who despite the fact that they may have consequences for themselves dedicate their lives to heal, to protect, to help others.

Without telling you much more about many details of the plot itself, so as not to make so many spoilers, I can tell you that it is a very fresh series but at the same time it shows you many aspects of humans, these that leave us with the feeling that there comes a time when we have to see how we will change, and it is obviously a science fiction series but based on our current reality, there is no denying it.

I invite you to watch it, you will enjoy it very much and I am anxiously awaiting a second season, I really like a phrase that one of the characters in the series says and it is:

"You never know what you can do for the people you love ".

So, I think that love as the fundamental basis of everything is one of the teachings that you are shown there, that are implicit within the series, that for me is the main resource to overcome any obstacle in the life of each one of us, or in the life of all of us as humanity.
