Ashfall... Red Alert. For some time now, Korean cinematic art has been making its way into the preference of the film-going public. In particular, I can say that I really like the horror genre and the list is really extensive. However, little by little they have ventured into other genres such as action, drama, thriller, catastrophe, mystery, suspense, adventure, among others. But something very important is that they have also been able to balance several genres to give us very entertaining films; among them, the one I present today through the lenses of Lee Hae jun and Kim Byung seo; names that may be difficult to pronounce and may be little known, but together they make an impressive duo.

For example; Lee Hae jun in charge of the direction and screenplay; and Kim Byung seo although he also participated in the script; he is a master of cinematography, and together they have achieved a film of great quality, both in its narrative, as in the spectacular visual aspect. We are talking about Ashfall or Red Alert; a film that combines the genres of action, drama, catastrophe, adventure and thriller in a very balanced way for the delight of all of us.

A film that from my point of view, catches us from the first minutes with the devastating earthquake. On the other hand; although it is true that it is a film about natural disasters; for me, this is not the central axis of the plot, but the directors take advantage of these events, to take us into how difficult human and political relationships can be; and how people have that sense of survival. It really is a film worth seeing, for everything that represents the background of this story.

With the above said; we can say that a crucial aspect in the plot is the relationship between the two main characters; that is, between Ha Jung woo who in the movie is Jo In Chang, an explosives expert who has the mission of leading a team to try to prevent the volcano from initiating its final activity. This character does so well, that we can easily identify with him. And at the other end we find Lee Byung hun who represents Lee Joon Pyeong, a North Korean double agent who has the ability to guide Jo In Chang to achieve his mission. However; this relationship will not be easy and you will notice an incredible tension, both will have to understand that the fate of the Korean peninsula is in their hands; this will be a dramatic and suspenseful relationship, which will keep you with your eyes on the screen. All this without taking away merit from the other characters, who are an important part of the plot and generate an incredible realism with an outstanding humanity.

Another central point; which adds more spice to the plot, is the theme of espionage that is mixed with the political aspect. This combined with the family drama and the sense of survival, which further heightens the tension and makes us feel that catastrophe may be an imminent end. All this, without leaving aside that you will live a time of quality entertainment, with fantastic action scenes and special effects that have nothing to envy to films of great invoice. Now, as I said before, beyond the apocalyptic theme, here we can see how human beings overcome their differences, not only to save themselves, but also to save people with whom they were at odds. We all know that North and South Korea share the Korean peninsula, but they are in constant tension.

But I imagine that you will say; are we talking about the characters before indicating what moves them to act; well, from my particular vision, I wanted to make this point even if you think that we are going backwards and forwards. I say this; because beyond the catastrophe, the relationship between the protagonists is of vital importance. However, on the border between North Korea and China there is the Mount Paekdu volcano; it is active and causing extreme earthquakes all over the Korean peninsula, but that is not all; because there is a threat that could generate an unprecedented devastation.

Therefore, they seek to avoid this situation by seeking the intervention of Professor Kang Bong Rae (Ma Dong Seok), who proposes a crazy mission in which the characters described above must intervene. In short, here the apocalypse, the use of nuclear weapons and political tension are combined as motives for the union in the search to avoid annihilation. In that sense; if you are looking for a film that goes beyond the shocking natural disasters and makes you feel a roller coaster of emotions; this film is for you, we say goodbye and see you soon with more adventures and entertainment.

De forma particular; puedo decir, que de ellos me gusta mucho el género de terror y realmente la lista es muy extensa. Sin embargo; poco a poco han incursionado en otros géneros como el de acción, drama, thriller, de catástrofes, misterio, suspenso, aventura entre otros. Pero algo muy importante, es que también han podido equilibrar varios géneros para brindarnos filmes demasiado entretenidos; entre ellos, el que hoy les presento a través de los lentes de Lee Hae jun y Kim Byung seo; nombres que a lo mejor son difíciles de pronunciar y que pueden ser poco conocidos, pero que juntos hacen un duo impresionante.

Por ejemplo; Lee Hae jun encargado de la dirección y el guión; y Kim Byung seo aunque también participó en el guión; es un maestro de la cinematografía, y juntos han logrado una película de mucha calidad, tanto en su narrativa, como en lo espectacular del aspecto visual. Hablamos de Ashfall o Alerta Roja; un filme que combina los géneros de acción, el drama, el cine de catástrofe, aventura y el thriller de una manera sumamente equilibrada para el deleite de todos nosotros.

Una película que desde mi punto de vista, nos atrapa desde los primeros minutos con el devastador terremoto. Por otra parte; si bien es cierto, que es una película de desastres naturales; para mí, este no es el eje central de la trama, sino que los directores aprovechan estos eventos, para adentrarnos en lo difícil que pueden ser las relaciones humanas y políticas; y como las personas tienen ese sentido de supervivencia. Realmente es un filme digno de ver, por todo lo que representa el trasfondo de esta historia.

Con lo dicho anteriormente; podemos decir que un aspecto crucial en la trama es la relación entre los dos personajes principales; es decir, entre Ha Jung woo que en la película es Jo In Chang, un experto en explosivos que tiene la misión de liderar un equipo para tatar de evitar que el volcán inicie su actividad final. Este personaje lo hace tan bien, que fácilmente podemos identificarnos con él. y en el otro extremo encontramos a Lee Byung hun quien representa a Lee Joon pyeong, un doble agente norcoreano que tiene la capacidad de guiar a Jo In Chang para el logro de su cometido. Sin embargo; esta relación no será nada fácil y notarás una tensión increíble, ambos tendrán que entender que el destino de la península coreana está en sus manos; esta será una relación dramática y de suspenso, que te mantendrá con la vista en la pantalla. Todo esto sin quitar merito a los demás personajes, quienes son parte importante de la trama y generan un realismo increíble con una humanidad sobresaliente.

Otro punto central; que le añade más picante a la trama, es el tema del espionaje que se mezcla con el aspecto político. Esto combinado con el drama familiar y el sentido de supervivencia, que eleva aun más la tensión y nos hace sentir que la catástrofe puede ser un final inminente. Todo esto, sin dejar de lado que vivirás un tiempo de entretenimiento de calidad, con escenas de acción fantásticas y efectos especiales que no tienen nada que envidiar a películas de gran factura. Ahora; como dije antes, más allá del tema apocalíptico; aquí podemos notar como el ser humano supera sus diferencias, no solo para salvarse asimismos; sino para salvar a gente con quiénes estaban enemistados. Todos sabemos que Corea del Norte y Corea del Sur comparten la península de Corea, pero están en constante tensión.

Pero me imagino que ustedes dirán; ¿se está hablando de los personajes antes de indicar que los mueve a actuar?; bueno, desde mi visión particular, quise exponer este punto aunque se piense que vamos de atrás para adelante. Digo esto; porque más allá de la catástrofe, la relación entre los protagonistas es de vital importancia. Sin embargo; en la frontera entre Corea del Norte y China existe el volcán del Monte Paekdu; el mismo se encuentra en actividad ocasionando terremotos extremos por toda la península de Corea, pero eso no es todo; porque existe una amenaza que podría generar una devastación sin precedentes.

Por ello; se busca evitar esta situación buscando la intervención del Profesor Kang Bong rae (Ma Dong seok), quien propone una misión descabellada donde deben intervenir los personajes antes descritos. En fin; aquí se combinan el apocalipsis, el uso de armas nucleares y la tensión política, como motivos para la unión en la búsqueda de evitar la aniquilación. En tal sentido; si buscas una película que va más allá de lo impactante de los desastres naturales y que te haga sentir una montaña rusa de emociones; este filme es para tí, nos despedimos y nos vemos pronto con más aventuras y entretenimiento.

There are some movies that, after watching them, you feel like, hey, I have to watch it again! The Child's Play movie was just like that for me. I have seen it several times, and every time I felt something new. And today I am sharing some things about this movie with you.

The story of the movie revolves around a young man named Marco, who lives in the Philippines. He works hard day and night to earn money for his mother's illness, and fights in illegal stadiums. But this fight is not just for money; he has a strong desire to find his father. Being the child of a Korean father and a Filipino mother, he is hanging between two worlds. So he fights illegally on one hand and searches for his father on the other.

At one point in the movie, when Marco goes to the hospital after a serious fight with a gang, a lawyer suddenly comes and says that he is the representative of Marco's lost father. Hearing this, Marco is a little surprised that he has been looking for him for so long. Today, suddenly, he found his father in the hospital bed. This is where the twist in the story begins, and as a viewer, I also watch the movie with more attention.

Some of my personal feelings

Kim Son-Ho has played the lead role in this film. He brought the character to life in such a way that it felt like this story was a reflection of his life.

I never got bored or lost my attention for a moment during the movie. The tension within me increased with each scene.

For me, it's not just action—it's also a wonderful expression of the immense love for one's mother and the pain of finding one's father.

When I first saw it, I felt that it was just a thriller action film. But after seeing it again and again, I realized that this is an emotional story of compassion to find family, sacrifice and someone's identity. My heart felt heavy in the previous moments, and some scenes wanted me to clap my hands.

If you want action, thrill and emotion, all three together, then don't miss The Childe. You should also watch it once. I think you will like it too.

The name may sound a bit strange to many, but the idea of the story is much deeper and different. It is not just a love story, but is based on the complexity of the human mind and various problems in life. So this is a great anime for those who like stories that touch the heart.

The protagonist, Sakuta Ajuta, is an ordinary high school boy. One day, he meets a young woman named Mazuki Sakurazaka, who is wandering around a library, where she is dressed as a rabbit, dressed as a rabbit. Surprisingly, there are no men in her presence and people are unaware of her existence. It is later revealed that Mazuki suffers from a strange disorder called Hizubrina, which has caused her to disappear.

This disease is simply a reflection of the state of mind and anxiety of the person; those who have an important crisis or emotional burden in their lives fall victim to Hizubrina and disappear. In addition to Mazuki, there are other characters who are victims of this disease and are seen struggling with their personal problems in their lives and relationships. In general, Bunny Girl Senpai is not a typical romantic anime, but rather an emotional anime about finding oneself, developing emotional crises, and the characteristics of relationships.

Bunny Girl Senpai is one of those unique anime regularly transcending the genre of romance to be able to delve deep into the minds of humans and the nature of life. To begin with, its plot is quite profound and considerate which evokes the feelings of the spectator. It is not only a love story but it addresses friendship, self discovery, self esteem, and crises in life very discretely.

The disease(Hizubrina) mentioned in the story is highly innovative and valuable. It even serves as an allegorical display of the mental issues involved in the human race as it implies the intentions to run into the hardships of the world by erasing themselves. Such a theme distinguishes the anime among scores of school romances. Even the relationship of the main characters Sakuta and Mazuki is so realistic and vivid, their dialogue and emotions are so touching.

The anime has also good animation and soundtrack. The visual appearance of characters is made with much attention which renders the depth to the emotions in the story. In as much as the slow movement of the story may prove to be a burden on some audience, the slowness of the story can be used to comprehend the meaning of the story.

In general, the Bunny Girl Senpai is not just an entertaining anime but an excellent engaging work that pursues great insight into the realm of human feelings, mental contradictions and intricacies of the relationships. It is something that is essential to watch to people who wish to see more behind this world and enjoy emotional stories and romance. It is a first time experience on my part, and it remains imprinted on the mind when the experience is finished.

Here I am, sharing again in this community after months. Finally being able to watch something again makes me feel better. Actually, I had seen this movie before, but it had been a few years, and I realized I had seen it halfway through, so I decided to finish it 😂

The Northman is an action, adventure, and historical film. It’s also important to note that it’s a fantasy film, as it contains a lot of fantastical elements. At two hours and seventeen minutes, it’s quite a long film. It was released in 2022 and is currently available to watch on Netflix. I think it was recently added to Netflix, which is why it’s so popular right now.

The reason he takes on the role of a slave is so he won't be recognized where he's going, otherwise he'll be killed like his dad. When Northman gets there, he meets a woman and they're drawn to each other. Later, while he's a slave, he slowly gains the trust of his uncle, the traitor king. Then, in a competition with another kingdom, he saves his uncle's son, his stepbrother, and becomes a kind of slave chief. Meanwhile, yes, his uncle married his mother after killing his father. Once he became the slave chief, everything became easier for him, and he began to make plans to rescue his mother and reclaim his kingdom. At night, he organized some assassinations of soldiers and left impressive messages behind. This caused great unrest in the kingdom, and while everyone was searching for the person responsible, he continued with the assassinations. Eventually, he decided to fight the king alone but was captured. The biggest twist here was that his mother was actually with his uncle by choice, not by force. The king made a big mistake by not killing him and chained him up somewhere. The Northerner escaped with the help of the ravens and decided to leave the kingdom with the woman he met at the beginning of the film. This was a very interesting scene for me. If you were going to leave the kingdom, why did you come here in the first place? He then realized that he couldn't escape his fate and swam back to the kingdom. I know you're expecting me to say that he somehow fought the king and defeated him. But maybe that's not what happened. In conclusion, this movie was an average-quality film with not too many twists and turns for me. I've always been interested in historical films, but I don't like watching movies where I can predict the ending. Of course, the fact that I was watching the movie for the second time also had an effect, but my wife and I watched it together, and even though it was her first time watching it, she felt the same way. That’s why I gave it a 6.5 out of 10. There wasn’t anything particularly notable about the acting either. Of course, all of this is just my opinion.

Film bir kralın savaştan dönüşüyle başlıyor ve savaşta aldığı yara yüzünden tedirgin. Olası bir ölümde başa oğlu geçeceği için onu buna hazırlaması gerekiyor. Önce eğitim alıyor ve sonra da büyük bir ayin yapıyorlar. Ancak bu ayinin hemen arkasından kral kardeşi tarafından suikaste uğruyor. Burada küçük bir not düşmem gerekir çünkü her ne kadar bu bir ayin de olsa oraya hiç koruma ya da asker olmadan gitmemelisiniz. Sonuçta siz bir kralsınız ve düşmanlarınız olabilir değil mi? Bu bana mantık hatası içeriyor gibi geldi ama yorum sizin. Kralın oğlu genç prensi de öldürmeye çalışıyorlar ama çocuk bir şekilde kaçıyor. Aradan yıllar geçiyor ve çocuk bir kabilede iyi bir asker olarak tekrar karşımıza çıkıyor. Küçük bir derebeyliği basıyorlar ve yağmalıyorlar. Köle şefi olunca her şey onun için daha kolay oldu ve artık annesini kurtarmak ve krallığını geri almak için planlar yapmaya başladı. Geceleri askerlere bazı suikastler düzenledi ve arkasında etkileyici mesajlar bıraktı. Bu krallıkta büyük bir huzursuzluğa sebep oldu ve herkes bunu yapan kişiyi ararken o suikastlere devam etti. Sonunda kral ile tek başına dövüşmeye karar verdi ancak yakalandı. Burada en büyük ters köşe annesinin aslında zorla değil kendi isteğiyle amcasıyla birlikte olmasıydı. Bir şekilde kral ile dövüştü ve onu yendi dememi bekliyorsunuz biliyorum. Ancak belki de öyle olmamıştır. Belki de kral gerçekten güçlü olduğu için onu öldürdü ve krallığını sürdürmeye devam etti. And while I admit that none of the sequels reached the level of greatness of the original 1988 film, The Naked Gun is a perfect example of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" philosophy.

A couple of days ago, I wrote about it, and then I took the time to review its sequel, a film that, in my opinion, manages to maintain the impeccable pace I expected. Despite not having as many iconic moments, it holds together thanks to a brilliant script and Leslie Nielsen's performance as Lieutenant Frank, who quickly became one of my favorite fictional characters.

Frank Debris had everything it took to become an icon: he was clumsy, confident, but for some reason, even when things get complicated, everything turns out well for him. He's a perfect vessel for the endless source of physical and verbal comedy that Naked Gun represents as a franchise, and the indirect inspiration for many police and detective comedies, like the brilliant FX series Archer.

This time, it was time to watch the closing of the trilogy: Naked Gun 33 1/3 - The Final Insult, a fairly effective conclusion that repeats the virtues of its predecessors while also taking everything to an interesting new level.

The relationship between Frank Debris and his now-wife Jane Spencer (played by the beautiful Priscilla Presley) takes center stage, a perfect opportunity to tap into the chemistry the two actors have had since the first film.

In The Final Insult, we see how Frank must return from his retirement as a police officer to carry out one last mission, something that could cost him his marriage to Jane, who is also desperate to have a child.

This premise—which appears to be quite serious—is nothing more than an excuse for the display of brilliance we've become accustomed to from Naked Gun, riddled with brilliant moments like the prison escape and a climax at an awards ceremony that parodies the Oscars.

The only bitter feeling I felt about this film was due to the fact that it's the last time we'll see Leslie Nielsen play Lieutenant Frank, and aside from the recent reboot I mentioned (and the episodes of the canceled TV series), the material for this universe seems lacking considering all the potential it had.

Of course, many of its gags and jokes have aged slightly sloppily (and can certainly be considered racist or sexist by today's standards), but again, The Naked Gun has one thing going for it: the sincerity with which it's all executed, and this is something that will make it easy to get a laugh out of it even if we don't agree with what we're watching.
