Saludos Hivers, feliz fin de semana para todos. Ya estaos en el segundo día de diciembre poco tiempo nos queda para entrar al 2024 y seguramente muchos deben estar algo emotivos, preocupados o incluso cansados y a la esperas de esas vacaciones.
Yo por mi parte, me sigo centrando un poco en la creación de contenido y he escogido ver algo que me ayudara a analizar ciertas cosas de mi vida que tal vez aún no he podido entender o asimilar del todo.
Esta serie en particular tiene puntos claves muy importantes justo sobre lo que necesitaba, dado que hay temas que son de la vida cotidiana de las cuales me puedo identificar y seguramente gran parte de la población mundial también.
Una familia normal, es para mi la miniserie perfecta para describir que los peores problemas sociales ocurren incluso en familias con valores, nadie se puede librar de ello solo por decisión o prevención, en algún momento de nuestras vidas agentes externos dañan ese equilibrio de la normalidad dentro de una relación familiar y es justo ese momento donde los demonios internos de la humanidad por muy humilde que sea, florecen dentro de un camino lleno de espinas.

Greetings Hivers, happy weekend to all. We are already on the second day of December and we have little time left to enter 2024 and surely many must be a little emotional, worried or even tired and waiting for those vacations.
I for one am still focusing a bit on content creation and have chosen to watch something that will help me analyze certain things in my life that perhaps I have not yet been able to fully understand or assimilate.
This particular series has very important key points just about what I needed, since there are issues that are of everyday life of which I can identify and surely much of the world's population as well.
A normal family, is for me the perfect miniseries to describe that the worst social problems occur even in families with values, no one can get rid of it just by decision or prevention, at some point in our lives external agents damage that balance of normality within a family relationship and it is just that moment where the inner demons of humanity however humble it may be, flourish within a path full of thorns.
Creo que es la primera vez que tengo la oportunidad de ver una serie o película sueca, siendo este por cierto uno de mis países favoritos en cuanto a la rama de la música y el turismo. Aún así en netflix podemos lograr verla tanto en diferentes idiomas incluido en ingles y español. Pero para mi preferencia y en el caso de que cada detalle cuenta, lo mejor es verlo en el idioma natal, mi caso, español el cual considero que no estuvo nada mal.
Una de las cosas principales, o de las que mayormente se enfocan acá es sobre la violencia y abuso sexual. Un tema bastante controversial cuando se trata de juzgar ciertos comportamientos que para la sociedad "no es adecuada" y terminan dando falsa culpabilidad a la real victima.
Para entender mejor esto, en los primeros capítulos podemos ver a una joven de 15 años disfrutar sanamente de su juventud al lado de su mejor amiga. Desde ser una buena estudiante, hasta una excelente jugadora de un deporte que muy bien la sociedad en general diría que es para hombres.
Pero si algo podemos notar de esta serie, es que muchas de las cosas de las que estamos acostumbrados ver como normalidad o correcto no siempre son así. Por ejemplo en el caso de ver a una mujer tomando el papel de un sacerdote no es algo común o que se escuche por allí, sin embargo en esta película vemos a una mujer serlo. Puedo que esto sea una cultura del país donde ha sido producida esta serie.

I think this is the first time I have the opportunity to watch a Swedish series or movie, being this by the way one of my favorite countries in terms of music and tourism. Even so in netflix we can see it in different languages including English and Spanish. But for my preference and in the case that every detail counts, it is best to see it in the native language, my case, Spanish which I consider that it was not bad at all.
One of the main things, or the ones that are mostly focused here is about violence and sexual abuse. A very controversial topic when it comes to judge certain behaviors that for society "is not appropriate" and end up giving false guilt to the real victim.
To better understand this, in the first chapters we can see a 15 year old girl enjoying her youth with her best friend. From being a good student, to an excellent player of a sport that society in general would say is for men.
But if we can notice something from this series, it is that many of the things we are used to see as normal or correct are not always so. For example in the case of seeing a woman taking the role of a priest is not something common or heard around, yet in this movie we see a woman being one. This may be a culture of the country where this series has been produced.
En el caso de ver a una joven siendo un poco coqueta en un sentido que quiere llamar la atención, puede que sea normal ver este tipo de comportamientos en países latinoamericanos; esto como una suposición, sin tomar partida de algún dato estadístico ni nada parecido.
Y este punto es importante porque este tipo de acciones pueden dar un mal mensaje para quien lo recibe, que en este caso es un hombre con mucha mas edad que esta joven menor con la cual termina teniendo intimidad pero no de una forma esperada, ya que al final, se trató y evidenció claramente en las escenas que fue una violación.
Sin embargo, aquí es cuando entra la sociedad a hacer sus análisis pocos asertivos sobre quien tiene la culpa, puesto que la joven menor de edad fue quién lo beso, quien lo busco y de "cierto modo" obtuvo lo que estaba buscando desde un principio. Sin embargo, esta misma sociedad ignora cuando una persona abusada en dicho proceso se niega a seguir el acto sin hacer algo físico como forcejeo para evitar la violación.
Y justo este punto es una de las cosas que mayormente llamó mi atención puesto que dentro de la misma serie se dan la tarea a través de un rol de psicólogo a explicar las razones normales por la cual las personas se quedan congeladas ante tal situación, haciendo énfasis en que la victima simplemente pierde el control de su cuerpo y no halla escape mas que solo esa defensa de no hacer nada físico.

In the case of seeing a young girl being a little flirtatious in a sense that she wants to attract attention, it may be normal to see this type of behavior in Latin American countries; this as an assumption, without taking any statistical data or anything like that as a starting point.
And this point is important because this type of actions can give a bad message to whoever receives it, which in this case is a man much older than this young minor with whom she ends up having intimacy but not in an expected way, since in the end, it was clearly evidenced in the scenes that it was a rape.
However, this is when society enters to make its little assertive analysis about who is to blame, since the underage girl was the one who kissed him, who looked for him and "somehow" got what she was looking for from the beginning. However, this same society ignores when an abused person in this process refuses to continue the act without doing something physical such as struggling to avoid rape.
And just this point is one of the things that mostly caught my attention since within the same series are given the task through the role of a psychologist to explain the normal reasons why people freeze in such a situation, emphasizing that the victim simply loses control of his body and there is no escape but only that defense of not doing anything physical.
Por estos mismos precedentes es que no siempre hay justicias para este tipo de casos, donde la mujer es menospreciada por ser "objeto sexual" ante la sociedad ya que es coqueta, o "ella se lo busco", ignorando el hecho de que una persona que hace daño a otra sea como sea es algo que se considera violación y abuso tal sea el sentido del acto.
Pero bueno, enfocándonos un poco en lo del termino "familia normal" a simple vista esta familia comprendida por un sacerdote, una abogada y su hija se pudiera pensar que no solo tienen valores morales, también pudiera considerarse como una familia ejemplar.
Sin embargo, un suceso bastante vergonzoso y terrible hace que las cosas entre ellos cambien, sobre todo cuando estos padres se quedan cruzados de manos al no tener una evidencia contundente que respalden el abuso que sufrió su hija.
Con el tiempo claramente se ve las disfunción que tienen como familia a pesar de que tal suceso se haya "superado", que la realidad es que este tipo de cosas siempre dejan un antes y después.

Because of these same precedents is that there is not always justice for this type of cases, where the woman is belittled for being a "sexual object" before society because she is flirtatious, or "she asked for it", ignoring the fact that a person who hurts another in any way is something that is considered rape and abuse in the sense of the act.
But well, focusing a little on the term "normal family" at first glance this family comprised of a priest, a lawyer and her daughter could be thought of as not only having moral values, but also as an exemplary family.
However, a very shameful and terrible event causes things to change between them, especially when these parents are left with their hands folded because they have no hard evidence to support the abuse suffered by their daughter.
As time goes by, the dysfunction they have as a family is clearly seen, despite the fact that such an event has been "overcome", the reality is that this type of thing always leaves a before and after.
Tomando en cuenta este precedente de injusticia sexual, en la vida de esta joven se vuelve a asomar el peligro de la sociedad provechándose de la inocencia o más bien de la fantasía juvenil.
Un homicidio marca el inicio de una investigación que da por culpable casi que irrefutable a esta joven que la vida a golpeado una y otra vez. Sin embargo el final de esta miniserie da un giro inesperado y aún más trágico.
Sinceramente es una trama llena de polémicas, hay desde abusos, celos, venganza hasta infidelidad y suspenso inconmensurable que te mantiene despierto y a la espera de que la verdad sea revelada.

Taking into account this precedent of sexual injustice, in the life of this young girl, the danger of society, taking advantage of her innocence or rather of her youthful fantasy, rears its ugly head again.
A homicide marks the beginning of an investigation that gives as guilty almost irrefutably to this young girl that life has hit again and again. However, the end of this miniseries takes an unexpected and even more tragic turn.
Sincerely, it is a plot full of controversy, from abuse, jealousy, revenge to infidelity and immeasurable suspense that keeps you awake and waiting for the truth to be revealed.
