Por fin llegó el final de esta épica trilogía, y como toda temporada final puedo decir que cumple con la expectativas, se verdad que por momentos el guión llega ser un poco flojo especialmente lo episodio del medio, pero el final te una conclusión bastante solid que no da pie a más temporadas.

Finally came the end of this epic trilogy, and like any final season I can say that it meets expectations, it is true that at times the script becomes a little weak especially the middle episode, but the end gives you a pretty solid conclusion that does not give rise to more seasons.

The strong point of this season is not the script but the animation, since it is noticeable that they put a bigger budget, and besides that almost all the episodes are full of action sequences, so I want to say what to expect from a season and series finale, so I think no one will be disappointed.

Es verdad que han tardado muchísimo para sacar esta última temporada, pero creo que si eres un amante de la mitología griega, debes darle la oportunidad a esta tercera temporada y ver el el cierre de esta maravillosa serie, Y si todavía nos da la oportunidad a verla te recomiendo hacerla.

It is true that they have taken a long time to bring out this last season, but I think that if you are a lover of Greek mythology, you should give this third season a chance and see the closure of this wonderful series, and if it still gives us the opportunity to see it I recommend you to do it.

I wasn't aware Netflix was producing a new anime series based on Greek mythology but when I saw it was available I knew I wanted to see it. Netflix has produced several good animation films and series over the past few years. The one that is more similar to this one would probably be Castlevania, which is about Dracula and it also has other monsters and vampires. Just as Blood of Zeus, Castlevania is an anime series with a lot of violence and fights. Another animation productions from Netflix that are cool to watch would be Love, Death & Robots, which was absolutely amazing, and Klaus. These are the ones I remember more fondly.

In Blood of Zeus, the series informs us at the beginning that there are several lost stories about the Greek Gods and that what we are about to see is just one of them. It provides us a summary of the current situation of the Greek society, we see glimpses of previous fights involving the Gods, how they defeated the Titans, and how this caused the creation of a new powerful enemy, the Giants. Which were also defeated.

The whole problem that caused so much destruction in this story is a very silly one, it is about Zeus being unfaithful to his wife Hera. The rage this caused on her would produce disastrous results and some parts of this dispute can be seen as a sort of civil war among the gods.

The enemy we will see the most in this series will be demons. These are bloodthirsty beings full of rage and hate. There will also be a special human who is the main character in the entire story. There is at least 1 twist but it wasn't very hard to see it coming, this doesn't mean the story wasn't fun because it was very entertaining.

The quality of animation was very good, I particularly enjoyed the design in the Giants, who looked very scary and evil, and most human characters had a greek statue-like look. I would have preferred more background about the Greek Gods so I could learn more about their powers. But the main point in this story isn't their background, but the existential issue that arose on Earth and is threatening everything.

If you like animated series such as Castlevania you will probably enjoy Blood of Zeus as well. I put those 2 series pretty much on par when it comes to their quality and how much entertaining they can be for the viewers. Both belong in the genres of fantasy/action so comparing them is expected.

I don't know much about Greek mythology but it was fun.

The worst

The reason for so much destruction could have been easily avoided or at least, peacefully solved.
