   Existen un sinfín de series policiacas con diferentes tramas, algunas contienen personajes con poderes o dones especiales, otras son más de trabajo en grupo, algunas son chistosas, otras más dramáticas y serias, entre muchos otros factores que pueden variar, pero hay una que en mi opinión es una de las mejores.

   There are countless crime series with different plots, some contain characters with special powers or gifts, others are more of group work, some are funny, others are more dramatic and serious, among many other factors that can vary, but there is one that in my opinion is one of the best.

   Cold Case es una serie americana que contó con 7 temporadas y un total de 156 episodios, siendo el último en el año 2010. La trama de esta se desarrolla en una estación policial en Filadelfia quién cuenta con una sola detective mujer a quién le son asignados los casos sin resolver de años anteriores.

   Esta cuenta con actuaciones muy buenas por parte de todo el reparto: Kathrin Morris (Lili Rush), Danny Pino (Scotty Valens), Jhon Finn (Jhon Stilman), Jeremy Ratchford (Nick Vera), Tom Barry (Will Jeffries), etc.

   A mí me encantó está serie, el primer punto a favor sería la trama, cuyos casos ya habían tenido lugar hace tiempo atrás pero no habían podido ser resueltos, en cada capítulo podemos ver cómo narran toda la historia incluyendo las imágenes del pasado y el presente, y como te logra atrapar cada historia. Debo agregar que un detalle que siempre me hizo llorar en muchos capítulos fue la aparición de la víctima como despidiéndose.

   I loved this series, and the first point in favor would be the plot, whose cases had already taken place some time ago but had not been solved, in each chapter we can see how they tell the whole story including images of the past and present, and how it manages to catch each story. I must add that a detail that always made me cry in many chapters was the appearance of the victim as if saying goodbye.

   El siguiente punto a favor sería la química que compartían todos los personajes, cómo afrontaban cada situación, y cómo se apoyaban o incluso llegaban a discrepar en ciertas ocasiones, pero siempre terminaban haciendo un buen trabajo.

   The next plus point would be the chemistry shared by all the characters, how they dealt with each situation, and how they supported each other or even disagreed on certain occasions, but always ended up doing a good job.

   Una de las cosas que más me gustó de esta serie fue que se mantuvieran fiel a los personajes, no hubo casi cambio de actores y los que se mantuvieron a pesar de que tenían sus propias historias personales, no fueron exagerados ni denigrados en todo el proceso de la misma.

   One of the things I liked most about this series was that they stayed true to the characters, there was almost no change of actors and the ones that were kept even though they had their own personal stories, they were not exaggerated or denigrated throughout.

   Ganó varios premios e incluso fue elogiada por muchos capítulos en los cuales la historia fue bastante fuerte y emotiva, ya que muchos de ellos te dejaban pensando y reflexionando, como siempre, hubo capítulos más emocionantes e interesantes que otros, pero aún así no podías dejar de verla.

   It won several awards and was even praised for many chapters in which the story was quite strong and emotional, as many of them left you thinking and reflecting, as always, there were chapters more exciting and interesting than others, but still you could not stop watching it.

   Que sólo tuviera 7 temporadas fue lo mejor, ya que si se alargaba más (como muchas otras series de este género), de seguro perdería la esencia y tendrían que agregar situaciones innecesarias, y mucho relleno. Esta serie realmente me gustó y le doy un 8/10.

   The fact that it only had 7 seasons was the best thing, because if it was longer (like many other series of this genre), it would surely lose its essence and they would have to add unnecessary situations and a lot of filler. I really liked this series and give it an 8/10.
