   I had a long time without watching a Latin American series or movie, I noticed that in my Star + account appeared several comedy options and I thought I would try some, I read the reviews provided by the platform and I found it interesting to see this of El Encargado, I noticed that its second season just premiered in December last year which I liked because it is new and current content because I usually see everything outdated.

   El Encargado temporadas 1 y 2 una buena comedia dramática

   Tenía mucho tiempo sin ver una serie o película latinoamericana, note que en mi cuenta de Star + aparecían varias opciones de comedia y pensé em probar algunas, lei las reseñas que brinda la plataforma y me pareció interesante ver esta del Encargado, note que su segunda temporada recien se estreno en el mes de diciembre del año pasado lo que me gusto porque es contenido nuevo y de actualidad porque suelo ver todo desfasado.

   

   I could say that El Encargado is a dramatic comedy that uses as main resources sarcasm mixed with humor, something that for me works very well together, it also uses a lot of irony and double standards, all in the same character of Eliseo played by Guillermo Francella a genius of acting that I confess I barely know, I was impressed by how chameleon-like this man can be when acting, how he transformed himself in the same scene to play a man who shows a face of goodness but is a vile calculator and manipulator to achieve his ends.

   Podría decir que El Encargado es una comedia dramática que usa como principales recursos el sarcasmo mezclado con el humor, algo que para mi funciona muy bien junto, tambien usa mucho el recurso de la ironía y la doble moral, todo en el mismo personaje de Eliseo interpretado por Guillermo Francella un genio de la actuación que confieso apenas conocer, me impresionó lo camaleón que puede ser este señor al actuar, como se transformaba en una misma escena para interpretar un hombre que muestra una cara de bondad pero es un vil calculador y manipulador para lograr sus fines.

   

   Eliseo is what in my country is known as a janitor of a building, a place that functions as his micro universe, after 30 years of service in that place, he knows all the details of the life of each of the owners of the apartments, but not only by simply observing, he has gone beyond, entering their apartments, investigating their lives, placing cameras, establishing close relationships with some of their employers, all in order to be the one who sets the unwritten rules of the place.

   Eliseo es lo que en mi pais se conoce como conserje de un edificio, lugar que funciona como su micro universo, tras 30 años de servicio en ese lugar, conoce todos los detalles de la vida de cada uno de los propietarios de los apartamentos, pero no solo por simplemente observar, el ha ido mas allá, ingresando a sus apartamentos, investigando sus vidas, colocando cámaras, estableciendo relaciones cercanas con algunos de sus empleadores, todo con el fin de ser él quien fija las reglas no escritas del lugar.

   

   Before his employers he maintains an appearance of kindness, affinity, always ready to serve them in any way, he takes their side in everything and never questions them, he seems to be a submissive person almost at the level of a labor slave, but everything is a mask to hide his true personality, he is a very skillful manipulator who makes them act for his benefit using his greatest power, the in-depth knowledge of the life of each one, his tastes, work, lovers, schedules, weaknesses, etc.

   Ante sus empleadores mantiene una apariencia de bondad, afinidad, siempre dispuesto a servirles en lo que sea, se coloca de su lado en todo y jamás les cuestiona, parece ser una persona sumisa casi al nivel de un esclavo laboral, pero todo es una mascara para ocultar su verdadera personalidad, es un muy hábil manipulador que les hace actuar en pro de su beneficio utilizando su mayor poder, el conocimiento a fondo de la vida de cada uno, sus gustos, trabajo, amantes, horarios, debilidades, etc.

   

   He uses his skill as a manipulator mainly for two things: to keep his job and to obtain additional profits from businesses that he sets up using the building's facilities, for example, renting the apartments of the owners who go on trips, to foreign people who wish to spend luxury vacations in Argentina, all of this after designing strategies that he calculates with great precision.

   Su habilidad como manipulador la utiliza principalmente para dos cosas: mantener su puesto de trabajo y obtener ganancias adicionales de negocios que él mismo plantea usando las instalaciones del edificio, por ejemplo, alquilando los apartamentos de los propietarios que se van de viaje, a personas extranjeras que desean pasar vacaciones de lujo en Argentina, todo esto tras diseñar estrategias que calcula con mucha precision.

   

   But not everything is bad with Eliseo, he also gives justice to those who require it, he protects those he believes deserve it, those who appear to be weaker and who cannot defend themselves against others who like him want to take advantage but in an open and unscrupulous way, in the end it is all about satisfying his own whims or needs, according to his mood, in order to keep his job and lifestyle at all costs, no matter how much damage he has to do.

   Pero no todo es malo con Eliseo, también otorga justicia a quien la requiera, el protege a los que creo que lo merecen, los que aparentan ser mas débiles y que no pueden defenderse ante otros que como el quieren aprovecharse pero de forma abierta y sin escrúpulos, al final todo se trata de satisfacer con sus propios caprichos o necesidades, según su estado de ánimo, a fin de mantener su trabajo y estilo de vida a toda costa, sin importarle cuánto daño tenga que hacer.

   

   The premise of the series is not complex, the first problem he must face is to keep his job, which is threatened by the possible construction of a swimming pool, on the roof where his small apartment is located. The execution of this project depends on the vote of the owners of the apartments in the owners' council, then to achieve that the votes are in his favor, Eliseo begins to manipulate each of them creating situations where he is their savior or hero, each episode of the first season focuses on what he does with each owner.

   La premisa de la serie no es nada compleja, el primer problema que debe enfrentar es conservar su trabajo, que se ve amenazado por la posible construcción de una piscina o pileta como le dicen en Argentina, en la azotea donde se encuentra su pequeño apartamento. La ejecución de este proyecto depende del voto de los dueños de los apartamentos en el consejo de propietarios, entonces para logrará que los votos sean a su favor, Eliseo empieza a manipular a cada uno de ellos creando situaciones donde el quede como su salvador o héroe, cada episodio de la primera temporada se enfoca en lo que hace con cada propietario.

   

   In the midst of these manipulations very funny situations arise, I laughed with many of them, at one point he says how beautiful is the newborn baby of one of the owners but when the neighbor leaves he clarifies how ugly the baby is, he extorts another neighbor to discover that she cheats on her couple, giving a sign of his power, which makes you think of another possible message that the series wants to convey, who affect our lives without realizing it?

   En medio de estas manipulaciones surgen situaciones muy divertidas, me rei con muchas de ellas, como por momentos elogia el bebé recién nacido de una de las propietarias pero cuando esta se retira aclara lo feo que es, como extorsiona a otra por estar engañado a su pareja, dando una muestra de su poder, que te pone a pensar en otro posible mensaje que la serie quiere transmitir ¿quienes afectan nuestras vidas sin darnos cuenta?

   

   Here he is what appears to be a simple janitor of a building, but having extensive knowledge of the lives of the people around him, he uses what he knows very well to his advantage, so knowledge is power if you know how to use it well. I love that the series uses figures to show who is the protagonist, Eliseo has a carnivorous plant as a pet, which at first glance is beautiful and harmless, but devours the insects that he provides, just as he himself with his double face devours his neighbors.

   Acá es lo que parece ser un simple conserje de un edificio, pero que al tener amplio conocimiento de las vidas de las personas que le rodean, usa muy bien a su favor lo que sabe, entonces el conocimiento es poder si sabes usarlo bien. Me encanta que la serie use figuras para demostrar quien es el protagonista, Eliseo tiene como mascota una planta carnivora, que a simple vista es bella e inofensiva, pero devora a los insectos que el le provee, así como el mismo con su doble cara se devora a sus vecinos.

   Hola comunidad amante del cine, películas, series y la televisión, contrate este servicio de Streaming únicamente por esta serie que (aun no se si sacaran una segunda temporada) pero que es algo muy relevante a la hora de hablar de políticas y psicología obviamente desde mi punto de vista

   Para algo resumido para empezar, trata sobre un encargado que ejerce hace 30 años en un edificio en un barrio de gente con un status social económico bastante alto, y que para "mejorar" su estilo de vida desean poner una pileta en la terraza del edificio, donde está la casa del mismo encargado, aparte de ello viene también a sacarlo del puesto en consecuencia

   Siempre el hablar de estos temas es importantes, y desde mi lugar la conciencia de clase está abierto al debate, aclaro que esto es un punto de vista propio, político y social, también agregar que este encargado durante la serie hace cosas que "moralmente" podríamos tomarlas como muy negativamente, cosas turbias, negocios bajo la mesa, que incluso en argentina luego de que salga la serie la agrupación de encargado mandaron una carta al estudio por lo gravemente insultados que se sintieron por la serie

   Un punto de vista bastante exagerado, ya que siendo ficción no podemos generalizar todos los temas, lo mismo con la policía (que hay miles de películas de policías que son corruptos) también politicos o como en esta serie también entra al sindicalismo (un personaje muy específico) que si ven la serie ven que algo de perversión podemos ver

Muestra muchas formas de ver las situaciones, al respecto de una pileta y con lo que significa la expulsión del encargado para traer una empresa que terciariza a los trabajadores por que suelen ser más baratos (quitando muchísimo más el plusvalor del empleado) en estas circunstancias

   Nos invita a pensar sobre las prioridades de cada quien, que es lo que uno busca en la vida y como las decisiones que tomamos pueden afectar muy duramente al otro, creo que toda discusión es política, y creo que lo mejor en estos casos es valorar el esfuerzo que uno hace, la plata no vale más que una vida, para el encargado se ve que ese edificio y sus inquilinos es muy importante y hace todo lo posible para ser de su utilidad una cierta necesidad ahí adentro, cosa que quizá con el dinero se podría resolver de otra manera, despreocupa cuando alguien este ahí dispuesto a hacerlo
