  1. Movie review: Far from home 😚😚@mayorkeys1283d

I have been hearing and see people talk about a certain movie and I wonder which one it might be because the hype of this movie was so much to the extent that I had to go find out myself what the movie is all about I thought it would be like some other movies which I have watched even with the hype, but I must confess after watching this movie I was so amazed that African movie industry are now improving in what they produce for people to watch, I didn't want this movie to end where it actually stopped but I had to wait for the release of the rest season.

If you have heard of the movie far from home, then you would have understood what I have been saying since the beginning of the post. The story of the movie is based on a family whose lost of one their children at a very tender age and the pain of the lost child have affected the family especially the father of the child, the father was an artist that draw and paint but it was due to the painting that he lost the youngest of his children, he ended up on a wheel chair for the rest of his life, now they are left with two grown children which the eldest is a guy and the younger is a lady.

image.png Source The guy developed interest in been an artist and painter and he learned the work and knew it so well but due to what happened to the father and he lost his youngest son, he was not in support of the first born in going for the artist carreer and now the guy applied for an artist course online and was picked but no money, the sister wanted to get scholarship admission but no money, they have to pursue their dreams will it be possible or it will be shattered you will know when you watch the movie.

    Some more on the movie

The graphics which was used in the movie was top notched and also the cast who participated in the movie was a well deserved people who took the work and role so well and this is one of the reason why the movie makes a lot of sense. The action scene of the movie wasn't faked and it all look real, the story itself want contradicting and it all went so well from the beginning to the end.

The real and passion which the movie entails was a major factor that drew more attention of people to watch and I believe it is worth watching. Waiting for the rest of the season to know how it ended because I am desperate to watch the rest so soon.

  2. Far From Home | Nollywood Taking A New Turn@valchiz1290d

This is really amazing, like it really blow my mind seeing Nollywood thriving and making amazing movies of recents and not all those one we do watch on youtube back then. I really didn't notice this movie on time or even watch the thriller part because I was really waiting for alchemy of souls weekly part and also patiently looking for to this new movie coming out titled Battle on buka street which is out already but yet to find where to watch it and I don't want to visit the cinema for now. My sister suddenly called me yesterday afternoon asking me if I have watched Far from home, I said no, she asked for my netflix login details, I gave her though even when I was still asking asking myself why she called because of a movie.

I almost forget it when a friend ask us to watch far from home together and I declined because I love watching movies alone without any disturbance because some people will start fast-forwarding scenes that aren't interesting. When I started seeing whatsap status about this movie, I decided to check it out and it really worth the time. It is a nollywood based limited series and they only release 5 episode currently and it was all about a boy named Ishaya who is a talented artist (really a pro) but from a very poor background, his dad also a talented artist had a fatal accident when he went to deliver his artwork and also lost one of his son in the accident and was also cripple so his wife made him stop drawing. She literally ban any artwork and also dislike his only son because he didn't relent on the art talent.

Even though the were poor, he didn't give up and find every means to raise fund to travel to london for an art work offer he got but things turn bad for him and along the way, he saw some scholarship offer in wilmer college and stole some money in his illegal work place to gain the scholarship and that was when the life threaten challenge came in. He didn't have peace of mind one bit and had to engage in lot of illegal things or else he will be putting his family and friend in danger.

The worst thing he engage in that really made him look bad was when he join hand to kidnap his roomie who love his sister behind his back, that act made him rethink all his bad behaviours and decided to just focus on his act goals, he wanted to quit all the illegal act but he didn't find a way until the girl he love was the next target for kidnapping and he couldn't take it anymore. Did they kidnap the girl, did he later quit and find a way to save himself and his family. What did he do exactly? Find out more on by watching this amazing movie on Netflix, it will really worth your time
