Hace un tiempo había guardado la película Surcoreana: Forgotten ya que se me hacía que iba a ser una de esas películas que te destruyen la mente entre el thriller psicológico y el misterio y mi hermana me recomendó que la viéramos. Realmente fue mejor de lo que pude esperar y es de esas películas que no puedes olvidar aunque quieras. Así que los invito a leer mi reseña 😨.

A while back I had saved the South Korean movie: Forgotten as I was feeling like it was going to be one of those mind destroying movies between psychological thriller and mystery and my sister recommended that we watch it. It really was better than I could have hoped for and it's one of those movies you can't forget even if you want to. So I invite you to read my review 😨.
Forgotten es una película surcoreana de género thriller psicológico y misterio con drama, dirigida por Jang Hang-jun y fue estrenada en el 2017, en esos tiempos recuerdo que solía guardar muchas películas para ver sobre todo películas que fueran diferentes a lo que veía usualmente que era más hacia el género de drama y romance. Es una película que no es tan conocida y me parece algo insólito por lo buena que es en todos los aspectos, tanto de dirección, escenografía, trama y actuación. Tiene todos los elementos necesarios para que sea una de las mejores películas que he visto de este género.
Forgotten is a South Korean film in the genre of psychological thriller and mystery with drama, directed by Jang Hang-jun and was released in 2017, back in those days I remember I used to save a lot of movies to watch especially movies that were different from what I usually watched which was more towards the drama and romance genre. This is a movie that is not that well known and I find it somewhat unusual because of how good it is in all aspects, both direction, set design, plot and acting. It has all the necessary elements to make it one of the best films I have seen of this genre.
La trama nos cuenta la historia de un joven llamado Jin-seok quien se acaba de mudar con sus padres y su hermano a una nueva casa. La familia es totalmente normal como cualquier otra, una madre abnegada y protectora, un padre trabajador y que se preocupa por su familia y un hermano que es el ejemplo perfecto de un ser humano casi perfecto: es inteligente, atento y siempre dispuesto a prestar su apoyo a su familia. Para Jin-seok su familia es perfecta y no desea más que ser mejor persona por ellos pero el tiene un problema, tiene que tomar una medicación para poder llevar una vida normal ya que según su familia suele tener episodios donde dice o hace cosas que no tienen sentido alguno y puede tener comportamientos extraños.
The plot tells the story of a young boy named Jin-seok who has just moved with his parents and brother to a new house. The family is totally normal like any other, a devoted and protective mother, a hard-working and caring father and a brother who is the perfect example of an almost perfect human being: he is smart, caring and always ready to support his family. For Jin-seok his family is perfect and he wants nothing more than to be a better person for them but he has a problem, he has to take a medication to be able to lead a normal life because according to his family he often has episodes where he says or does things that do not make any sense and can have strange behaviors.
Mientras Jin-seok está medicado siente que a pesar de no entender muy bien lo que le ocurre puede apoyarse de su familia que lo ama y lo cuida por sobre todas las cosas a pesar de que ya es adulto. Sin embargo una noche todo cambia cuando ve a su hermano mayor Yoo-seok tener una pelea en la calle con unos desconocidos y estos se lo llevan en una camioneta. Jin-seok siente un gran pánico y trata de alcanzarlos pero no lo logra, regresa después a su casa muy asustado y le cuenta a sus padres lo sucedido. Ellos parecen comprender la situación, pero luego al siguiente día todos están en la casa muy tranquilos como si nada hubiera sucedido y Yoo-seok le afirma a Jin-seok que el siempre estuvo en la casa y que todo fue producto de su imaginación.
While Jin-seok is on medication, he feels that even though he doesn't quite understand what is happening to him, he can rely on his family, who love him and care for him above all else, even though he is an adult. However, one night everything changes when he sees his older brother Yoo-seok having a fight in the street with some strangers and they take him away in a van. Jin-seok feels a great panic and tries to catch up with them but doesn't succeed, he returns home very scared and tells his parents what happened. They seem to understand the situation, but then the next day they are all at home very calm as if nothing had happened and Yoo-seok tells Jin-seok that he was always in the house and that it was all a figment of his imagination.
Aquí es cuando la realidad de Jin-seok empieza a desmoronarse y se da cuenta de que su vida no es lo que parece y su familia puede ocultar un secreto tan grande que el no sería capaz de comprender. Está historia tiene varios plot twist donde se van develando secretos de la verdadera historia de Jin-seok, sin entrar en spoilers es algo que realmente nadie se espera que ocurra y mucho menos que termine con un final tan impresionante que hasta me hizo sentir muy triste y a la vez impactada. Algunas veces no todo lo que creemos que somos es lo que parece y nuestro pasado puede perseguirnos hasta el final.
This is when Jin-seok's reality begins to crumble and he realizes that his life is not what it seems and his family may be hiding a secret so big that he would not be able to understand. This story has several plot twist where secrets of Jin-seok's true story are unveiled, without going into spoilers it's something that no one really expects to happen and even less that it ends with such an impressive ending that even made me feel very sad and shocked at the same time. Sometimes not everything we think we are is what it seems and our past can haunt us until the end.
Las actuaciones estuvieron increíbles, cada personaje tiene ese toque de intriga necesaria para Forgotten, nunca te llega a aburrir, desde que comienza te mantiene atento a todo lo que va sucediendo sobre todo con el tema de la memoria, los recuerdos y el pasado que vuelve para abrir una gran herida oculta en el subconsciente de Jin-seok. La escenas también están perfectamente enfocadas en mostrar cómo la memoria puede cambiar y hacernos olvidar eventos tan importantes como a la vez traumáticos para el ser humano.
The performances were incredible, each character has that touch of intrigue needed for Forgotten, it never gets boring, from the beginning it keeps you attentive to everything that is happening especially with the theme of memory, memories and the past that returns to open a great hidden wound in the subconscious of Jin-seok. The scenes are also perfectly focused on showing how memory can change and make us forget events that are both important and traumatic for human beings.
Si te gustan las películas de drama y Surcoreanas, está es una buena opción para ver algo diferente y llevarte una gran impresión, al menos yo no había visto algo igual o parecido a este film y me sentí muy impresionada con todo lo que sucedió pero el final es devastador. La película la pueden encontrar en Netflix como Forgotten y también en páginas de películas por internet subtitulada. Me gustaría saber si ya la vieron, que tal les pareció y si tienen alguna recomendación de una película parecida que sea surcoreana o de otro país para ver más películas de este tipo. 😶🌫️
If you like drama and South Korean movies, this is a good option to see something different and get a great impression, at least I had not seen something like this film and I was very impressed with everything that happened but the ending is devastating. Bienvenidos mis queridos viajeros olvidados del internet y muchas gracias por hacer una parada temporal en mi post, siempre he mencionado que en cuanto a filmes y series los coreanos tienen algo que decir con ideas interesantes, la cinta que hoy nos reúne apela tanto al suspenso como a los pequeños detalles para atrapar la atención del espectador teniendo como punto central el no saber que tan verás es lo que está pasando en pantalla, es por eso que "Forgotten" me pareció algo interesante y algo digno para echarle un vistazo. La trama tiene un avance progresivo muy interesante, el filme busca ir incluyendo poco a poco elementos que van torciendo las cosas y rasgando paulatinamente la naturaleza inocente inicial, lo anterior lo va haciendo de forma sutil añadiendo cosas que van denotando la sensación de que algo no está bien, todos estos elementos se van incluyendo de forma orgánica y haciendo que incluso el espectador se pregunte que es real y que no, lo que es un completo acierto. Por último, están los giros argumentales y las revelaciones, ambas están muy bien logradas y se sienten coherentes con todo lo que el filme fue desarrollando a lo largo de su duración utilizando de forma inteligente cada minuto.

Todo gira en torno a Jin-seok el cual es un chico bastante común y simplón hasta cierto punto, lo que se sabe del resto de personajes es lo que el protagonista nos cuenta de estos lo que produce que cada revelación sobre estos sea más interesante. Fuera de lo anterior no hay mucho que decir debido a que todo se va dando poco a poco a fin de ir construyendo el suspenso apoyándose del resto de personajes.
Forgotten is a very interesting psychological film with well-thought-out twists and revelations that give the film an intellectual touch that keeps the viewer waiting to see what the resolution to the strange conflict that arises will be. It is for all of the above that it deserves 4 stars out of 7, a film that knows how to build its enigma well and that even causes you to watch it twice to better appreciate the small clues that the narrative leaves to anticipate the final resolution.
Forgotten es un filme psicológico muy interesante con giros y revelaciones bien pensadas las cuales le dan el toque intelectual a la cinta que mantiene a la expectativa al espectador para poder ver cuál será la resolución al conflicto extraño que se plantea. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 4 estrellas de 7, una película que sabe construir bien su enigma y que incluso provoca verla 2 veces para apreciar de mejor forma las pequeñas pistas que va dejando la narrativa para anticipar la resolución final.

Forgotten es una película surcoreana del género misterio de esas en donde nada es lo que parece (de mis favoritas).
Nuestro protagonista, Jin-Seok, es un joven de apariencia y actitud bastante inocente, yo diría que incluso se comporta bastante mimado, lo cual resulta entendible, ya que su familia es una feliz, por lo que su estado de ánimo es fácilmente positivo. Particularmente le tiene una alta estima a su hermano mayor, al cual quiere mucho. Todo cambia para Jin-Seok cuando junto a su familia se muda a una casa que le genera una sensación de cercanía, pero no sabe por qué y estando ahí su hermano mayor es secuestrado por varios días. Este último cuando aparece ha perdido la memoria y empieza a comportarse de forma extraña, ante esto Jin-Seok no se puede quedar de brazos cruzados, pues su querido hermano ha cambiado mucho, así que empieza a investigar e incluso a seguir a su hermano para descubrir que está sucediendo realmente, pero lo que descubre es una verdad que lo atormentara profundamente, pues tiene que ver con él y su pasado.

Our protagonist, Jin-Seok, is a young man with a rather innocent appearance and attitude, I would even say he behaves rather spoiled, which is understandable, since his family is a happy one, so his mood is easily positive. He particularly holds his older brother in high esteem, whom he loves very much. Everything changes for Jin-Seok when he and his family move to a house that generates a feeling of familiarity, but he doesn't know why and while living there his older brother is kidnapped for several days. When his older brother appears, he has lost his memory and starts to behave strangely, Jin-Seok can't stay with his arms crossed, because his beloved brother has changed a lot, so he starts to investigate and even follows his brother to find out what is really happening, but what he discovers is a truth that will torment him deeply, because it is about him and his past.
En primera instancia, esta película debido a ciertas escenas nos hará pensar que tal vez algo paranormal esté sucediendo, pero después descubriremos que no es para nada así (me he dado cuenta de que veo muchas pelis con este tipo de situaciones 😅). La realidad es que un plan está siendo orquestado meticulosamente para que una verdad atroz salga a la luz, una verdad que posiblemente provocara que miremos a nuestro protagonista con otros ojos, puesto que tal vez no es tan puro como parece. Ahora, ¿qué tiene que ver esto con el secuestro de su hermano mayor y su perdida de memoria?, ¿cómo es que todo está conectado?, pues, créanme que todo está conectado de una forma bastante inesperada.
Este filme es de esos largos (como casi todas las producciones surcoreanas) en donde debemos prestar atención a los detalles, ya que la historia se desarrolla mostrando el pasado y presente, así que debemos saber ubicarnos en los tiempos mostrados. También, como es una trama un poco compleja, no hay que distraernos, pues todo cuenta en esta historia, pero si me preguntan realmente no creo que ningún fan del género se vaya a distraer, porque la película atrapa totalmente, el misterio está vivo en todo momento, causando que el espectador quiera llegar al fondo del asunto.
At first instance, this movie due to certain scenes will make us think that maybe something paranormal is going on, but later we will discover that it is not like that at all (I have realized that I watch a lot of movies with this kind of situations 😅). The reality is that a plan is being meticulously orchestrated so that an atrocious truth can come to light, a truth that will possibly cause us to look at our protagonist with different eyes, since maybe he's not as pure as he seems. Now, what does this have to do with the kidnapping of his older brother and his memory loss?, how is it all connected?, well, believe me it's all connected in a rather unexpected way.
This film is one of those long films (like almost all South Korean productions) where we must pay attention to details, as the story develops showing the past and present, so we must know how to place ourselves in the times displayed. Also, as it is a bit complex plot, we must not get distracted, because everything counts in this story, but if you ask me I really don't think any fan of the genre is going to get distracted, because the film totally catches, the mystery is alive at all times, causing the viewer to want to get to the bottom of the case.
En esta historia veremos un gran ejemplo de lo que es la dualidad, el saber actuar, enmascarar y mentir. También veremos como una persona puede llegar a cometer un acto despiadado en un momento en el que la desesperación logro cegar completamente el juicio, haciendo que solo piense en su bienestar. Cuestionaremos, ¿esta persona realmente es mala en su totalidad?, o ¿su mal accionar en cierta forma está justificado?
La ambientación y estética de la película yo diría que es un poco vintage, las tonalidades son opacas y hay un aura de nostalgia que crea un sentimiento ominoso. Creo que este tipo de ambiente es común en las películas de terror asiáticas y yo personalmente lo disfruto bastante, me agrada visualmente ver este estilo, no sé si es porque romantizó la nostalgia o porque me gusta lo vintage o las dos cosas juntas je, je, je.

The setting and aesthetics of the film I would say is a bit vintage, the tones are opaque and there is an aura of nostalgia that creates an ominous feeling. I think this kind of atmosphere is common in Asian horror films and I personally enjoy it quite a lot, I like visually to see this style, I don't know if it's because it romanticized nostalgia or because I like vintage or both things together heh, heh, heh.
Debo decir que esta película me gusto bastante, tiene muchos plot twists demasiado marcados que sé que dejaran a más de uno sorprendido. A mí me sorprendió y eso que yo de tanto ver películas de este estilo normalmente siempre suelo descubrir que está sucediendo antes de que sea mostrado, pero en este caso me equivoque en unas cuantas cosas, lo que me encanto, pues se siente genial ser sorprendido hoy día por un filme. Sin duda esta es otra película que sigue dejando con la vara alta al misterio - terror asiático.
I must say that I liked this movie a lot, it has many plot twists too marked that I know will leave more than one surprised. I was surprised and I usually always find out what is happening before it is shown, but in this case I was wrong about a few things, which I loved, because it feels great to be surprised by a film nowadays. Without a doubt this is another film that continues to set the bar high for Asian mystery-horror.

Esta es mi manera de explicarlo y es casi lo que no da como preámbulo la historia, de decir que la vi por la recomendación de un Tik Tok que incluso la comparaba con el “Teléfono” otro Thriller psicológico que se consigue en la plataforma pero he de decir que este último es mucho mejor.

Dejando las comparaciones de lado he de decir que la historia se desarrolla bastante bien siento que tiene un ritmo agradable aunque quería más suspenso no sé, tenemos a los dos personajes principales que son los dos hermanos, hay escenas de ellos dos que demuestran su buen poder actoral porque me hicieron confundir y esa confusión es lo que me encanta de esto por eso cuando de un momento a otro le explican a el protagonista el conflicto si fue inesperado pero no me gusto porque aún había película por recorrer y de gustarme lo que hizo fuera que me diera lastima Jin-seok y yo quería era disfrutar de sensaciones por la película.
Leaving comparisons aside I have to say that the story develops quite well I feel it has a nice pace although I wanted more suspense I do not know, we have the two main characters who are the two brothers, There are scenes of the two of them that show their good acting power because they made me confused and that confusion is what I love about this so when from one moment to another they explain to the protagonist the conflict if it was unexpected but I did not like it because there was still movie to go and if I liked what it did was that I felt sorry for Jin-seok and I wanted to enjoy the sensations of the movie.
He decir que los efectos de escenas están bien desarrollados, la iluminación, las pequeñas cosas como el enfoque de la cámara junto con el maquillaje hacen que en formato este bien, como para intentar dar suspenso pero en realidad en suspenso en esta película es como una montaña rusa (no se mantiene estable) y esa era con la expectativa que venía con algo que me explotara la cabeza, la última cosa que vi que me dejó hasta mariada fue “Los Reglones Torcidos de Dios” una muy buena película pero creo que pedía mucho, pero incluso “Identidad Desbloqueada” me genero más sentimiento de terror que esta, cosa que me da tristeza
I have to say that the scene effects are well developed, the lighting, the little things like the camera focus along with the makeup make it in format well, as to try to give suspense but actually in suspense in this movie is like a roller coaster (it doesn't stay stable) and that was with the expectation that it came with something that would explode my head, the last thing I saw that left me even mariada was "The Twisted Rules of God" a very good movie but I think it asked a lot, but even "Identity Unlocked" generated me more feeling of terror than this one, which makes me sad
Siento que es una película que tiene sus altos y bajos (más bajos que altos), el terror psicológico es al principio y tienes leves cosas que te impresionan al final, si soy consciente del final diría que estuvo bien pero necesitaba otra cosa 5/5 pero algo si diré y es que el nombre le va muy bien a la trama, un abrazo.

My friends know that I really like movies. For this reason, I constantly receive many recommendations or movie suggestions from them. On this occasion, a friend shared an Instagram post in which someone recommended five movies of which the only one I had not seen was this one; and since I liked the other tapes mentioned, I wanted to see the one I was missing.

En esta oportunidad un amigo me compartió una publicación de Instagram en la que alguien recomendaba cinco películas de las cuales la única que no había visto era esta; y como las demás cintas mencionadas me gustaron quise ver la que me faltaba.
Gi-eok-ui Bam (Forgotten) is a 2017 Korean film written and directed by Jang Hang-jun that tells the story of Jin-seok, a promising young man who leads a normal and peaceful life until he begins to notice some strange things going on around him. Like many horror and suspense movies, the story begins with a family moving into a new house. Jin-seok, along with his parents and his older brother whom he idolizes, comes to live in a new two-story house inside which there's a locked room that has a visitor ban. The owner of the property has left some things there and made Jin-seok's father promise that under no circumstances would anyone enter there. But as in the story of Bluebeard or in the very story of Adam and Eve, precisely this prohibition calls the curiosity of the protagonist who begins to hear strange noises coming from that room, noises that no one else seems to hear. During this first part there are a couple of scenes that, together with the aesthetics of the promotional poster in which Jin-seok is seen sitting on a piece of furniture, make us think that Forgotten could be a horror movie. But it's not like that.
Gi-eok-ui Bam (Forgotten) es una película coreana de 2017 escrita y dirigida por Jang Hang-jun que cuenta la historia de Jin-seok, un prometedor joven que lleva una vida normal y apacible hasta que comienza a darse cuenta de algunas cosas extrañas que pasan a su alrededor. Como muchas películas de terror y de suspenso, la historia inicia con una familia que se muda a una nueva casa. Jin-seok, junto a sus padres y a su hermano mayor a quien idolatra, llega a vivir a una nueva casa de dos pisos dentro de la cual hay una habitación cerrada que tiene una prohibición de visita. El dueño del inmueble ha dejado allí algunas cosas y le hizo prometer al padre de Jin-seok que bajo ninguna circunstancia alguien entraría allí. Pero como en la historia de Barba Azul o en el mismísimo relato de Adán y Eva, precisamente esa prohibición pica la curiosidad del protagonista quien comienza a escuchar ruidos extraños provenientes de esa habitación, ruidos que nadie más parece escuchar. Durante esta primera parte hay un par de escenas que junto a la estética del poster promocional en el cual se ve a Jin-seok sentado en un mueble, nos hacen pensar que Forgotten puede ser una película de terror. Pero no es así.

Porque al poco de llegar a casa, ese hermano mayor tan querido por Jin-seok es secuestrado frente a sus ojos y cuando, para sorpresa de todos, reaparece 19 días más tarde, Yoo-seok, el hermano, no es el mismo. Jin-seok comienza a notar algunos cambios en su comportamiento que lo convencen de que este hombre que volvió no es su hermano, pero ¿quién es entonces?
During this part the mystery works well for several reasons. The first is that just like Jin-seok, the viewer doesn't understand anything. They show so many contradictory sequences and actions that we don't know what to believe and curiosity surrounds us and attracts flies like honey. The other element in favor of this confusion is the fact that Jin-seok takes medication, so the intake of these pills seems to suggest that perhaps the things he sees and hears are not really there because the young man also has many nightmares and several of the sequences that they show us are precisely that. And finally, his brother's denial of certain things and the firmness with which he proves that Jin-seok has been wrong also make us doubt for a moment. Until there's a scene in which the doubt is dispelled: Jin-seok is right. The problem is that once that is clarified, many more questions arise. Having discovered the what and a bit of the how, a more important question arises: why? why has Jin-seok been made to believe something that is not true? And so we want the film to answer quickly what's behind the door? who's really Jin-seok's brother?
Durante esta parte el misterio funciona bien por varias cosas. La primera es que de la misma forma en que le ocurre a Jin-seok, el espectador no entiende nada. Van mostrando tantas secuencias y acciones contradictorias que no sabemos en qué creer y la curiosidad nos va envolviendo y atrayendo como la miel a las moscas. El otro elemento a favor de esta confusión es el hecho de que Jin-seok se medica, entonces la ingesta de esas pastillas pareciera sugerir que tal vez las cosas que él ve y oye no estén verdaderamente allí porque además el joven tiene muchas pesadillas y varias de las secuencias que nos muestran son precisamente eso. Y finalmente, la negación de su hermano de ciertas cosas y la firmeza con la que demuestra que Jin-seok se ha equivocado también nos hacen dudar por un instante. Hasta que hay una escena en la que la duda se disipa: Jin-seok tiene razón. El problema es que una vez aclarado eso van surgiendo muchas más interrogantes. Descubierto el qué y un poco el cómo, surge una pregunta más importante: ¿por qué? ¿por qué se le ha hecho creer a Jin-seok algo que no es cierto? Y entonces queremos que la película vaya respondiendo con rapidez ¿qué hay detrás de la puerta? ¿quién es realmente el hermano de Jin-seok?
Until then, the film progresses with more successes than failures, it maintains the intrigue and a good rhythm, but I feel that later this proportion is inverted and the plot twists become somewhat repetitive (some of them very predictable) and the story, now a thriller as such, it becomes heavy and implausible because certain resources are abused (I think too many accidents happen around Jin-seok's life, for example).
Hasta allí la película avanza con más aciertos que fallas, mantiene la intriga y un buen ritmo, pero siento que luego se invierte esta proporción y los plot twists se van volviendo algo repetitivos (muy predecibles algunos de ellos) y la historia, ahora sí un thriller como tal, se va tornando pesada e inverosímil porque se abusa de ciertos recursos (creo que suceden demasiados accidentes alrededor de la vida de Jin-seok, por ejemplo).
However, I think Forgotten is pretty good for Jang Hang-jun's first feature, the cinematography is good, the direction is good too, and I know that some of the things that seem forced to me many will find them good plot twists. Also, despite some flaws, the film has good performances, a good pace, and the fact that the story changes course entertains the viewer for a good part of its 108-minute duration. Yes, it may not be my favorite type of thriller, but the result is acceptable. Sin embargo, creo que Forgotten está bastante bien para ser el primer largometraje de Jang Hang-jun, la fotografía es buena, la dirección también está bien y sé que algunas de las cosas que a mí me parecen forzadas a muchos les parecerán buenos giros en la trama. Además, a pesar algunas fallas, la película tiene buenas actuaciones, buen ritmo y el hecho de que la historia cambie de rumbo entretiene al espectador durante buena parte de los 108 minutos de duración. Sí, quizás no sea mi tipo de thriller favorito, pero el resultado es aceptable. A diferencia de la mayoría de las películas que veo, Forgotten sí está disponible en Netflix, así que la pueden ver allí (en caso de que no la hayan visto) y darme su opinión al respecto, ¿qué tal les pareció? ¿creen que son interesantes los giros de la trama? ¿o les parecen forzados? ¿estoy juzgando la película muy duramente? Conoceremos a JIN, un estudiante universitario al que está estudiando duro en su carrera para poder convertirse en un adulto hecho y derecho, pero que no te engañe su rostro inocente, Jin siente una cierta admiración por su hermano menor llamado Yoo-Seok.
Al principio de la película nos dejarán un misterio de la que nos sentiremos desesperados para saber el porqué de las cosas, por lo que es lo que hace captar más la atención de esta película, es algo totalmente intrigante, pero cuando cada una de nuestras preguntas serán respondidas mientras más veamos esta película, créanme que nos sorprenderemos mucho al enterarnos de muchas cosas, que no te deje engañar esta linda familia feliz, existe un misterio tan tenebroso que te ara pensar que es una película de suspenso y terror.

We will meet JIN, a college student who is studying hard in his career in order to become a full-fledged adult, but don't be fooled by his innocent face, Jin feels a certain admiration for his younger brother named Yoo-Seok.
At the beginning of the movie we will be left with a mystery that will make us feel desperate to know the why of things, so that is what makes us capture more attention of this movie, it is something totally intriguing, but when each of our questions will be answered the more we see this movie, believe me we will be very surprised to learn many things, do not be fooled by this cute happy family, there is a mystery so scary that will make you think it is a thriller and horror movie.
Yoo-Seok es un hombre extremadamente inteligente, en la que saca las mejores calificaciones de su universidad, también es quien hace la gran mayoría de los deberes de la casa, ya que, por ser tan inteligente, puede reparar cualquier cosa que en la casa pueda dañarse, permitiéndole a su padre ayudarlo con los deberes más fuertes del hombre, el cual es mantener todos los equipos de la casa en perfecto estado.
Una de las cosas que más me llamo la atención de este hombre, es que al caminar tiende a coger mucho su puerta izquierda, por lo que en el pasado tuvo un accidente automovilístico, motivo por el cual cojea su pierna.

Esta mujer es la madre de esta familia, en la que es una mujer dulce, amable, amorosa y muy compresiva, interpretando también un excelente papel como madre, siempre está cuidando de su hijo Jin para que tenga todas las comodidades y las mejores comidas.
Honestamente, cada vez que veo a esta familia almorzar o cenar, se me hace agua la boca con tan exquisitos platillos que podemos encontrar en este film mientras transcurra la historia.
Por no mencionar que esta familia acaba de mudarse a una nueva ciudad en una enorme casa, la casa es espectacular, pero…
¿Quién diría conservaría tal misterio?
THE MOTHER OF THIS FAMILY
This woman is the mother of this family, in which she is a sweet, kind, loving and very understanding woman, also playing an excellent role as a mother, she is always taking care of her son Jin so that he has all the comforts and the best meals.
Honestly, every time I see this family having lunch or dinner, my mouth is watering with such exquisite dishes that we can find in this film as the story goes on.
Not to mention that this family has just moved to a new city in a huge house, the house is spectacular, but....
Conoceremos a la columna de esta familia y padre de dos hijos, un hombre tranquilo, pacífico, amigable y muy humilde, este hombre junto con su esposa compraron cerca de una ciudad una enorme casa para poder vivir cómodamente en ella, puesto que en su trabajo le va muy bien y pudieron pagar tranquilamente todos los gastos de la mudanza, ya que la historia comienza con una reciente mudanza.
La interpretación de cada uno de los papeles de estos personajes es asombrosa, aún estoy sorprendida con lo que sucede al final de la película y en la manera que se toman su tiempo en explicar cada uno de los detalles más interesante que nos presenta.
THE FATHER OF THE FAMILY
We will meet the backbone of this family and father of two children, a quiet, peaceful, friendly and very humble man, this man together with his wife bought near a city a huge house to be able to live comfortably in it, since in his job he is doing very well and they could quietly pay all the moving expenses, since the story begins with a recent move.
The interpretation of each of the roles of these characters is amazing, I am still surprised with what happens at the end of the movie and the way they take their time to explain each of the most interesting details presented.
EL HIPNOTISMO MÁS SORPRENDENTE QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA
Todavía no me puedo creer en la manera que se toman su tiempo en responder a cada una de nuestras dudas, sin embargo, no podre revelarles mucha información de lo que esta película nos presenta, pero solo puedo decir que cada uno de los misterios tiene un porque con una gran respuesta que activara nuestro cerebro a encajar cada una de las piezas de rompe cabezas.
Conclusión
Observar cómo en esta película una hermosa familia feliz se convierte en una mentira y en una actuación es algo que nunca había visto en una película, la verdad ya son varias películas surcoreanas que he visto en todo este tiempo, la verdad me sorprende muchas cosas que en este film nos presenta, incluso aún sigo sorprendida con lo que acabo de ver.
Al principio estaremos muy confundidos en saber si esta película es de terror o suspenso, esto se debe al trastorno que Jin está pasando, permitiéndonos ver escenas de terror en algunas ocasiones, por lo que siempre estaremos a la expectativa de que algo va a aparecer y nos asustaremos de repente luego de ver la primera escena de susto.
El misterio de la habitación que hay en la casa en la que esta familia vivirá es muy intrigante, ver lo que se encuentra detrás de esa puerta es aún más asombroso, de hecho aún sigo muy sorprendida y un poco asustada, hay cosas que no veía venir de esta película, pero lo más sorprendente es en como el hipnotismo le cambia tanto la mente de la persona que puede viajar en el tiempo para poder revivir esos momentos más fuertes, que en este caso un hombre de 41 años puede cambiar su mente a la de uno de 21, por lo que es totalmente sorprendente el poder que tiene el hipnotismo.
El público al cual pueden ver esta película es para mayores de 15 años, hay escenas muy fuertes y el misterio puede estresar un poco a los más pequeños de la casa.

I still can't believe in the way they take their time to answer each one of our doubts, however, I can't reveal you much information about what this movie presents us, but I can only say that each one of the mysteries has a reason with a great answer that will activate our brain to fit each one of the head-scratching pieces.
Conclusion
Watching how in this movie a beautiful happy family becomes a lie and an act is something that I had never seen in a movie, the truth is already several South Korean movies that I have seen in all this time, the truth surprises me many things that in this film presents us, even I am still surprised with what I just saw.
At the beginning we will be very confused to know if this film is horror or suspense, this is due to the disorder that Jin is going through, allowing us to see scenes of terror in some occasions, so we will always be in the expectation that something will appear and we will be scared suddenly after seeing the first scary scene.

Hola amantes de las películas y series en Hive. Hoy deseo compartir con ustedes mi opinión sobre una película que me habían recomendado hace algún tiempo, es una producción surcoreana del año 2017 que se puede encontrar en Netflix. La verdad es que por el póster y la descripción de la plataforma sobre este filme, quizás nunca la hubiese visto, si no es por una recomendación, en muchas oportunidades cometemos el error de juzgar el libro por su portada o en este caso, la película por el póster y una descripción algo insípida.
Aunque en un principio me desanimó la simplicidad alrededor de esta película en cuanto a sinopsis y el póster, debo decir que me doy cuenta de que se utiliza esta presentación para no ingresar a zona de spoilers, ya que escribir sobre este tipo de producciones sin mencionar algo relevante sobre la trama es algo difícil, todo esto debido a su argumento y sobre todo a su evolución a lo largo del metraje, sin embargo, como es de costumbre analizaré (sin spoilers) este film según mi gusto y apreciación personal. ¡Comencemos!
Sinopsis:
Jin-seok aparentemente vive una vida normal, hasta que luego de una mudanza su hermano es secuestrado y comienza una batalla desentrañar los misterios que se encuentran a su alrededor, tratando de recordar un pasado traumático que pondrá en tela de juicio no solo su moral sino también su estado mental.
Este es un filme que se encuentra en la categoría de Thriller psicológico, una sección del séptimo arte en donde se introduce características de la mente humana y se aprovecha de ellas para ir revelando eventualmente una historia de trasfondo que normalmente tiende a sorprender a los espectadores, en muchas de estas películas es común observar giros en la trama para esa dosis de sorpresa que tanto las caracterizan.
En lo particular, disfruto de las películas que juegan con nuestra mente, que buscan hacer pensar a sus espectadores y colocarlos en situaciones algo incómodas desde un punto de vista de la percepción o del entendimiento del filme. Me agrada la sorpresa y los giros de trama que cambian el panorama sobre del argumento, siempre y cuando las razones lógicas siempre cuenten con buenas bases para soportar esos giros bruscos en nuestra cabeza, otorgando así un final en el que podemos unir todas las piezas y plasmar una explicación adecuada y racional del film.
Forgotten es de esas películas en las que comienza con cierta estructura, sin embargo, por ser una producción de thriller psicológico, sabes que ocurrirá algo inesperado, aunque debo advertir que tratar de unir los cabos desde el inicio es bastante complicado debido a que el guion no lo permite. Esa sensación, de que nada concuerda o que al pasar los minutos tenemos más preguntas que respuestas, es uno de los elementos en el cual se sostiene la película, es sin dudas su principal atractivo y por lo que mantiene atado al espectador hasta el final.
Creo que pocas películas en Netflix contemplan giros tan bruscos, pero al mismo tiempo muy bien estructurados, así como la película Fractura o Contratiempo, películas que han dado mucho de que hablar por esos sorpresivos giros. En este caso podría vincularla un poco más con la película Fractura debido a que aborda aspectos psicológicos.
La película va desarrollando un misterio inesperado, pero al mismo tiempo juega con nuestra mente debido a que se desarrolla en un ambiente familiar para luego convertirse en un parpadeo en un thriller. El misterio es fundamental en esta producción, sin embargo, para disfrutar de la experiencia se debe ser paciente, la película presenta una introducción un poco larga, pero vital para conocer el esquema mental del protagonista y de otros personajes, para luego introducirse poco a poco en el misterio que cada vez se hará más denso al correr los minutos.
Por más que intentemos atinar las respuestas basadas en nuestra experiencia en otras películas, creo que es poco probable que se pueda adivinar en una etapa temprana de la película, esto sin dudas es algo bastante positivo para este tipo de films, debido a que nos lleva a un desenvolvimiento distinto a lo que estamos acostumbrados a ver en películas comerciales.
Forgotten se sumerge en aspectos psicológicos reales y nos muestra algunos aspectos interesantes de la mente humana luego de un evento traumático, sin dudas es algo bastante interesante para el espectador, además, lleva a un punto donde la moral se coloca en duda tras un momento de desesperación total. Estas son características sutiles de la película, pero que complementan de muy buena manera la historia que, a pesar del misterio, todo se esclarece rápidamente en un punto en donde se muestran las características psicológicas propias de los personajes principales.
En el sentido tanto psicológico como en el del misterio propio de la película, me ha gustado la evolución del protagonista y su actuación. Definitivamente, conoceremos a este personaje, sus decisiones y también como va evolucionando hasta llegar al final.
Forgotten es una película con un buen desenvolvimiento y una estructura argumental, aunque cambiante por los giros de la trama, esta se sostiene adecuadamente, otorgándole incluso más emociones luego de ir desvelando los misterios ocultos en el filme, una película que desde mi perspectiva sorprende por ser un producto muy bien organizado y con mucha sorpresa desde un punto de vista psicológico.
Pienso que es una película para las personas que les agrada colocarse el traje de detectives y pensar, formar teorías e hipótesis de lo que ocurre del otro lado de la pantalla, sin dudas para este tipo de espectadores deseosos de sorpresas (yo me incluyo) es un filme que es interesante y que quizás está escondido en un póster y una descripción insípida de Netflix. No nos dejemos llevar por la portada.
Sí, es una película interesante y entretenida que puedo recomendar tranquilamente a familiares y amigos, si tienes Netflix puede ser una buena excusa para reunir a tus amigos, hacer unas cotufas para ver la película. Ese ha sido mi caso, invité a mi prima y su esposo para verla. Lamentablemente, se cortó el servicio eléctrico y tuvimos que retomarla al siguiente día, pero bueno… esa es otra historia, esta película la recomiendo abiertamente.
He querido hacer corta esta reseña para no introducirme mucho en su trama y en alguna zona con spoilers, ya que es el tipo de película sorpresiva en la que se necesita menos información para mejorar la experiencia, es sin dudas un buen entretenimiento.
Hello lovers of Hive movies and series. Today I want to share with you my opinion about a film that had been recommended to me some time ago, it is a South Korean production of the year 2017 that can be found on Netflix. The truth is that by the poster and the description of the platform about this film, I might never have seen it, if not for a recommendation, in many opportunities we make the mistake of judging the book by its cover or in this case, the movie by the poster and a somewhat insipid description.
Although at first I was discouraged by the simplicity around this film in terms of synopsis and the poster, I must say that I realize that this presentation is used to not enter spoilers zone, since writing about this kind of productions without mentioning something relevant about the plot is something difficult, all this due to its plot and especially its evolution throughout the footage, however, as usual I will analyze (without spoilers) this film according to my personal taste and appreciation. Let's start!
Synopsis:
Jin-seok seemingly lives a normal life, until after a move his brother is kidnapped and begins a battle unraveling the mysteries around him, trying to remember a traumatic past that will challenge not only his morals but also his mental state.
This is a film that falls into the category of Psychological Thriller, a section of the seventh art where characteristics of the human mind are introduced and exploited to eventually reveal a backstory that usually tends to surprise viewers, in many of these films it is common to observe plot twists for that dose of surprise that characterizes them so much.
In particular, I enjoy films that play with our minds, that seek to make viewers think and place them in somewhat uncomfortable situations from the point of view of perception or understanding of the film. I like the surprises and plot twists that change the panorama of the plot, as long as the logical reasons always have a good basis to support those sudden twists in our head, thus providing an ending in which we can put all the pieces together and form a proper and rational explanation of the film.
Forgotten is one of those films that begins with a certain structure, however, being a psychological thriller production, you know that something unexpected will happen, although I must warn that trying to connect the dots from the beginning is quite complicated because the script does not allow it. That feeling, that nothing matches or that as the minutes go by we have more questions than answers, is one of the elements on which the film is sustained, it is undoubtedly its main attraction and why it keeps the viewer tied until the end.
I think few movies on Netflix contemplate such abrupt twists, but at the same time very well structured, as well as the movie Fracture or Contratiempo, films that have given much to talk about for those surprising twists. In this case I could link it a little more with the movie Fracture due to the fact that it deals with psychological aspects.
The film develops an unexpected mystery, but at the same time plays with our mind because it develops in a familiar environment and then becomes a thriller in the blink of an eye. The mystery is fundamental in this production, however, to enjoy the experience you must be patient, the film presents a slightly long introduction, but vital to know the mental scheme of the protagonist and other characters, and then gradually enter the mystery that will become increasingly dense as the minutes go by.
As much as we try to guess the answers based on our experience in other films, I think it is unlikely to be able to guess at an early stage of the film, this is undoubtedly something quite positive for this type of film, because it takes us to a different development than what we are used to seeing in commercial films.
Forgotten dives into real psychological aspects and shows us some interesting aspects of the human mind after a traumatic event, it is undoubtedly something quite interesting for the viewer, it also leads to a point where morality is placed in doubt after a moment of total despair. These are subtle characteristics of the film, but they complement in a very good way the story that, in spite of the mystery, everything is quickly clarified at a point where the psychological characteristics of the main characters are shown.
In the psychological sense as well as in the sense of the film's own mystery, I liked the evolution of the protagonist and his performance. We will definitely get to know this character, his decisions and also how he evolves until he reaches the end.
Forgotten is a film with a good development and a plot structure, although changing by the twists of the plot, this is adequately sustained, giving even more emotions after revealing the mysteries hidden in the film, a film that from my perspective surprises for being a very well organized product and with a lot of surprise from a psychological point of view.
I think it is a film for people who like to put on the detective suit and think, form theories and hypotheses of what happens on the other side of the screen, no doubt for this type of viewers eager for surprises (I include myself) is a film that is interesting and that is perhaps hidden in a poster and a bland description of Netflix. Yes, it is an interesting and entertaining film that I can quietly recommend to family and friends, if you have Netflix it can be a good excuse to gather your friends, make some cotufas to watch the movie. That has been my case, I invited my cousin and her husband to watch it. Unfortunately, the electric service was cut and we had to resume it the next day, but well... that's another story, I openly recommend this movie.
I wanted to keep this review short so as not to get too much into the plot and some spoilers, since it is the kind of surprise movie where less information is needed to enhance the experience, it is undoubtedly a good entertainment.

Se trata de una familia, de dos hijos varones donde el hermano mayor fue secuestrado y después de 19 días regresa a casa sin recordar nada de lo que paso, y su hermano menor comienza a ver actitudes raras de su hermano que lo hacen sospechar de algo más y tendrá que descubrirlo.

Esta película es del género suspenso y thriller psicológico, así que nos podemos preparar para sentir como el director juega con nuestra mente, veremos excelentes actuaciones de parte del protagonista y de su hermano mayor, que te harán sentir cada emoción de suspenso y confusión durante toda la película, además que tiene un buen acompañamiento de la banda sonora, que hace que te sumerjas en cada escena con una sensación de miedo.

Yo he visto actuaciones de este joven protagonista Kang Ha-neul quien es el hermano menor Jin-seok, quien sin duda hace un buen trabajo en cada papel que interpreta y en esta no es la excepción, destacando también la increíble actuación de Kim Mu-yeol quie interpreta a su hermano mayor Yoo-seok. Sin duda, ninguna de las dos actuaciones principales te decepciona en ningún momento, te dejarán sorprendidos con el paso de la historia.
I have seen performances of this young protagonist Kang Ha-neul who is the younger brother Jin-seok, who undoubtedly does a good job in every role he plays and in this one is no exception, also highlighting the incredible performance of Kim Mu-yeol who plays his older brother Yoo-seok. Puedo decir que la película al inicio es bastante lenta y floja, que llego a un punto donde casi la dejo de ver, porque realmente no entendía lo que pasaba después del secuestro del hermano, así que tuve que leer algo de la historia para no dejar de verla. Lo cuál me sorprendió muchísimo, porque aunque no contenía Spoiler indicaba que era una historia de no perderse y que el final te sorprendería.
I can say that the movie at the beginning is quite slow and lazy, that I got to a point where I almost stopped watching it, because I didn't really understand what was happening after the brother's kidnapping, so I had to read some of the story to not stop watching it. Which surprised me a lot, because although it didn't contain Spoiler it indicated that it was a story not to be missed and that the end would surprise you.

So about 30 minutes or so into the movie is where it really starts to get really interesting and you start to doubt what you were coming from, I couldn't tell you what happens after that 30 minutes, because I'd be telling you the whole story, but I assure you that what comes after that will leave your mind chilled.
Lo que si te puedo mencionar es que mientras el hermano menor esta intentando averiguar que fue lo que le paso a su hermano mayor en ese secuestro, se dará cuenta que todo lo que había vivido era una completa mentira, pero que todo viene de un plan elaborado con un propósito que no te llegas ni a imaginar hasta que dejas que transcurra toda la historia.
What I can tell you is that while the younger brother is trying to find out what happened to his older brother in that kidnapping, he will realize that everything he had lived through was a complete lie, but that everything comes from an elaborate plan with a purpose that you do not even imagine until you let the whole story unfold.
Y como es posible que el ser humano sea capaz de jugar con la mente de otro ser y lo haga creer cosas que en realidad no son, lo que nos deja como seres vulnerables ante el dominio mental de otras personas. Así que si me preguntas si es una historia que recomiende, pues completamente SI, es una película que recomiendo y que te digo que no dejes que el inicio te impida ver todo ese rompecabezas que hay después de los 30 minutos previos, te darás cuenta de lo que es capaz hacer el ser humano por descubrir la verdad.
And how is it possible that the human being is able to play with the mind of another being and make him believe things that in reality are not, which leaves us as vulnerable beings to the mental dominance of others. En esta historia podremos ver el uso de muchos flashback que en lo personal me gusta mucho, porque es lo que te hace analizar mejor cada parte de la historia, y querer regresarte para saber en que parte fue que te perdiste. Y te aseguro que esta te dejara completamente sorprendido. Además del buen uso del claroscuro que utilizan para darle más aire de misterio oscuro y suspenso.
In this story we can see the use of many flashbacks that I personally like a lot, because it is what makes you better analyze each part of the story, and want to go back to know where you got lost. And I assure you that this one will leave you completely surprised. In addition to the good use of chiaroscuro used to give it more air of dark mystery and suspense.

El cine o producciones Asiáticas últimamente han estado muy presentes en mi lista de películas ocupando el top 10 y creo que durante lo que queda de mes seguiré viendo películas echas en este país tan lejano para mí en diferentes aspectos, pero que me han regalado buenos momentos y no puedo quejarme hacen buenas películas.
El thriller psicológico, es de mis géneros favoritos y no puedo dejar pasar la oportunidad para hablarte un poco de una de las películas que le hace honor a s7 género y dejará a más de uno con ganas de más.
OLVIDADO es una película del año 2017 y está escrita y producida por (Jang Hang-jun) quien tiene un variado catálogo de películas en su nombre y el cual espero ver más de sus películas, ya que esta me dejo un gran sabor de boca, pero estoy un poco molesto porque supo jugar con mi mente y aunque tenía idea de hacia dónde se dirija todo al final me dio un giro de 360 grados que me dejó muy sorprendido.

Todo inicia con Jin-seok (Kang Ha-neul) quien despierta de un largo viaje por carretera acompañado de sus padres y hermano, quienes se dirigen a su nuevo hogar. Todo parece normal y al llegar hacen lo que toda familia tiene que hacer, acomodar sus pertenencias, escoger el cuarto de cada uno y obviamente disfrutar de su nuevo hogar.
Todo esto se desarrolla muy normal y comenzamos a conocer a los personajes principales como al hermano mayor ** Yoo-seok** (Kim Mu-yeol) quién es un joven prodigio que ha ganado infinidad de premios y quien es la figura a seguir del joven Jin-seok, sus padres parecen estar muy unidos a lo que significa la familia y prácticamente podemos ver una familia normal muy feliz.
Pero las cosas se tornan un poco misteriosas cuando de repente se escuchan ruidos extraños en la parte superior de la casa, como ruidos y puestas que se hablen solas. Todo esto genera en Jin-seok algo de inquietud lo cual lo hace investigar un poco dentro de la casa, pero antes se consigue con su hermano mayor quien lo invita a salir a dar una vuelta y despejar la mente tomando aire puro.
🇺🇸 It all starts with Jin-seok (Kang Ha-neul) waking up from a long road trip with his parents and brother, who are on their way to their new home. Everything seems normal and upon arrival they do what every family has to do, arrange their belongings, choose each other's room and obviously enjoy their new home.
All this develops very normally and we start to meet the main characters like the older brother Yoo-seok (Kim Mu-yeol) who is a young prodigy who has won countless awards and who is the figure to follow for the young Jin-seok, his parents seem to be very close to what the family means and we can practically see a very happy normal family.
But things get a little mysterious when suddenly strange noises are heard from the top of the house, like noises and self-talking doors. All this makes Jin-seok a little uneasy, which makes him investigate a little inside the house, but first he meets his older brother who invites him to go out for a walk and clear his mind by taking fresh air.
Los hermanos caminan un rato por la zona y charlan un poco sobre lo que está pasando en sus vidas y lo que esperan en un futuro próximo, todo esto pinta muy bien hasta que el hermano mayor decide regresar a casa a solucionar unas cosas mientras que el Jin-seok se queda esperando a que regrese su hermano. Pero la paciencia no es lo suyo y lo sigue, pero se encuentra con la sorpresa que están secuestrando a su hermano y corre por ayuda.
El hermano mayor es secuestrado y pasan 19 días desaparecido, desde ese momento podemos notar un cambio en Yoo-seok y en el resto fe ka familia, donde comienza a pasar una serie de eventos que dejarán al joven Jin-seok fuera de onda e intentará descubrir que ocurre que su hermano que está actuando muy raro después de su secuestro y que hace cosas que no forman parte de él.
Notarás de primera mano que la película toma una dirección totalmente distinta a la que puedes ver al inicio y quizás lo sientas un poco atropellado, pero es un giro que debe ser introducido de esa forma para bajarte de ese ritmo y que puedas iniciar uno nuevo.
🇺🇸 The brothers walk around the area for a while and chat a bit about what is going on in their lives and what they expect in the near future, all this looks great until the older brother decides to go back home to sort some things out while Jin-seok is left waiting for his brother to return. But patience is not his thing and he follows him, only to find that his brother is being kidnapped and runs for help.
The older brother is kidnapped and 19 days pass missing, from that moment we can notice a change in Yoo-seok and the rest of the family, where it begins to happen a series of events that will leave the young Jin-seok out of the loop and try to discover what happens to his brother who is acting very strange after his kidnapping and doing things that are not part of it.
You'll notice first hand that the movie takes a totally different direction than what you may see at the beginning and you may feel it a bit rushed, but it's a twist that needs to be introduced that way to get you off that pace so you can start a new one.
Todo cambia radicalmente desde este punto y comenzaremos a ver una película que cambia constantemente de ritmo y que si pensamos que se trataba de una película de terror, o drama o quizás de abuso, termina mostrándose de otra manera y sin darnos cuenta volvemos a ver un giro que te dejará viendo a los lados sin una dirección fija.
La película se desarrolla bajo ese contexto y ya dependerá de ti si te animas a verla, ya que no te puedo seguir contando nada más sin tocar esa pequeña línea que podría arrojar un gran Spoiler. Pero si te puedo contar un poco más desde diferentes puntos que para mi son claves e interesantes.
🇺🇸 Everything changes radically from this point and we will begin to see a film that constantly changes pace and that if we thought it was a horror film, or drama or perhaps abuse, ends up being shown in another way and without realizing it we see again a twist that will leave you looking at the sides without a fixed direction.
The film develops under that context and it will be up to you if you want to see it, because I can't tell you anything else without touching that little line that could throw a big Spoiler. But I can tell you a little more from different points that for me are key and interesting.
NADA ES LO QUE PARECE
El género thriller es de esos que si llevamos tiempo viéndolo, podemos tener una idea de todos los trucos o formas en que nos pueden engañar y sobre todo introducir en una ruleta de emociones que siempre nos dejaran con la boca abierta, pero que en ocasiones podemos descifrar hacia donde se dirigen.
Con esta película pensé que tenía casi todo resuelto, pero en realidad no fue así, ya que si sabe jugar con los giros inesperados y te mantiene en suspenso por un momento, cuando crees que todo pinta de azul, termina por tornarse de naranja y eso puede hacer volar tu cabeza.
🇺🇸 NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS
The thriller genre is one of those that if we have been watching it for a while, we can have an idea of all the tricks or ways in which they can deceive us and above all introduce us into a roulette of emotions that will always leave us with our mouths open, but sometimes we can decipher where they are headed.
With this film I thought I had almost everything solved, but in reality it was not so, because it knows how to play with unexpected twists and keeps you in suspense for a moment, when you think everything looks blue, it ends up turning orange and that can blow your mind.
Con este género o en especial con la película no podemos creer mucho en lo primero que vemos, menos pensar que hemos llegado a la parte final y que todo está dicho, debo ser muy sincero pense que este filme tendría una sola dirección y terminó mostrando más de 3 direcciones totalmente distintas una de la otra que sin temor a equivocarme es brutal lo que nos presentan de inicio a final.
🇺🇸 With this genre or especially with the film we can not believe much in the first thing we see, less think that we have reached the end and everything is said, I must be very honest I thought that this film would have a single direction and ended up showing more than 3 totally different directions one from the other that without fear of being wrong is brutal what we are presented from start to finish.
SI TE DESCUIDADAS PIERDES
La trama como ya han podido notar pinta hacia dos direcciones que podríamos decir que son clave dentro de la trama a desarrollar y que puede ser tan inquietante como densa al momento de ver como se desarrolla de a poco. Claro esto siempre va sujeto al ritmo que esperas ver en la película y el que se utiliza para mostrar de manera clara y precisa lo que quieren mostrar al espectador.
Los giros inesperados los notarás a medida que avanza la trama, pero tienes que estar atento a todo, ya que el solo hecho de no estar pendiente de cada escena, puede que te haga sentir un vacío en la historia y debas repetir la película para encajar con ella.
Sumado a todo esto cada personaje nos muestra su punto de vista y parece no tener una conexión, pero a medida que avanza puedes conocer un poco más sobre ellos y que los sujeta hasta el final. Siempre cuando una película me atrapa intento no darle muchas vueltas o importancia a los personajes de segundo plato, pero aquí si es crucial que estés al pendiente de cada uno de ellos, aportan tanta información que sería un pecado no estar al pendiente de todo.
🇺🇸 IF YOU GET CARELESS YOU LOSE
The plot, as you may have already noticed, points in two directions that we could say are key within the plot to be developed and that can be as disturbing as it is dense at the moment of seeing how it develops little by little. Of course this is always subject to the pace you expect to see in the film and the one used to show clearly and precisely what they want to show the viewer.
You will notice the unexpected twists as the plot progresses, but you have to be attentive to everything, since the mere fact of not being aware of each scene, may make you feel a void in the story and you have to repeat the film to fit in with it.
Added to all this each character shows us their point of view and seems to have no connection, but as it progresses you get to know a little more about them and that holds them until the end. Always when a movie catches me I try not to give too many turns or importance to the second course characters, but here it is crucial that you are aware of each of them, they provide so much information that it would be a sin not to be aware of everything.
¿QUÉ TANTO LA RECOMIENDO?
Si ya has llegado hasta este punto hablas podido notar que me gustó y que llena mi expectativa de una película con buenos recursos y que te puede atrapar desde el inicio. Entonces quizás te estarás preguntando si ¿vale la pena verla?, la repuesta es, si claro que sí.
Siempre y cuando el género thriller sea de tu agrado y no tengas problemas en ver una película que te muestre algo al inicio, pero que al final sea totalmente diferente. Esto en algunos espectadores no es muy agradable, ya que se hacen una idea de lo que están viendo y les cuesta que le cambien la historia en el proceso.
Pero aquí las cosas como te dije hace un momento, no pintan como parece, tomando eso en cuenta te puede decir que vayas a verla y te prepares para degustar un filme que sin duda jugará con tu cabeza.
🇺🇸 HOW MUCH DO I RECOMMEND IT?

As long as the thriller genre is to your liking and you have no problem watching a movie that shows you something at the beginning, but at the end is totally different. OLVIDADO es un filme que me puso a pensar mucho en lo crudo y poco amistoso que puede ser la mente humana cuando estamos bajo presión o simplemente queremos borrar algo de nuestra cabeza que nos hace tanto daño con tan solo recordarlo.
De niño pase por momentos difíciles, pero al pasar el tiempo de una manera pude bloquear esos momentos que marcaron mi vida, pero que de vez en cuando en algún sueño profundo puedo revivir y se siente tan real como en aquella época. Soñar despierto es tan real como dormir dentro de un sueño que puedes confundir con la realidad.

FORGOTTEN is a film that made me think a lot about how raw and unfriendly the human mind can be when we are under pressure or simply want to erase something from our head that hurts us so much just by remembering it.
As a child I went through difficult times, but as time went by in a way I was able to block out those moments that marked my life, but every now and then in some deep dream I can relive it and it feels as real as it did back then. Daydreaming is as real as sleeping inside a dream that you can confuse with reality.
