At the start of the film, we meet Chloe, a young girl who is moving to a new house with her mother. She wasn't happy since they have to do this frequently. Chloe couldn't make many friends because of this. Whenever she makes a new friend, they move into a different residence after a while. This was causing her a great deal of distress.
