Welcome dear internet travelers and thank you very much for making a temporary stop in my post, I was so calm looking for an animation to see when I came across an interesting proposal that mixes fantasy and adventure, the name of this series that sounds so promising is "Hilda" that together with the above presents a simply captivating world. Without further ado, get ready since this adventure with extraordinary creatures is about to begin.
Bienvenidos queridos viajeros del internet y muchas gracias por hacer una parada temporal en mi post, me encontraba yo tan tranquilo buscando una animación para ver cuando me topé con una propuesta interesante que mezcla la fantasía y la aventura, el nombre de esta serie que suena tan prometedora es “Hilda” que aunado a lo anterior presenta un mundo sencillamente cautivador. Sin más que agregar prepárense puesto que esta aventura con criaturas extraordinarias está por comenzar.

Hilda was released in 2018, created and produced by Luke Pearson and directed by Andy Coyle, has 26 episodes of 24 minutes and a film of 1 hour and 24 minutes. It is an animation of adventure and fantasy, the plot revolves around Hilda a very brave and pleasant girl who grew up in a house away from civilization with her mother and her deer-fox Twig, in turn Hilda will make new friends who will also be involved in a number of adventures and it is Frida and David who will accompany her in every situation that arises with the various magical creatures that there are in the world.
Hilda fue estrenada en 2018, creada y producida por Luke Pearson y dirigida por Andy Coyle, cuenta con 26 episodios de 24 minutos y una película de 1 hora y 24 minutos. Es una animación de aventura y fantasía, la trama gira entorno a Hilda una niña muy valiente y agradable que se crio en una casa apartada de la civilización con su mamá y su ciervo-zorro Twig, a su vez Hilda hará nuevos amigos que también se verán involucrados en un sin número de aventuras y son Frida y David quienes la acompañaran en cada situación que se presente con las diversas criaturas mágicas que hay en el mundo.

The characters present a very remarkable characterization: Hilda is brave and very kind, she tries to help everyone she can having a spirit of innate adventurer, Frida is a model student who constantly pushes herself to be as close to perfection as possible which causes an abysmal mental wear, David is the one who presents a poorer characterization since what stands out most about him is the fact of being a coward and fearing absolutely everything, there are more characters but these have a poorer characterization and talking about them would make this section very extensive.
Los personajes presentan una caracterización muy remarcada: Hilda es valiente y muy amable, trata de ayudar a todo el que pueda teniendo un espíritu de aventurera innato, Frida es una estudiante modelo que se presiona constantemente para estar lo más cerca de la perfección como sea posible lo que provoca un desgaste mental abismal, David es el que presenta una caracterización más pobre puesto que lo que más destaca de él es el hecho de ser un cobarde y temerle a absolutamente todo, existen más personajes pero estos tienen una caracterización más pobre y hablar de ellos haría este apartado muy extenso.

I'm a big fan of the soundtrack since it is very captivating and manages to maintain that hectic rhythm that the series usually has, being an ideal companion for all the fantasy that it puts on the table. With animation it happens exactly the same since it opts for a simple drawing style but that in turn has many small extremely beautiful details, being fluid manages to perfectly convey that fiction that handles.
Soy muy fan de la banda sonora puesto que es muy atrapante y logra mantener ese ritmo agitado que suele tener mayormente la serie, siendo un acompañante ideal para toda la fantasía que pone sobre la mesa. Con la animación sucede exactamente lo mismo puesto que opta por un estilo de dibujo sencillo pero que a su vez tiene muchos pequeños detalles sumamente hermosos, al ser fluida logra transmitir perfectamente esa ficción que maneja.
The construction of the world is quite wonderful since it poses a magical and fantasy context that is present and excellently achieved in each of the chapters, since it constantly adds new creatures which it accompanies with moderately decent information so that the main characteristics are understood, being perfectly explained their skills and the role they play in the plot. All this results in a fictional world that is constantly expanding and that all the elements it presents are exposed in lesser or greater are used later for the plot.
La construcción de mundo es bastante maravillosa puesto que plantea un contexto mágico y de fantasía que se encuentra presente y excelentemente logrado en cada uno de los capítulos, ya que constantemente añade criaturas nuevas las cuales acompaña con información medianamente decente como para que se entienda las características principales, quedando perfectamente explicadas sus habilidades y la función que desempeñan en la trama. Todo esto da como resultado un mundo ficticio que se va expandiendo constantemente y que todos los elementos que presenta son expuestos en menor o mayor son utilizados posteriormente para la trama.

The plot feels like something episodic but really gradually everything has a quite plausible continuity, presents different adventures that are mostly self-conclusive presenting mostly inconsequential problems. The main attraction of the plot is the fact of presenting something magical and new or taking up something previously established to develop the story of the chapter based on it. In general the plot is quite white to show things for all audiences and nothing shocking but even with those it manages to be attractive enough to want to see the development and conclusion of each new adventure proposed.
La trama se siente como algo episódico pero realmente paulatinamente todo tiene una continuidad bastante plausible, presenta diferentes aventuras que son mayormente autoconclusivas presentando problemas mayormente intrascendentes. El principal atractivo que tiene la trama es el hecho de presentar algo mágico y nuevo o retomar algo previamente establecido para desarrollar la historia del capítulo basándose en ello. En general la trama es bastante blanca al mostrar cosas para todo público y nada impactante pero aún con esas logra ser bastante atractiva como para querer ver el desarrollo y conclusión cada nueva aventura planteada.
The characters are not completely remarkable but also not forgettable, ergo, they are a middle ground, some have some prominence when hitting bottom but honestly the reasons for that decline are simply stupid so it is impossible to take it seriously. Out of those fiascos to give depth to the characters I have to mention that if they have a fairly decent characterization when establishing priorities and tastes for some that lead to feelings that feel plausible and not taken out of the sleeve, all this results in characters with whom it is possible to become fond and even feel empathy.
Los personajes no son completamente destacables pero tampoco olvidables, ergo, son un punto medio, algunos tienen algo de protagonismo al tocar fondo pero sinceramente las razones para ese declive son sencillamente estúpidas por lo que es imposible tomárselo en serio. Fuera de esos fiascos por dar profundidad a los personajes he de mencionar que si poseen una caracterización bastante decente al establecer prioridades y gustos para algunos que derivan en sentimientos que se sienten plausibles y no sacados de la manga, todo esto da como resultado a personajes con los que es posible encariñarse e incluso sentir empatía.

Hilda is one of those animations that are pleasant and wonderful to spend an afternoon watching it and be entertained with the different adventures it presents, a way to immerse yourself in a very well achieved fantasy. That is why it deserves 4 stars out of 7, although it is not perfect it can guarantee great moments of entertainment with the different adventures it poses.
Hilda es una de esas animaciones que son agradables y maravillosas para pasar una tarde viéndola y entretenerse con las diferentes aventuras que presenta, una forma de sumergirse en una fantasía muy bien lograda. Es por ello que merece 4 estrellas de 7, si bien no es perfecta puede garantizar grandes momentos de entretenimiento con las diferentes aventuras que plantea.
