Saludos queridos cinéfilos, bienvenidos a mi blog y a la comunidad de #MoviesTVShow, espero se encuentren bien y tengan un fabuloso y productivo día. Hoy les quiero recomendar ver "Familia al Instante", una película divertida e ideal para ver con los pequeños de la casa. Se estrenó en el año 2018 y tiene una duración de 119 minutos, me encantó y acá te explico de qué se trata.

Today I want to recommend watching "Instant Family", a fun and ideal movie to watch with the little ones in the house. Hoy en día las parejas están retrasando tener hijos, hay muchas razones, una de estas es la prioridad de desarrollarse en el ámbito profesional y tener estabilidad económica, pero pasa que a veces esto lleva mucho tiempo lograrlo y cuando nos damos cuenta tenemos una edad avanzada y el embarazo aunque es una opción conlleva muchos riesgos. Esto le sucedió a los protagonistas de la película, Pete y Ellie Wagner, un matrimonio dedicado a la remodelación de casas, estables económicamente, que luego de que su familia los afronta con el hecho de que nunca tendrá hijos ellos deciden adoptar.

Ya decididos y entusiasmados por tener una familia Pete y Ellie se registran en un programa de acogida familiar, allí junto a otros posibles padres reciben una inducción y posteriormente van a una feria para conocer niños que necesitan ser adoptados. Aquí todo se pone divertido porque los posibles padres tienen un estereotipo de hijo en mente, algunos quieren un niño pequeño, otros que sea de color y atlético, en fin que cumpla sus expectativas, pero así no funcionan las cosas y la adopción será todo un desafío, los niños viene de hogares destruidos y han sido abandonados, no será fácil para nadie.

El matrimonio Wagner decide llevar a casa a Lizzy, una adolescente rebelde, y a sus dos hermanos, Juan y Lita, entonces nada resulta como lo esperado, los niños pondrán su paciencia a prueba y no les harán las cosas fáciles a la pareja, son traviesos y no obedecen las reglas, la vida para los Wagner se vuelve un caos. Para sumar al problema de los Wagner su madre biológica sale de la cárcel y quiere verlos.

Los Wagner a pesar de todos los desafíos que tienen, no pensaron nunca en devolver los niños a pesar de que oficialmente no habían sido adoptados por ellos, poco a poco se ganan su confianza y juntos forman un hermoso hogar. La adopción es una responsabilidad y hay que estar seguro de querer adoptar, no hay vuelta atrás, los niños no son un objeto que se pueda devolver, hacer esto sería horrible, no imagino lo que se siente ser abandonado de nuevo.

The Wagners, despite all the challenges they have, never thought about returning the children even though they had not officially been adopted by them. Little by little they gain their trust and together they form a beautiful home. Adoption is a responsibility and you have to be sure you want to adopt, there is no turning back, children are not an object that can be returned, doing this would be horrible, I can't imagine what it feels like to be abandoned again.

Me gusta este tipo de película que además de divertida tiene un mensaje de amor y familia. Es una película que invita a la reflexión sobre los prejuicios de la adopción, las relaciones familiares y de pareja, los hijos y sus desafíos, entre otras cosas. Padre es quien cría en mi opinión y esta película es un ejemplo de esto. Te invito a ver Familia Instantánea, la puedes encontrar en la plataforma de Netflix, espero sea de tu agrado, abrazos hivers.

I like this type of movie that, in addition to being fun, has a message of love and family. It is a film that invites reflection on the prejudices of adoption, family and couple relationships, children and their challenges, among other things. Hola amigos, reciban todos una grata bienvenida a una más de mis publicaciones sobre películas.

Hoy te presentó una película llamada una familia al instante, donde nos sumergiremos en la vida de una pareja que al tener varios años viviendo juntos deciden hacer una adopción temporal para saber como les cambiaría sus vidas a tener hijos.

Ellos esperaban adoptar solamente uno, pero al momento de elegir terminan escogiendo a 3 niños, se debe a que estos tres niños son hermanos y no pueden adoptar uno de los tres por las leyes de adopción.

Pece a las complicaciones de tener 3 niños, continúan con sus planes y marchan hacia adelante sin importar las complicaciones.

Mark Wahlberg, quien interpreta el papel de Pete, un hombre al que se dedica junto con su esposa a reconstrucciones y decoraciones de hogares, su esposa termina comprando una enorme y abandonada casa para su hermana, puesto que esta no le agrado mucho la idea, así que deciden mejorarla y revenderla, pero al final sus planes no saldrán como esperaba.

Rose Byrne, interpreta el papel de Ellie, cuando las cosas comienzan a salir bajo control, Ellie comienza a pensar en darse la oportunidad de tener unos niños, pero por misteriosas razones no podrá tenerlos a la forma natural, sino que decide adoptar un niño, Pete no está de acuerdo con esa decisión, pero por cosas de la vida cambia de parecer y juntos se dan la oportunidad de adoptar un niño temporalmente para ver como les cambiaría su vida.

Adoptar a un niño no es solo pensarlo y tenerlo, sino que para eso hay que hacer una serie de procedimientos y aprendizaje para poder tener la oportunidad de cuidar a un niño abandonado o por razones de leyes entre padres.

Pete y Ellie al tomar la edición de adoptar a un niño, tienen que recibir clases de como crían a un niño adoptado, ya que no saben que costumbres tengan y que tan grabe es el estado mental de estos.

Al mencionar el estado mental me refiero a que no debe ser fácil ser un niño sin padres o ningún familiar al que pueda cuidarlo, ponerme en los zapatos de estos niños me deprime mucho, porque suelen ser adoptados temporalmente para conocer sus costumbres, muchos no toleran el comportamiento de algunos niños y terminan devolviéndolos al orfanato, ellos nunca tienen la culpa por los que han pasado o vivido, se requiere de una paciencia lo bastante grande y todo el amor y cariño que le puedan ofrecer.

Muchos son los que adoptan a los niños y pocos son los que se acoplan para convertirse y hacerse parte de su familia.

Me gusta mucho el estudio que le hacen a los padres adoptivos, les enseñan todo lo que tienen que hacer para cualquier situación, tienen que estar preparados ante todo y tienen que pasar una prueba para poder adoptar a estos niños.

Las profesionales que se dedican a enseñar a los padres adoptivos de como tienen que hacer para poder tener un hijo adoptivo son:

Octavia Spencer: interpreta el papel de Karen, una amorosa mujer sin miedo a expresar lo que siente o lo que piensa de los demás, por mucho que tenga el carácter fuerte, en el fondo es una amorosa persona que solo quiere ayudar a estos niños en el orfanato.

Esta actriz la he visto en otras películas como Historias cruzadas y la Cabaña, nos demuestra una interpretación fenomenal, es una de mis actrices favoritas.

Tig Notaro: interpreta su papel como Sharon, una mujer inteligente al que siempre quiere verle el lado positivo a las cosas y trabaja duro para que ningún padre adoptivo se arrepienta de su decisión de adoptar a un niño, hace que todo se vea como luz y rosas cuando no lo es, por suerte esta Karen, quien habla sin importar lo que piensen los demás.

Estas mujeres son profesionales y trabajan juntos para darle hogar a estos niños del orfanato, ya que mucho tienen varios años sin poder encajar en las costumbres de una familia.

I have seen this actress in other movies like Crossed Stories and The Cabin, she shows us a phenomenal performance, she is one of my favorite actresses.

Tig Notaro: she plays her role as Sharon, a smart woman who always wants to look on the bright side of things and works hard to make sure that no adoptive parent regrets their decision to adopt a child, she makes everything look like light and roses when it is not, luckily there is Karen, who speaks up no matter what anyone else thinks.

These women are professionals and work together to give these children from the orphanage a home, as many have been unable to fit into the ways of a family for several years.

Los problemas familiares es algo muy común, pero para unos niños que no saben lo que es una familia es difícil, por el hecho de que al hacer algo indebido que requiera de la rectitud de un padre, estos lo toman como si no los quisieran y se sienten rechazados.

Debe ser difícil, ser rechazado por varias familias y no tener a nadie que les explique el porqué de las cosas, cargarse de emociones fuertes y reaccionar de forma muy agresiva, pero Pete y Ellie aran lo posible para que estos niños se sientan cómodos en su nuevo hogar, nada de lo que hagan les hará cambiar de parecer.

Esta película ha tenido una muy buena aceptación de la crítica de los usuarios, Rottentomatoes nos presenta que la película está muy bien trabajada y que la actuación de los actores ha sido muy buena, tiene un porcentaje de la aceptación de la crítica de los usuarios de un 81% con una audiencia del 82%.

Yo le pongo un total de 5 estrellas de 5, me ha parecido bastante buena la interpretación de los actores, la historia y el ambiente en la que se desarrolla, por lo que considero que esta película es apta para todo público.

Esta película entra en los géneros de Comedia y drama, es perfecta para verlo en familia y pasar 2 horas de risa con la historia.

Mark Wahlberg has come a long way from his street thug and underwear model past. He has grown on me over the years. His delivery seems to be the same in every role, yet he has surprising range. I seem to enjoy his family oriented films, often comedies, as much as his action films. When I saw the first trailer for Instant Family I knew it was a film I had to see. My wife and I attended the matinee yesterday.

Pete (Wahlberg) and Ellie Wagner (Rose Byrne) are getting older. The idea of having children sort of slipped past them, maybe intentionally, as they built their small business. A discussion with siblings leads the couple to explore the possibility of adopting. After attending an eight week course on fostering, the couple attend an adoption fair. The event leads the couple to consider fostering three children with the intent to adopt. The children, Lizzy (Isabela Moner), Juan (Gustavo Quiroz) and Lita (Julianna Gamiz) arrive with all their earthly possessions in trash bags. Each of the children has a unique personality that brings unique challenges. Lizzy is rebellious, Juan is accident prone and Lita only eats potato chips. The family struggles to bond, only to suffer major setbacks when their biological mother enters the picture with talk of reunification.

Instant Family is based on a true family. The film explores the challenges of creating a new family, while dipping a toe in the waters of what adopting and fostering is all about. The adoption angle is not fully explored, but we get enough flavor to understand it is not like adopting a pet from the animal shelter. The film navigates a difficult topic with decent dramatic elements and some good comedy. The writing was solid, although the story felt a bit too vanilla at times. The pacing was decent, but sluggish at times as well. I enjoyed the story and was especially connected at the level of the messaging, but felt there was room for improvement.

I like Wahlberg, as stated. This was not his best work, but he was solid. I think my favorites in this film were Moner as Lizzy. I liked her in Sicario. This film solidified my opinion of her. I expect we will see much more of her. My other favorites were Tig Notaro, who played the "straight man" as an adoption social worker. I also enjoyed Margo Martindale who was larger than life as Grandma Sandy. The casting was solid. We were treated to a nice balance of talent to help give us a sense of family with all its flaws and unconditional love.

Instant Family was written as a family-oriented film. The film has very little objectionable material, easily earning a PG-13 rating from the MPAA. There was some talk about naked selfies and addiction. There were adult themes handled tactfully and contextually. There was also some talk about violence and a bit of blood (a child gets hit in the face with a basketball), as well as a few other incidents from the accident prone child in this story. Overall, typical childhood issues, complicated by issues unique to foster care and adoption. It was a heart-warming story with plenty of lighthearted fun to maintain some balance. I wouldn't put an age restriction on this film. The run time is one hour, 59 minutes.

I was honestly a little bit disappointed by this film. It is a solid film. But it had immense potential. I was hoping this film would move me. There were some touching moments in the film, but it could have had more flavor. It seemed to opt for easy laughs and surface exploration of the struggles of fostering with the goal of adoption. I think the film wanted to provide some balance. Possibly at the expense of some potentially strong dramatic elements. I think it could have gone deeper into the weeds without losing its messaging. The message is good. Kids need to be adopted. It's not easy. The foster system is flawed. But there is also a whole lot of love available from families who open their homes to foster children. The film points families toward their website for more information on the topic, so I will share it as well. Instantfamily.org. I would recommend this film. I just felt it fell short of its potential. 7.5/10.
