My Neighbor Adolf is a 2022 comedy-drama film directed by Leon Prudovsky. Set in Colombia in the early 1960s, the film follows a lonely and grumpy Holocaust survivor, Mr. Polsky, who is convinced that his German neighbor, Mr. Herzog, is Adolf Hitler.

My neighbor Adolf. Uneven comedy but nevertheless interesting (by the idea itself more than by the overall lead). The main character is an elderly Jew with the all-important name “Polish” (literally polish). He lives a secluded life in a house on the outskirts of the South American countryside - he takes care of a black rose bush - in the memoir it is shown that they grew a similar bush with their family in pre-war…More
