Hey everyone, I had a Liam Neeson weekend haha. Visited an older film from 2014, Non-Stop have you seen it? It is an intense thriller directed by Jaume Collet-Serra starring Liam Neeson as Bill Marks, a U.S. Air Marshal.😃
The film takes place in an airplane during a transatlantic flight from New York to London. After departure, Marks receives a series of cryptic text messages from an apparent terrorist, who threatens to kill a passenger every 20 minutes unless he receives the $150 million he demands. As usual, Neeson delivers a good performance, and the character is powerful but at the same time vulnerable. Jen summers, a fellow passenger who becomes involved in Mark's desperate attempt to uncover who is behind the threats is played by Julianne Moore. I like her very much and gives the film an extra dimension of tension and drama. Visually, the film is ok, can be a bit long-winded considering everything takes place on a plane, but still there are good action scenes throughout the film that can keep you on the edge of your seat if you like such films. It may seem a bit predictable at times, but Non-Stop is an entertaining film with mystery and action, it doesn't quite measure up to the other Liam Neeson films I've presented here, but it's an ok 7 from me.
Here is a trailer.🎬️
