   I didn’t think I was going to talk about this series for reasons I’ll reveal later. According to Wikipedia, the series recorded a nationwide TV rating and became the highest-rated tvN series, surpassing Crash Landing on You, which used to be the highest and award-worthy for a lot of reasons. It also talked about the series has become the highest viewed K-drama series of all time on Netflix. But, I’m here to tell you why I dropped this spectacular series and couldn’t complete it.

   Queen of Tears (2024)

   

   The sixteen-episode series tells the story of Hong Hae-In (Kim Ji-Won) who belongs to a chaebol family and is the heiress of Queens’ Group and Baek Hyun-Woo (Kim Soo-Hyun) whose parents are merely farmers in Yongdu-ri. They’ve been married for 3 years and now their marriage is more or less at the point of no return as Hyun-Woo is ready to serve her divorce papers, that’s until he finds out that his wife has brain cancer, and now he is poised to remain in the marriage since she’s going to die anyway.

   But soon enough, Hyun-Woo realizes his selfishness and the error of his ways and begins to re-evaluate his love for Hae-In, and tries to confront his errors to become a husband for Hae-In. Their love begins to bloom again. But the unexpected happens as Yoon Eun-Sung (Park Song-Hoon), Hae-In’s childhood friend and millionaire resurfaces into their lives. Eun-Sung has many things on his mind for this pair, and none of them would lead them to a happy ending. With Hae-In’s speedily deteriorating health, can the couple’s love seel them through till the end?

   My Review and Rating

   

   One thing you’ll find on my phone is an endless flow of K-dramas, mostly ones between 201-2024, but I’ve not seen many of these K-dramas, or at least I’ve not completed them because of how they started. What is common to many K-dramas is that it starts slow from the beginning and nearly boring, then picks up in pace and excitement few episodes later. Of course, except K-dramas like Mr. Queen that gave us premium excitement from the very first episode. But you hardly see a lot of K-dramas like that, which is why I would end up getting bored.

   This was not the case, however, with Queen of Tears. It started really interesting and since I more or less fell in love with the main leads from way back, Hyun-Woo from his role in It’s Okay Not To Be Okay, and Hae-In from The Heirs, I was ready to be awed by the performance of these talented actors. So yeah, it started interesting and I was gripped at the beginning episodes. You could feel the aura of sadness hanging around, but it was subtle.

   

   I kept having good laughs here and there, until the villain stepped in and it was just downhill from there. I’ve forgotten the point in my life exactly I was seeing this series, but tell me why, we are crying at nearly every scene? I couldn’t comprehend it. I know the title is Queen of Tears and everything, and you should be prepared for the tears, but I did not expect it in that volume.

   It was a lot, I’ll tell you that. If there is a skill Kim Soo-Hyun excels in, it would have to be tears. I clocked this from It’s Okay Not To Be Okay. This man’s tear ducts are perpetually in overdrive. For a guy, it’s endearing, but his tears are contagious, so I’ll be happy one minute and bawling like a baby the next minute.

   I don’t know if you were expecting a more logical reason, but yeah, that’s why I stopped watching QOT. I couldn’t take the tears, and the fact that there was more to come with the villains always willing was too much. Maybe in the future I may pick it up again because the main leads had chemistry, I’ll give them that.

   But for now, I’m not quite sure I’m ready for the emotional rollercoaster. Maybe when I do, I’ll give a more concrete review, but it is a stellar film. Just a tad overhyped in my opinion, but still alright. Maybe a good 7/10, or so. What do you think?

   Saludos mi queridos amigos de la Comunidad Hive, en especial a los amantes de los doramas. Hoy les he traído una Excelente serie cargada de Amor, odio y muchas lagrimas, escrita por Park Ji-euny dirigida por Jang Young-woo y Kim Hee-won, se trata de LA REINA DE LAS LAGRIMAS AÑO 2024, protagonizada por Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Ji-won y Park Sung-Hoon entre otros.

   ¿De qué trata?

   Del matrimonio conformado por Baek Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyu ) y Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won ), sus conflictos, pasiones y recuerdos, que lo llevara a el a pedir el divorcio, pero una noticia cambiara los planes, ya que dentro de tres meses quedara viudo, motivado a que su esposa tiene un tumor en el cerebro que acabara con su existencia, pero que creen el amor florecerá en ellos y volverán a creer. La recomiendo.

   Opinión Personal

   Amigos les diré que no me animan las películas y series tristes, me encantan los romances con comedias, sin embargo La Reina de las Lagrimas es hasta los momentos la mama de todos los dramas, entre amor, odio y lagrimas vivimos 16 emocionantes capítulos.

   Señores que les digo que es el Kdrama de los Kdramas me encanto su trama al principio sentían odio el uno por el otro y estoy hablando de los protagonistas cuya química fue extraordinaria tanto la actriz Kim Ji Won a quien vi, en la tremenda serie Descendientes del Sol y a Kim Soo-hyun, en verdad se entregaron al personaje, haciendo sentir que de verdad se amaban.

   Hubieron algunas escenas aleccionadoras, mas que todo para la familia de ella, ya que era una familia rica y cuando sus bienes fueron congelados, se fueron a vivir con la familia de el ( Baek Hyun-woo) unos cultivadores de vegetales y aprendieron a trabajar en especial la mama de ella Kim Sun-hwa.

   Hay una escena que me dio mucha risa es cuando Hong Beom-ja (Kim Jung-nan) le dice a Oh eun-young (Kim Young Min), quien la pretende pero nunca le a dado un beso, a esta altura nos besaremos cuando ya no tengamos dientes.

   Ahora les diré lo que no me gusto, la delicada cirugía para extraerle el tumor que tenia en el cerebro, salio de la cirugía con su cabello largo y no tardo en despertar, ni una curita tenia en la cabeza, pienso que debió ser mas real, yo tengo una amiga que la operaron del cerebro y paso 17 días en Cuidados Intensivos sin despertar hasta que el cerebro se desinflamo y tampoco vienen hablando tan bien, para ser una super producción debieron para mi cuidar mas estas escenas, lo único que tenia era un suero.

   En cuanto a las canciones todas estuvieron acorde al tema del amor en especial el tema principal de la serie Love you with all my heart, llore cuando ella lo vino a buscar para llevárselo, hermosa escena.

   Bueno amigos para los que no han visto esta serie, les pido que le den una oportunidad de corazón les digo que esta super cargada de sentimientos, me despido, sin mas coméntame que te pareció, Besos y Abrazos.

   Gentlemen I tell you that it is the Kdrama of the Kdramas, I loved its plot at the beginning they felt hatred for each other and I am talking about the main characters whose chemistry was extraordinary both the actress Kim Ji Won who I saw in the tremendous series Descendants of the Sun and Kim Soo-hyun, they really gave themselves to the character, making you feel that they really loved each other.

   There were some sobering scenes, mostly for her family, since they were a rich family and when their assets were frozen, they went to live with his family (Baek Hyun-woo) who were vegetable farmers and learned how to work especially her mom Kim Sun-hwa.

El día de hoy vengo con una reseña bastante interesante y sobre todo con emoción hablarles sobre unos de los Kdramas que estoy segura que marcaran tendencia este año y eso que apenas vamos a la mitad y estoy hablando de “Las Reinas de las Lágrimas”.

Without a doubt I like the love that they put into the small details since all the script and the things that we can see are so perfectly spun that even each chapter has epilogues.

   Realmente no sabia como era posible que un drama me llegara a enviciar al nivel que lo hice Reina de lágrimas, tiene todo lo que siento que se puede pedir, lagrimas, drama, amor y un buen argumento. Sin duda me gusta el cariño que le pusieron a los pequeños detalles ya que todo el guion y las cosas que podemos obersevar esta hilado de una manera tan perfecta que incluso cada capítulo tiene Epilogos.

   Los protagonistas tiene su construcción como pareja asi como a su vez cada personaje tiene una personalidad muy marcada que podemos ir viendo a lo largo de los capítulos, sin duda el amor que hay en este tipo de dramas es un enfoque más maduro y realista de algunas cosas como viene siendo el matrimonio así como el quiebre del mismo por falta de comunicación. A su vez también cuenta con otras sub tramas que no son tan grandes porque en realidad el protagonismo principal nunca se quita pero si tiene esa pequeña esencia.

   Tenemos a unos grandes villanos, en lo personal no termino odiando a Eun-seong porque siento que también tiene una historia detrás que no lo justifica del todo pero hace en realidad a verse lastimero en vez de alguien que debería odiar con el alma en cambio su madre si, siento que ella si es el personaje que le falto trasfondo y que es malo porque si, es un villano que en realidad no le persono nada, en cambio tenemos a otros personajes como la familia Hong que en realidad no son perfectos pero tienen una evolución.

   La historia es muy buena sobre todo si te gusta la química de personajes es perfecta, tiene suspenso en cada capítulos y ese gancho permanente. De verdad que la recomendación es la mas sincera que he hecho en mucho tiempo, le daría un 9.5/10 ¿Qué otro Kdrama me recomendarían?

   It was not time; it was the palpable ambition of a human person. So strange, warm and fleeting. A colorless way of wanting, of not appreciating her, of not kissing her, and of pushing her away. It was more than a sentence; it was a human emotion. There was a reason not to stop loving her.

   I'll invite you to cry! To cry so much that you won't be able to hold back your tears. A single woman, or a single person, will be able to break you emotionally. I don't know how to describe the emotions I felt with this series. I don't know what you can feel, but I am sure of one thing: You will cry. You will cry so much that you won't be able to forget her.

   The reason I watch K-dramas is because of their essence and the soul they possess. It goes beyond what is perceived in any production. It's that artistic fragment that makes you connect and become one of the characters. Furthermore, it had been years since I felt this emotion. I didn't want the k-drama to end, I didn't want to go to sleep, and I didn't want to pause any special moments. It was my space. A universe between each scene and what I visualized. Few productions like this are capable of making you feel human.

   I dare, with serenity and in full integrity, to assert that the best K-drama so far in 2024 is Queen of Tears. That's why, that's why you should go to Netflix and watch every single one of its 16 episodes. One thing I'm sure of is that if you love films and series, you'll feel like time will freeze when you watch Queen of Tears. You won't be able to escape from someone who will make you cry.

   La razón por la que veo K-dramas es por su esencia y el alma que poseen. Va más allá de lo que se percibe en cualquier producción. Es ése fragmento artístico que te hace conectar y ser uno de los personajes. Habían pasado años desde que no sentía ésta emoción, no quería que el k-drama terminara, no quería irme a dormir, y no quería pausar ningún momento especial. Fue mi espacio. Un universo entre cada escena y lo que visualizaba. Pocas producciones como ésta, pocas capaces de hacerte sentirte humano.

   Me atrevo con serenidad y en plena cabalidad a aseverar que el mejor K-drama de lo que va de 2024 es Queen of Tears. Por eso, por eso debes ir a Netflix y ver cada uno de sus 16 episodios. De algo estoy seguro, si amas los films y las series, sentirás que el tiempo se congelará al ver Queen of Tears. No podrás escapar de alguien que te hará llorar.

   There are an excellent amount of dramatic scenes, each stronger than the others. It is difficult to assimilate. So complex, so emotional, beautiful, sad and captivating.

   A married General Manager, in love and divorced from the CEO of a Korean Chaebols family. Ironic, distant and distant. In many scenes, I wondered how they fell in love; each episode answers that question. I also wondered why they stayed together; neither wanted to break up; they were just stubborn. They isolated themselves.

   Every 60+ minute episode is shortened, it becomes so easy to watch. You don't feel that it's dark, that it's the middle of the night, or that your body is tired. You just want to know why they're acting like this and what's going to happen to the two of them. Fuck, who are these two? The protagonists of this story.

   The visuals will make you feel a torrent of emotions that you can't escape from. A woman as cold as ice and a simple man who wants to live to grow old, even though one of them has had his life shortened. A deadly disease that steals happiness without a little contemplation or mercy.

   No es únicamente una comedia, no es plenamente un romance, menos un drama y tampoco un suspenso. Es una mezcla de ellos. Poco a poco le arrebata el tiempo a la protagonista.

   Hay una excelente cantidad de escenas dramáticas, una más fuerte que otras. Difíciles de asimilar. Tan complejas, tan emotivas, hermosas, tristes y cautivadoras.

   Un Gerente General casado, enamorado y divorciado de la CEO de una familia Chaebols coreana. Irónico, distante y lejano. En muchas escenas me pregunté cómo se enamoraron, cada episodio contesta esa pregunta. También me pregunté por qué seguían juntos, ninguno de los dos se quería separar, ellos solo eran obstinados. Se aislaron a sí mismos.

   Cada episodio de más de 60 minutos se acorta, se vuelve tan fácil de ver. No sientes que ha anochecido, que es de madrugada o que tu cuerpo está cansado. Sólo quieres saber por qué actúan así y qué sucederá con ellos dos. Carajos, ¿quiénes son ellos dos? Los protagonistas de ésta historia.

   El plano visual te hará sentir un torrente de emociones de las que no puedes escapar. Una mujer fría como el hielo y un hombre simple que quiere vivir hasta envejecer a pesar de que uno de los dos se les ha acortado el tiempo de vida. Mortal enfermedad que se roba la felicidad sin una pequeña contemplación o piedad.

   Hello everyone! I hope you are feeling great! Today, I want to share with you a new review, this time I want to tell you about a series - K-drama - Dorama.... Whatever you want to call it... These Korean productions are gaining more and more recognition worldwide, reaching thousands of homes, and adding a very good amount of fans. I have not seen many of them, the few I have seen, I watched them with my girlfriend. She is a big fan of these series, and although they are not my thing, I try to watch with her some that catch my attention. Recently, we watched this one, called Queen of Tears, and I thought it was pretty good, so I decided to bring it here. From the very first episode, you get really caught up in the story that it introduces you to.
   
   The main protagonists are Hyun-woo and Ha-in, a couple facing some problems, that test their relationship... the performances are super good, they have a very interesting chemistry on screen, it's very electrifying, and they manage to transmit very well all the emotional complexity of their characters, and the difficulties they have to face. To tell you a little more about the plot... Hyun-woo, is a rather ordinary man who falls very deeply in love with Ha-in, the heiress of a powerful conglomerate.    Hola a todos! Espero se encuentren super bien! El día de hoy, les quiero compartir una nueva reseña, esta vez les quiero hablar de una serie – K-drama – Dorama.. Como le quieran llamar.. E**stas producciones coreanas cada vez ganan más y más reconocimiento a nivel mundial**, llegando a miles de hogares, y sumando una muy buena cantidad de fanáticos. Yo no he visto muchos, los pocos que he visto, los vi con mi novia.. Ella si es una gran fanática de estas series, y aunque no sean lo mío, intento ver con ella alguno que me llame la atención. Recientemente, vimos este, que se llama: Queen of Tears, y me pareció bastante bueno, por lo que decidí traerlo aquí. Desde el primer episodio, te atrapa mucho la intenta historia que te presenta..
   
   Los principales protagonistas son Hyun-woo y Ha-in, una pareja que enfrenta algunos problemas, que ponen a prueba su relación.. las actuaciones son super buenas, tienen una química muy interesante en pantalla, es muy electrizante, y logran transmitir muy bien toda la complejidad emocional de sus personajes, y las dificultades que tienen que enfrentar. Para contarles un poco más de la trama.. Hyun-woo, es un hombre bastante común que se enamora muy profundamente de Ha-in, la heredera de un poderoso conglomerado. Aunque no todo es de color de rosas porque después de tres años de matrimonio, su amor se ha enfriado mucho.. ya no es lo mismo, y Hyun-woo está a punto de pedir el divorcio. Pero un giro inesperado cambia sus vidas cuando Ha-in recibe una impactante noticia.

   This drama explores in a very deep way the dynamics of love... it also focuses very intensely on sacrifice and loyalty. This allows the drama to explore interesting and enjoyable themes such as classism, prejudice and family acceptance in a refreshing, and as I say, quite unique way.

   Este drama explora de una manera muy profunda las dinámicas del amor.. también enfocan muy intensamente el sacrificio y la lealtad. **Hyun-woo se enfrenta a una duda que puede cambiar su vida.. ¿Debe permanecer al lado de su esposa o buscar su propia felicidad?** Esta premisa puede sonar algo simple, pero esta historia le da un trasfondo muchas más dramático y único, volviendo todo un torbellino de emociones, algunos secretos familiares que salen a la luz… y traiciones, que te mantendrán pegado a la pantalla.
   
   Entre las cosas que más me gustaron, puedo mencionar particularmente la forma en la que se abordan los roles de género, y las expectativas sociales de la comunidad en general, Hyun-woo es un clásico hombre de clase trabajadora, y se encuentra en una posición poco convencional, al estar casado con una mujer de alta sociedad, que cualquiera podría sentir que pertenece a una clase fuera de su alcance. **Esto le permite al drama explorar nos temas interesantes y gratos de ver, como el clasismo, el prejuicio y la aceptación familiar de una manera refrescante**, y como les digo, bastante única.

   Although it is classic in this type of series, there is a secondary plot that is presented as the chapters progress, but unlike other series of this type, this time the secondary plot deeply involves the Ha-in family and the dark secrets that apparently threaten to destroy them and their future. This story has many unexpected twists, and cool and shocking revelations, that kept me completely hooked, I personally love that a story is not what it seems, and that the twists genuinely thrill me...I was always left wanting more, wanting to find out what would happen in the next chapters, and of course, it was fun to theorize.
   
   I thought the direction and cinematography were incredible, I think you can really feel the professionalism that Korean or Asian productions in general have, they have a lot of love for their final product, they are very good at creating a captivating atmosphere, and visually attractive and touching. The meaningful scenes depicting Ha-in's delusions are particularly impressive and add an extra layer of depth to the story, something I really enjoyed, as it doesn't feel like the typical struggle of person versus adversity.

   Aunque es clásico en este tipo de series, existe una trama secundaria que se presenta conforme avanzan los capítulos, pero al contrario de otras series de este tipo, en esta ocasión la trama secundaria que involucran profundamente a la familia Ha-in y los oscuros secretos que aparentemente amenazan con destruirla a ella, y su futuro. **Esta historia tiene muchos giros inesperados, y revelaciones geniales e impactantes**, que me mantuvieron enganchado completamente, a mí personalmente me encanta que una historia no sea lo que parezca, y que los giros genuinamente me emocionen.. siempre quedaba con ganas de más, con la intención de descubrir que era lo que sucedería en los próximos capítulos, y claro, era divertido hacer teorías.
   
   La dirección y la cinematografía me parecieron increíbles, creo que se siente mucho el profesionalismo que tienen las producciones coreanas o asiáticas en general, le tienen mucho cariño a su producto final, son muy buenos creando una atmosfera cautivadora, y visualmente atractiva y conmovedora. Las escenas con mucho significado, que representan los delirios de Ha-in, son particularmente impresionantes y agregan una capa adicional de profundidad a la historia, algo que disfrute mucho, ya que no se siente como la típica lucha de persona contra adversidad

   However, not everything is perfect... I felt that some secondary characters and their specific subplots were too much, they can become disconcerting, and in some occasions, they can divert the attention from the main plot in a not very pleasant way. Still, these moments are not too frequent, and are very much offset by the strength of the main characters, and of course, the main narrative arc of them, which make you really enjoy the episodes. I think overall Queen Of Tears is a highly recommended series, I feel it grabs you strongly from the first episode, and doesn't let go, I really appreciate the hooking storylines and plots, as you don't need to watch many episodes to get caught up in the premise.
   
   It’s a history with touches of comedy, lots of drama, and heartbreaking moments. The acting, simply impeccable, and the way the deep themes are presented, are the jewel of this drama. It has definitely been one of my favorites, although I haven't seen many haha, but hey, I give it a rating of.... 8.8/10. If you are a fan of Korean dramas or just looking for a different story, not the typical: poor girl falls in love with rich guy. This is your story, this series reverses all the classic clichés, giving you something very unique. You will surely be dazzled by the amount of intense emotions, that only Asian productions know how to transmit so brilliantly. Get ready to laugh, cry and fall in love with this story, considered by many as the best drama of the year.    Sin embargo, no todo es perfecto.. sentí que algunos personajes secundarios y sus subtramas específicas estaban de más, pueden llegar a resultar desconcertantes, y en algunas ocasiones, pueden desviar la atención de la trama principal de una manera poco grata. Aun así, estos momentos no son demasiado frecuentes, y son muy compensados por la fuerza de los personajes principales, y claro, el arco narrativo principal de ellos, que haces que disfrutes mucho los episodios. Creo que de manera general Queen Of Tears es una serie altamente recomendable, siento que te atrapa fuertemente desde el primer episodio, y no te suelta, aprecio mucho las historias y tramas enganchantes, ya que no necesitas ver muchos capítulos para verte atrapado en la premisa.
   
   **Es una historia con toques de comedia, mucho drama, y momentos desgarradores**. La actuación, simplemente impecable, y la manera en la que se presentan los temas profundos, son la joya de este drama. Sin duda, ha sido de mis favoritos, aunque no he visto muchos jaja, pero bueno, le doy una calificación de.. 8.8/10. Si eres fan de los dramas coreanos o simplemente buscas una historia diferente, que no sea la típica: chica pobre se enamora de chico rico. Esta es tu historia, esta serie revierte todos los clichés clásicos, dándote algo muy único. Seguramente quedaras deslumbrado por la cantidad de emociones intensas, que solo las producciones asiáticas saben transmitir tan genialmente. Prepárate para reír, llorar y enamorarte de esta historia, considerada por muchos como el mejor drama del año.    This Korean series or K-drama is in the top 1 on Netflix in my country and I couldn't miss it. In fact, at first glance I thought I wasn't going to like it but I'm almost always wrong about these things because they always attack me in the depths of my feelings, hahaha.

   Let's start by saying that I was surprised by how beautiful the main actress is, her face looks quite symmetrical, it's like impossible to stop admiring her beauty.

   Esta serie coreano o K-drama está en el top 1 de Netflix en mi país y yo no podía perdérmela. De hecho, a simple vista pensé que no me iba a gustar pero casi siempre me equivoco con estas cosas porque siempre me atacan en lo más profundo de mis sentimientos, jajaja.

   Empecemos diciendo que me quedé sorprendida con lo hermosa que es la actriz principal, su cara se ve bastante simétrica, es como imposible dejar de admirar su belleza.

   La reina de las lágrimas trata de una empresaria, de una multimillonaria CEO de tiendas departamentales que pasa por una crisis en su relación amorosa.

The interesting thing is that it is a love story that was ending, but at the same time they show us how that love began, in the series there is a lot of pain, resentment, guilt, all the feelings that make us human, the mistakes. In the end it leaves us with a great message, all Korean series tend to be like that, they have a message at the end that makes us realize that we are human, yes, but we also have to be more empathetic with others because we never know from the things that the another is suffering.

   Yo diría que parece una historia de novela que solía ver de niña con mi mamá, jajaja, pero que te va atrapando en cada capítulo. Lo interesante es que es una historia de amor que se estaba acabando, pero al mismo tiempo nos muestran como empezó ese amor, en la serie hay mucho dolor, rencor, culpa, todos los sentimientos que nos hacen ser humanos, los errores. Al final nos deja un gran mensaje, todas las series coreanas tienden a ser así, tienen un mensaje al final que nos hace darnos cuenta de que somos humanos sí pero también tenemos que ser más empáticos con los demás porque nunca sabemos por las cosas que el otro este sufriendo.

Today I want to come with my most sincere impression about Reina de Lagrimas, a Kdrama that recently ended and that I started watching because of the hype that it generated these months, so here I will talk about what I'm watching and waiting for this series that in my opinion is being very addictive for my taste.

El día de hoy quiero venir con mi impresión más sincera sobre Reina de Lagrimas un Kdrama que hace poco culmino y que comencé ver por el Hype que genero estos meses, así que aquí les hablare de lo que estoy viendo y espero de esta serie que a mi parecer esta siendo muy adictiva para mi gusto.

   The story has sixteen chapters of which I have seen four, actually very few are the kdramas I've seen in which the protagonists are already together, I found the theme interesting in addition to the fact that it is a marriage of different social classes where she is the rich and he is the person with different social status.

   La historia cuenta con dieciséis capítulos de los cuales me he visto cuatro, en realidad muy pocos son los kdramas que he visto en los cuales los protagonistas ya estén juntos, me pareció interesante la temática además de que se trate de un matrimonio de diferentes clases sociales donde ella sea la rica y él la persona con diferente estatus social.

   Se sabe que su matrimonio o está siendo feliz y termino de filmación me encanta como manejan esa parte en el capítulo introductorio porque es como si vieras todo desde la perspectiva del protagonista masculino pero en realidad las cosas no son tan asi, por eso el tema del divorcio parece crucial en el primer momento hasta que termina el capítulo soltando la bomba que guía la trama del kdrama.

   I love how they handle that part in the introductory chapter because it is as if you see everything from the perspective of the male protagonist but in reality things are not so, so the issue of divorce seems crucial in the first moment until the chapter ends dropping the bomb that guides the plot of the kdrama.

   Something that I'm not tolerating about the Kdrama is that most of the female characters are a bit insufferable, despite this the main character is winning my affection despite being one of those that I find it hard to empathize with on screen (with a face of few friends most of the time). If doubt one of my question marks is always how they make K-dramas of business CEOS in Korea look so good, I definitely like the neatness of those types of K-dramas plus they make them always wearing beautiful clothes.

   El día finalmente llegó, Queen of Tears llegó a su final y les diré la verdad, me dejó el corazón totalmente apachurrado. Disfruté ver la serie de inicio a fin, los fines de semana se sentían completamente emocionantes gracias a la espera de un nuevo episodio, mi mamá, mi hermana y yo nos sentamos cada una en un extremo de la sala y comenzábamos a disfrutar del drama con algunos snacks, y risas, fue hermoso.

   The day finally arrived, Queen of Tears came to its end and I'll tell you the truth, it left my heart completely crushed.    Como les comenté unos posts atrás, queen of tears es un drama realmente interesante desde el capítulo 1, nos presentan a Baek Hyun Woo y a Hong Hae In, una pareja de casados con 3 años de matrimonio que solían estar locamente enamorados y que luego de no lograr atravesar los obstáculos que la vida les puso en el camino, se volvieron unos completos extraños viviendo bajo el mismo techo.

   As I told you a few posts ago, Queen of Tears is a really interesting drama from chapter 1, we are introduced to Baek Hyun Woo and Hong Hae In, a married couple with 3 years of marriage who used to be madly in love and who after not manage to overcome the obstacles that life put in their path, they became complete strangers living under the same roof.

   No quiero hacer spoilers porque siento que de verdad merecen ver la serie con la misma emoción que yo, ha sido realmente maravillosa, y me ha dejado lecciones preciosas. La producción se ha encargado de crear una historia magnifica capaz de tocar las fibras sensibles de todo aquel que la mire, las locaciones son hermosas, el ost es una obra de arte que disfruto escuchar mientras tomo sol, trabajo, o voy en carretera, sus 16 capítulos se han convertido en mi nueva historia favorita y es que, yo amo, AMO, este tipo de historias, así que la veré varias veces sin duda.

   I don't want to give spoilers because I feel that you really deserve to watch the series with the same emotion as me, it has been truly wonderful, and has left me with precious lessons.    Saludos Hivers, feliz martes para todos. Hoy voy a salir de la rutina en mi blog para compartirles una nueva serie que aún sigue en emisión en netflix. Antes de que vayan a pensar que es mejor esperar, os cuento que en netflix está hasta el capítulo 10 pero en la web pueden encontrarlo hasta el capítulo 15, por lo que solo el 16 en si, es el que está en emisión.

   Ahora si, debo acotar que tenía tiempo sin ver un dorama romántico tan interesante como este. Primero que todo porque mi pareja no gusta mucho del romance, así que aprovecho el tiempo cuando él no está para ver alguna que otra película o serie romántica.

   Sin embargo, en estos días mi madre incansablemente me ha recomendado ver "La reina de las lágrimas" y tuvo mucho razón en hacerlo, pues no solo me sentí identificado con muchísimas cosas, también tiene actores excelentes que me han tocado la fibra humana.

   Este K-drama no es para todo público, y no necesariamente lo digo por un tema de violencia o sexualidad, todo lo contrario, es una serie coreana muy sana pero con sentimientos tan profundos que no todos podrán percibirlo, sólo de forma en que se sientan identificados.

   This K-drama is not for all audiences, and I don't necessarily say that because of violence or sexuality, on the contrary, it is a very healthy Korean series but with such deep feelings that not everyone will be able to perceive it, only in a way that they can identify with.

   

   Esta serie coreana, más que el tema del romance, habla sobre la muerte del mismo, pues como dicen por allí, no todo es eterno y mucho menos los sentimientos que no son bien cuidados.

   Sucede muchas veces que los matrimonios se vuelven una rutina muy difícil, y cuando se le agrega el tema familiar es algo aún más volátil de lo que pudiera explicarse. Pues bien, hablamos de una familia de conglomerados que viven juntos en una misma casa, entonces esto de por sí complica mucho las cosas y más aún cuando el esposo es una persona cuya economía está muy por debajo de la de ellos.

   Como primer punto, se centran en lo que hay que hacer en un matrimonio que está a la lupa de las personas alrededor, siendo que se trata de una familia adinerada, está al ojo del público. Así que hay situaciones que ameritan engañar a estas personas para no perder credibilidad y por ende no salga dañada la familia en ningún sentido, aunque aquí se preocupan más por lo que algo malo pueda afectar el precio de las acciones de la empresa Queen.

   En sí, a la protagonista de esta serie le cambia todo el panorama cuando se entera de su enfermedad, y no solo cambia su comportamiento con las personas, también sus prioridades, su rutina y todo aquello que conocía antes de la fatídica noticia.

   Muy por encima se ve que esa es una familia que poco se preocupan por los demás, incluso entre ellos mismos. Te hacen sentir como si esperan a que alguien haga algo malo, o pase algo extraordinario para aprovecharse de la situación y quedarse con todo el poder al final.

   Sin embargo, de víctima pasa a ser alguien cuyas decisiones se vuelven algo cruel. Esto hizo que yo sintiera que no era una persona buena del todo, sin embargo, este sentir paulatinamente cambia y es el secreto del por qué se dan ciertas situaciones que nos pueden hacer pensar que es algo terrible.

   El final tiene que ser bastante clave, pero hasta ahora todo lo que he visto ha hecho despertar al máximo mi atención y curiosidad, y por ahora se ha convertido en el mejor dorama de este año, siendo que también está en el top 2 en mi país.

    Apenas van 8 capítulos del drama, cada uno mejor que el anterior, con más historia y cabos sueltos por atar, el grupo queens está por ver su caida y Hae-in y Hyun-woo podrían terminar destruyendo todo lo que una vez amaron.

    El ost (soundtrack de este drama es magnífico), las escenas son dirigidas de forma estupenda, la historia en si y sus desenlaces te mantienen enganchada al televisor, y aunque el matrimonio de Hae-in y Hyun-woo pende de un hilo por ellos mismo y por el destino, en serio espero que la historia de un buen giro para que ambos puedan ser felices (aunque eso está por verse).
