Dovendo trovare una pecca a Romulus è forse proprio questa.
Pur provandoci la prima stagione non riesce ad essere abbastanza profonda, a restituire un'emozione travolgente.
Ha un'anima ed un'identità fortissima ma non sempre riesce ad avere un impatto altrettanto forte sullo spettatore.
Siamo di fronte solo alla prima stagione e come spesso è accaduto in passato, non è detto che non ci possa essere un crescendo emozionale ed epico che consenta alla serie di spiccare il volo.
Le recensioni che sto leggendo in giro non sono sempre entusiasmanti.
Sono abituato a leggere dopo aver pubblicato il mio post in modo da non farmi influenzare.
Questa volta ho deciso di leggere qualcosa provando, ugualmente, a non farmi influenzare.
Leggendo la mia di recensione avrete la sensazione che io possa essere nella fazione dei contenti.
Forse è cosi.
Anzi è sicuramente cosi.
Contento ma con riserva.
Felicissimo del passo che la serialità italiana ha compiuto, dubbioso sul fatto che Romulus possa essere un'operazione complessivamente riuscita sotto ogni aspetto.
Il prodotto Sky non è il nostro Vikings, non vuole essere il nostrano Game of Thrones ma vuole essere e sarà il nostro Romulus, unico e riconoscibile.
Vedremo cosa ci riserverà il futuro e come la serie verrà accolta dal pubblico, e dalla critica.
Per adesso possiamo dire che l'Alba è arrivata.

If I had to find a flaw in Romulus it is perhaps this one.
While trying, the first season doesn't manage to be deep enough, to give back an overwhelming emotion.
It has a very strong soul and identity but it doesn't always manage to have as strong an impact on the viewer.
This is only the first season and as it has often happened in the past, there may not be an emotional and epic crescendo that allows the series to take off.
The reviews I'm reading out there aren't always enthusiastic.
I'm used to reading after I publish my post so I don't get influenced.
This time I decided to read something trying, equally, not to be influenced.
Reading my review you will get the feeling that I might be in the happy faction.
Maybe I am.
Indeed it is definitely so.
Happy but with reservations.
Happy with the step that the Italian seriality has taken, doubtful that Romulus can be a successful operation in every respect.
The Sky product is not our Vikings, it doesn't want to be our Game of Thrones, but it wants to be and will be our Romulus, unique and recognizable.
We'll see what the future holds and how the series will be received by the public and the critics.
For now we can say that Dawn has arrived.
