Some of us are used to seeing the typical comedy movie about hormonal teenage girls in fraternities and their craziness with each other. Parties, strange love affairs; as the stage begins when teenagers want to experiment, some make a group of best friends with the same dreams of not being separated as adults but not many are the groups that fulfill those dreams or desires.
Fortunately, this is not just another cliché film, as director Lucia and co-writer Paul W. Downs have created a story somewhat different from those seen before and managed to assemble a phenomenal cast to play the characters of their creation.
Algunos estamos acostumbrados a ver la típica película de comedia sobre adolescentes hormonales en fraternidades y sus locuras entre ellas. Fiestas, amoríos extraños; ya que empieza la etapa en la que los adolescentes quieren experimentar. Algunas hacen un grupos de mejores amigas con los mismos sueños de no separarse luego de convertirse en adultos pero no muchos son los grupos de los que cumplen esos sueños o anhelos.
Afortunadamente esta no es una película cliché más, pues la directora Lucia junto su coescritor Paul W. Downs han creado una historia algo diferente a las anteriores vistas y lograron reunir un elenco fenomenal para interpretar a los personajes de su creación.
A group of four friends have spent their college life together, being an inseparable group. Unfortunately, reality came knocking at their door when they had to separate. They all thought they would be inseparable until they were adults but they didn't know that their life being far apart would not be the same. There were no reunion meetings for a long time and when there were, not all of them were able to attend; but with Jess' (Scarleth Johansson) bachelorette party, they all had the opportunity to see each other again. Alice (Jillian Bell), Blair (Zoe Kravitz), Frankie (Ilana Glazer) and Jess' friend Pippa (Kate McKinnon) from the other university in Australia went to celebrate in style for their friend while her engaged Peter celebrates in his own peaceful way with his somewhat nerdy group of friends.
Alice's jealousy for being Jess's best friend makes her do crazy things at the bachelorette party because she wants her best friend to have a great time before she gets married. They all decide to find a stripper to take the party to another level, but an incident with the man sends the group of friends running to hide the truth and avoid the police. An incident that will cost them dearly if the neighbors of the house they rented find out or if the owners themselves see something out of the ordinary in their beach house.
Un grupo de cuatro amigas ha pasado su vida en la universidad juntas, siendo un grupo inseparable. Lamentablemente la realidad golpeó a su puerta cuando tuvieron que separarse. Todas creyeron ser inseparables hasta ser adultas pero no sabían que su vida estando a grandes distancias no iba a ser la misma. Ya no habían esas reuniones de reencuentro por mucho tiempo y cuando organizaban una no todas lograban asistir; pero con la despedida de soltera de Jess (Scarleth Johansson) todas tuvieron la oportunidad de volver a verse. Alice (Jillian Bell), Blair (Zoe Kravitz), Frankie (Ilana Glazer) y Pippa (Kate McKinnon) la amiga de Jess en la otra universidad en Australia; fueron a festejar a lo grande para su amiga mientras que su prometido Peter festeja a su modo pacífico con su grupo de amigos algo nerd.
Los celos de Alice por ser la mejor amiga de Jess la hacen cometer muchas locuras en la despedida ya que quiere que su gran amiga la pase muy bien antes de casarse. Todas deciden buscar un stripper para convertir la despedida a otro nivel, pero un incidente con el hombre pone a correr al grupo de amigas para ocultar la verdad y evitar a la policía. Un incidente que le costarà muy caro si los vecinos de la casa que alquilaron se llegan a enterar o si los mismos dueños ven algo fuera de lo común en su casa de la playa.
From bachelorette party to crime scene in the blink of an eye, the girls must now cover up their disaster and prevent anyone else from finding out about what happened, so they must make the right decisions to make sure nothing gets out of control again and prevent what happened from reaching the ears of strangers.
The problem not only eradicates there, but also that Jess promised to call her fiancé every so often and after what happened the last call she made was somewhat disturbing for Peter who decided through his friends to go investigate what is going on with his future wife and see if he has not changed his mind.
De despedida de soltera pasa a ser la escena de un crimen en un abrir y cerrar de ojos y ahora las chicas deben de encubrir su desastre y evitar que otras personas se enteren de lo sucedido así que deben tomar muy buenas decisiones para que nada se vuelva a salir de control e impedir que lo ocurrido llegue a oidos de extraños.
El problema no solo erradica allí, sino también que Jess prometió llamar a su prometido cada tiempo y luego de lo ocurrido la última llamada que hizo fue algo perturbadora para Peter el cual decidió por medio de sus amigos ir a investigar lo que sucedía con su futura esposa y ver si no ha cambiado de opinión.
The night that they expected to be exciting turns into a different kind of excitement with lots of adrenaline and strange events that follow the incident.
La noche que esperaban fuera emocionante se convierte en otro tipo de emoción con mucha adrenalina y sucesos extraños que siguen tras el incidente.
As I mentioned earlier this is a story somewhat different from the others, not only because of its somewhat unexpected plot but also because of the quirky characters. The movie is very entertaining and a family movie night would be a great idea. It features special performances by famous actors Demi Moore, Ty Burrell and Ryan Cooper.
Como mencioné anteriormente esta es una historia algo diferente de las otras, no solo por su trama algo inesperada sino también por los personajes extravagantes. La película es muy entretenida y verla en familia una noche de pelis sería una gran idea. Cuenta con las actuaciones especiales de los famosos actores Demi Moore, Ty Burrell y Ryan Cooper.

Rough Night is a dark, over-the-top bachelorette-party-gone-wrong comedy starring Scarlett Johansson, Kate McKinnon, and more. Expect binge drinking, drug use, crude sexual situations, strong language, and violence played for laughs. Three people are killed during the movie; their deaths are joked about and/or blithely explained away. A dead body stars in a number of visual gags: propped up in a leather sex swing with a goofy mask on, kissed by a woman trying not to let others discover he's dead, etc. Characters try to dispose of a dead body to evade murder charges; they clean up a large pool of blood with towels. Sexual situations include a three-way scene in which a woman receiving implied oral sex shrieks and moans (no graphic nudity). Jokes also reference infidelity, sexually transmitted diseases, sex toys, fetishes, picking up strangers at gas stations to pay them for sex acts, and other mature topics. Characters who want to get wasted drink tons of liquor, including champagne and shots; they vomit and make fatal mistakes under the influence. They also snort cocaine, smoke pot, take pills to stay awake, and buy methamphetamine. Frequent strong language includes "hell," "d-mn," "b-tch," "c--t," "a-s," "f-ck," and more.
