I decided to check out 1998's Scooby Doo on Zombie Island, the original animated movie, released by Warner Brothers, reuniting the Mystery Inc. gang after the long ago series, Scooby Doo, Where are You?

The show starts off with the gang having gone their separate ways, disappointed that all their ghosts and goblins turned out to be men in masks and not real. Daphne and Fred are famous now, journalists who are starting a cross-country trip to see haunted America. Fred brings Velma, Shaggy and Scooby along as a surprise. Events conspire to bring them to Moonscar Island where they discover a mystery that is exciting. And they find ghosts and zombies. And no masks.

It's cheesy. It's fun. The animation style is a throwback to the original Hanna/Barbera style minus the repeating backgrounds. It'll kill an hour and a bit and I adore Scooby Doo.
