Star Wars: The Clone Wars is a 2008 animated movie that launched the highly successful Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series. It takes place between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith and introduces us to Ahsoka Tano, a Padawan for Anakin Skywalker to train, and Asajj Ventriss, a Sith assassin working for Count Dooku.
Skywalker, Tano and Obi-Wan Kenobi are tasked with rescuing the kidnapped son of Jabba the Hutt in order to secure safe passage through Hutt Space for the Republic in their war with the Separatists. Stuff happens.
It's not very good.
The Good...

It did, however launch a very good animated television series and introduced some really cool characters that we would come to love.
Ahsoka Tano is very annoying here but she is a favourite character of mine eventually. Here she is a little kid.
I liked Asajj Ventriss.
I liked the animations style, for the most part.
The Not So Good...
It is a rushed style here though. The basic elements are there but it isn't great here.
It did feel like a few tv episodes that were blown up into a movie, which is, in fact, what it was, and, being early episodes, the character development is not there and the style is not there and it is noticeable.
The full story is kind of silly, even for a Star Wars story.
Kind of a harmless entry but far from a good movie. Check it out as it sets up the tv series but skippable otherwise.
