Having a friend to trust is a wonderful thing, some people do not get to know the importance of friendship. Perhaps for this reason it is not valued and we are unable to identify the one who accompanies us through thick and thin, who is by our side despite the storms and silently waiting for us to calm down. A friend is a duality, the complement of the human being, by his side we are what we are without pretending or pretending.

When you have a coffee with friends, notice the pleasant sensation of well-being and calmness. It is totally different from having a coffee alone. A friend motivates and encourages us to move forward, is that little angel or conscience that tells us what we should not do. And who expects reciprocity from us. In my life's journey I have found friends that although we do not see each other, I know that they remember me fondly, as I remember them. In the real world, virtual and this is captured in film and television. This beautiful feeling of friendship is captured in films, series and cartoons.

I recognize that I have a preference for cartoons or comics as we used to say in my childhood. They are my first choice when I have to decide whether to watch a movie on the big screen or on television. As a child I spent unforgettable afternoons with my comics, after doing my homework I would sit down to enjoy series that made my childhood happy.

Among them are Lost in Space, El Zorro, El pájaro loco, Jonny Quest, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Heidi and Grandpa, Marcos, Don Gato and his Gang, El Lagarto Juancho, Kimba, The Lion King, The Little Samurai, The Squirrel Inspector, The Atomic Ant, Aquaman, Astro Boy, Speed Racer, The Pink Panther, The Mountain Bears, among others. The list is long, especially Disney cartoons, they have a special place in my heart and I like them all.

I emphasize that I like those where friendship prevails before everything else, they defend each other, do innocent pranks and crazy adventures. OMG, those times and they are my favorites: Jonny Quest, Hadji and Bandit; Zorro and Bernardo; Paul and Fred Flintstones, D'Artagnan the Turtle and Dum-Dum, Yogi and Bubu, among others.

On the other hand, there are characters that have managed to capture my attention. Perhaps because of their tenderness or any other characteristic. Most of these are from Disney Studios, although Milton the Monster, Juancho the Lizard, El Zorrillo, Penelope Lemur. Even when Mafalda I only read it in El Nacional, my country's newspaper, I excitedly awaited its appearance.

Friends of #Movies&Shows I bring you some friends, inseparable and that since my childhood inspire me tenderness and I love them. They are Snoopy and Carlitos, they are a sensational duo. He is a shy boy, with many fears and low self-esteem. Even when it seems that he is positive, he is not, because deep inside he puts obstacles to achieve what he wants. Perhaps this lack of affection and affection from his parents.

In the series, only the voices of Carlitos' parents are heard. It is a curious thing. Only his sister Sally appears, she is part of the group. In contrast we find Snoppy, his pet and friend. He is risky, brave, empathetic. He is the one who pushes, moves and motivates to do things that he alone would not dare. Sometimes sarcastic. They have a school life like all the children in the world, dreaming and wishing that there is no school with any pretext.

I love the world of Snoopy and Charlie Brown where a group of children with their traumas and joys, accompany them in their adventures. All of them struggling to excel and dreamers. Despite their different characters and personal fears. We find unforgettable characters; Linus and his blanket; Sally Brown, Pig-Pen, Marcia, Lucy, Bis van Pelt, Schroeder, Patty, Franklin and others no less important. I am fascinated by their crazy adventures and watching them skate in the snow.

Snoopy and Charlie Brown: Peanuts, the movie was released in 2015. This crazy adventure of the two friends lasts approximately one hour and thirty-three minutes. It was directed by Steve Martino. In this film the friend Carlitos tries to make friends with the new girl in the neighborhood. At the same time Snoppy confronts the Red Baron. Under an atmosphere of Christmas, snow, love, friends and peace. If you haven't seen it, I invite you to enjoy the adventures of these friends.

It is extremely important for children to have friends and share with each other. This helps them develop the confidence they need to face life as adults. When children group together they form a barrier to defend themselves and at the same time they are supportive of each other. Especially when they feel lonely and lack affection. Believe it or not, loneliness causes many traumas in children that are triggered when they are adults.

Tener un amigo en quien confiar es algo maravilloso, algunos no llegan a conocer la importancia de la amistad. Quizás por esta razón no se valora y seamos incapaces de identificar al quién nos acompaña en las buenas y en las malas, está a nuestro lado a pesar de las tempestades y en silencio esperando que nos apacigüemos. Un amigo es un la dualidad, el complemento del ser humano, a su lado somos lo que somos sin fingir ni aparentar.

Cuando se tomen un café con amigas, dense cuenta de la sensación tan placentera, de bienestar y calma. Es totalmente diferente a tomarse un café solo. Sobre este tema se ha hablado mucho y hay estudios donde establecen que los amigos ayudan a estimular las hormonas de la felicidad. La psiquiatra Marcela Rizo en la página www.imbanaco.com, publico un artículo titulado: “¡Así se activan las hormonas de la felicidad!”, donde indica:

Un amigo nos motiva y anima a seguir adelante, es ese angelito o conciencia que nos dice que no debemos hacer. Y que espera reciprocidad de parte de nosotros. En el camino de mi vida he encontrado amigos que aunque no nos vemos, sé que ellos me recuerdan con cariño, al igual que yo a ellos. En el mundo real, virtual y esto es plasmado en el cine y televisión. Este lindo sentimiento de la amistad es plasmado tanto en filmes, series y dibujos animados.

Reconozco que tengo preferencia por los dibujos animados o comiquita como decíamos en mi infancia. Son mi primera opción cuando tengo que decidir para ver una película en la pantalla grande o en la televisión. Cuando niña pasaba tardes inolvidable con mis comiquitas, después de hacer las tareas me sentaba a disfrutar de series que me alegraron mi infancia.

Entre ellas Perdidos en el espacio, El Zorro, El pájaro loco, Jonny Quest, Los Picapiedras, Los Supersónicos, Heidi y el abuelito, Marcos, Don Gato y su Pandilla, El Lagarto Juancho, Kimba, el rey león, El pequeño Samurái, El Inspector ardilla, la Hormiga Atómica, Aquaman, Astro Boy, Meteoro, a Pantera Rosa, Los Osos Montañeses, entre otros. La lista es larga, sobre todo los dibujos animados de Disney, estos ocupan un lugar especial en mi corazón y todos me gustan.

Destaco que me gustan aquellas donde la amistad prevalece antes que todo, se defienden unos a otros, hacen travesuras inocentes y locas aventuras. OMG, aquellos tiempos y son mis preferidos: Jonny Quest, Hadji y Bandido; El Zorro y Bernardo; Pablo y Pedro Picapiedras, La Tortuga D'Artagnan y Dum-Dum , Yogui y Bubu, entre otros.

Por otro lado, hay personajes que han logrado captar mi atención. Quizás por su ternura o cualquier otra característica. La mayoría de estos son de los Estudios Disney, aunque El monstruo Milton, El lagarto Juancho, El zorrillo, Penélope Lémur. Aun cuando Mafalda solo la leía en el Nacional, periódico de mi país, esperaba con emoción su aparición.

Amigos de #Movies&Shows les traigo a unos amigos, inseparables y que desde mi niñez me inspiran ternura y los amo. Se trata de Snoopy y Carlitos, estos son un dúo sensacional. Es un niño tímido, con muchos miedos y baja autoestima. Aun cuando pareciera que es positivo, no lo es, ya que muy dentro de sí se pone obstáculos para lograr lo que desea. Quizás esta falta de cariño y afectos de parte de sus padres.

En la serie solo se oyen las voces de los padres de Carlitos. Es algo curioso. Solo aparece su hermana Sally, forma parte del grupo. En contraposición encontramos a Snoppy, su mascota y amigo. Es arriesgado, valiente, empático. Es quien impulsa, mueve y motiva a hacer las cosas que él solo no se atrevería. Algunas veces sarcástico. Tienen una vida escolar como la de todos los niños del mundo, soñando y deseando que no haya escuela con cualquier pretexto.

Amo el mundo de Snoopy y Charlie Brown donde un grupo de niños con sus traumas y alegrías, los acompañan en sus andanzas. Todos ellos luchando por sobresalir y soñadores. A pesar de sus diferentes caracteres y miedos personales. Encontramos personajes inolvidables; a Linus y su mantita; Sally Brown, Pig-Pen, Marcia, Lucy, Bis van Pelt , Schroeder, Patty, Franklin y otros no menos importantes. A mí me fascinan sus locas aventuras y verlos patinar en la nieve.

Snoopy y Charlie Brown: Peanuts, la película fue estrenada en el año 2015. Esta loca aventura de los dos amigos dura aproximadamente una hora y treinta y tres minutos. Fue dirigida por Steve Martino. En este filme el amigo Carlitos intenta hacer amistad con la chica nueva en el vecindario. A su vez Snoppy se enfrenta al Barón Rojo. Bajo un ambiente de Navidad, nieve, amor, amigos y paz. Si no la han visto los invito a disfrutar de las aventuras de estos amigos.

Conseguir un amigo verdadero y que esta amistad perdure en el tiempo es ser feliz y es vivir. Siempre necesitamos a personas a nuestro lado, en tiempos buenos y malos, que sean apoyo y nos tiendan sus manos y que estén ahí para cuando los necesitemos y ellos nos necesiten a nosotros. Hay que dar amor para recibir amor y esto hay que enseñárselos a los niños. Carlitos y Snoppy son un ejemplo de que la amistad prevalece, y ellos dan enseñanzas de vida. En cada personaje hay una historia de vida muy peculiar.

Es sumamente importante para los niños el tener amigos y compartir entre ellos. Esto los ayuda a desarrollar la confianza necesaria para enfrentar la vida de adultos. Los niños cuando se agrupan formar una barrera para defenderse y a su vez son solidarios entre ellos. Sobre todo cuando se sienten solos y falta de afectos. Aunque Ustedes no lo crean, la soledad ocasiona muchos traumas en los niños que se desencadenan cuando son adultos.

Amigos de la Comunidad de #Movies&Shows es muy bonito cuando nos reencontramos con amigos de la escuela, liceo o de la universidad, ya que los sentimientos de cariño, alegría y de respeto siempre están presentes.
