¿Comó están el día de hoy? Yo muy bien, muy feliz y con ganas de contarles que hace bastante tiempo me vi una corta serie de anime llamada De Yakusa a Amo de Casa, la cual me pareció super entretenida, pero sinceramente se me había olvidado por completo. Hace poco me enteré de que ya tenía segunda temporada desde hace un tiempo y decidí verla para comentarla por aquí completa. Sin más, quiero hablarles de esta serie tan chistosa y única

How are you today? I'm very well, very happy and eager to tell you that some time ago I watched a short anime series called De Yakusa a Amo de Casa, which I found super entertaining, but honestly I had completely forgotten about it. I recently found out that it already had a second season some time ago and I decided to watch it to comment it here in its entirety. Without further ado, I want to tell you about this funny and unique series.

De Yakusa a Amo de Casa: Resumen 

Nuestro protagonista en esta ocasión es un tipo duro, el cual tiene muchas muertes encima, llamado "Dragón Inmortal". Pues bien, este tipo, después de una vida llena de acción y peligro, decide dar un giro radical a su existencia. De la manera más extraña e inexplicable, decide dejar su vida de Yakusa para casarse y convertirse en un amo de casa ejemplar, el cual era increíble en su trabajo. Nuestro ex-yakuza se dedica ahora a cocinar, limpiar, hacer la compra y cuidar de su gato. La cosa es que lo hace con la misma intensidad y determinación con la que antes enfrentaba a sus enemigos.

Our protagonist this time is a tough guy, who has many deaths on him, called "Immortal Dragon". Well, this guy, after a life full of action and danger, decides to give a radical turn to his existence. In the strangest and most inexplicable way, he decides to leave his Yakusa life to get married and become an exemplary householder, who was amazing at his job. Our ex-yakuza now dedicates himself to cooking, cleaning, shopping and taking care of his cat. The thing is, he does it with the same intensity and determination with which he used to face his enemies.

La serie es una auténtica locura. Ver a esta persona tan imponente, peleando con una mancha en la ropa o esforzándose por hacer el sushi perfecto, es simplemente gracioso e irónico. Más allá de esta premisa inicial, esta serie nos muestra cómo cualquier persona puede llevar el duro trabajo de ama de casa, y cómo en ciertas situaciones los amos y amas de casa se pueden enfrentar a algunos retos desafiantes.

The series is really crazy. Watching this imposing person, fighting with a stain on his clothes or struggling to make the perfect sushi, is just hilarious and ironic. Beyond this initial premise, this series shows us how anyone can carry the hard work of a housewife, and how in certain situations housewives and housewives can face some challenging challenges.

La combinación de humor, acción y un toque de ternura hace de "De Yakuza a Amo de Casa" una serie muy entretenida. Es como si la vida de un yakuza y la de un ama de casa se fusionarán en una sola, creando situaciones cómicas y absurdas que te causarán cierta risa.

The combination of humor, action and a touch of tenderness makes "De Yakuza a Master of the House" a very entertaining series. It's as if the life of a yakuza and that of a housewife merge into one, creating comical and absurd situations that will cause you to laugh.

Mi opinión

Hace ya un buen tiempo que vi esta serie, y la verdad es que al ver la segunda temporada, no me arrepiento absolutamente nada. No es difícil de ver, ya que ciertos capítulos son bastante cortos, por eso puedes ver un capítulo mientras haces otras cosas, o mientras andas sin mucho tiempo, lo cual es fantástico. Aún así, como en la mayoría de series que he visto, hay algunas cosas que no son totalmente de mi agrado, pero nada muy complicado como para no gustarme la serie 

It's been a while since I watched this series, and the truth is that watching the second season, I have absolutely no regrets. It's not difficult to watch, since certain chapters are quite short, so you can watch a chapter while doing other things, or while walking around without much time, which is fantastic. Still, as in most of the series I've seen, there are some things that are not totally to my liking, but nothing too complicated to dislike the series.

La historia de Tatsu, o también llamado,"Dragón Inmortal", es muy interesante. Ver cómo un hombre tan duro y violento se transforma en un ser doméstico es bastante entretenido, ya que nos toca ver lo complicado que es para nuestro prota al comienzo adaptarse a estos cambios y nuevas responsabilidades. Me encanta cómo la serie explora su pasado y cómo este influye en su presente. Sus enfrentamientos con sus antiguos compañeros de la yakuza son momentos de tensión que contrastan con su vida cotidiana llena de tareas domésticas.

The story of Tatsu, also called "Immortal Dragon", is very interesting. Seeing how such a tough and violent man transforms into a domestic being is quite entertaining, as we get to see how complicated it is for our protagonist at the beginning to adapt to these changes and new responsibilities. I love how the series explores his past and how it influences his present. His confrontations with his former yakuza buddies are moments of tension that contrast with his daily life full of domestic chores.

Uno de los aspectos que más me gusta de la serie es cómo decidieron hablar de este tema como lo son los hombres involucrados en las tareas del hogar, y la verdad es que supieron hablarlo de manera increíble con este personaje tan único. Tatsu, a pesar de su apariencia intimidante, demuestra ser un excelente cocinero y un amo de casa muy eficiente. Esto rompe con los estereotipos masculinos y muestra que cualquier persona puede hacer cualquier cosa, sin importar su pasado.

One of the aspects that I like the most about the series is how they decided to talk about this topic such as men involved in housework, and the truth is that they knew how to talk about it in an incredible way with this unique character. Tatsu, despite his intimidating appearance, proves to be an excellent cook and a very efficient housekeeper. This breaks male stereotypes and shows that anyone can do anything, regardless of their background.

Los personajes secundarios también están muy bien desarrollados. Miku, la esposa de Tatsu, es una mujer trabajadora y comprensiva que realmente ama muchísimo a su marido, y reconoce sus grandes habilidades en todo lo que hace por ella y por su casa. Y luego tenemos a los antiguos compañeros de Tatsu, que a pesar de ser personajes rudos, muestran un lado más humano cuando interactúan con él. Si no fuera menos, este mismo amigo en cierto momento desea volverse amo de casa, sol para aprender más cosas del increíble dragón inmortal, lo cual es bastante gracioso. 

The supporting characters are also very well developed. Miku, Tatsu's wife, is a hardworking and understanding woman who really loves her husband dearly, and recognizes his great abilities in everything he does for her and their household. And then we have Tatsu's former classmates, who despite being gruff characters, show a more human side when they interact with him. If not less, this same friend at one point wishes to become a house master, sun to learn more things from the amazing immortal dragon, which is quite funny.

La animación es sencilla pero efectiva. Los diseños de los personajes son memorables y las expresiones faciales son muy divertidas. Algo que me gusta bastante es que, aunque es un anime muy bien animado y conseguido, en ciertos segmentos y segundos dentro del episodio, llegamos a ver unos cambios en la animación, pasando a ser manguas y cosas por el estilo. Esto me gustó, pero me hizo salirme de mi concentración en la serie. La banda sonora acompaña muy bien a la historia, con melodías que van desde lo épico hasta lo más relajante.

The animation is simple but effective. The character designs are memorable and the facial expressions are very funny. Something that I quite like is that, although it is a very well animated and accomplished anime, in certain segments and seconds within the episode, we get to see some changes in the animation, going to sleeves and the like. I liked this, but it made me get out of my concentration in the series. The soundtrack accompanies the story very well, with tunes ranging from epic to soothing.

La verdad es que la duración de los episodios es una de las cosas más criticadas por los fans, pero para mí es algo muy bueno que tengan algunos episodios más cortos que otros, ya que te permiten disfrutártelos un ratico, en vez de tener esos capítulos de 1 hora por delante

The truth is that the length of the episodes is one of the most criticized things by the fans, but for me it is a very good thing that some episodes are shorter than others, because they allow you to enjoy them for a while, instead of having those 1 hour episodes ahead of you.

En conclusión, "De Yakuza a Amo de Casa" es una serie muy entretenida y original que puede llegarte a entretener bastante dependiendo de tus gustos. Yo le doy un 7/10, ya que, aunque sí es bastante buena, no es de mis favoritas y realmente no me llego a atrapar como lo espere. Aun así es muy buena y espero que sigan estrenando más temporadas del mismo

In conclusion, "De Yakuza a Amo de Casa" is a very entertaining and original series that can entertain you depending on your tastes. I give it a 7/10, because, although it's pretty good, it's not one of my favorites and it didn't really catch me as I expected. Even so, it's very good and I hope they keep releasing more seasons of it.
