   Hola querida comunidad de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy quiero venir hablarles sobre una película la cual puedes encontrar en Netflix y me la vi porque quiero ver una serie relacionada con esta trama y hablo de “A todos los chicos de lo que me enamore” ¿Qué me pareció este cliché juvenil?

   Yo soy muy sincera cuando veo algo y es porque me llama la atención o porque quiero ver algo que me llama la atención pero necesito verme otra cosa primero, ese es el caso de la película ya que me interesa ver Xo Kitty pero me informe y realmente muchas personas aconsejan ver primero las películas de la hermana (que son basadas en libros) para entender referencias y para que la personalidad de Kitty no me resulte tan pesada y entendiera ciertas actitudes de ella, lo que sucede es que yo me había intentado leer el libro hace muchísimo tiempo pero nunca me llego atrapar y lo deje antes de la mitad.

   I am very sincere when I see something and it is because it catches my attention or because I want to see something that catches my attention but I need to see something else first, that is the case of the movie since I am interested in seeing Xo Kitty but I informed myself and really many people advise to see the sister movies first (which are based on books) to understand references and so that Kitty's personality is not so heavy and I understand certain attitudes of her, what happens is that I had tried to read the book a long time ago but I never got caught and I left it before the middle.

   Tenemos las actuaciones de Noah Centineo (Peter), Lana Condor (Lara Jean), Anna Cathcart (Kitty), Israel Broussad (Josh), Janel Parrish ( Margot). Por mi experiencia con el libro estaba un poco recia en ver la película incluso en la época que fue muy sonada, pero para mí grata la sorpresa fue disfrutable hasta cierto punto…La historia va de Lara Jean quien vive con sus dos hermanas y padre ya que su mamá falleció cuando estaba pequeña, ella es muy tímida y reservada, se ha enamorado varias veces (amores inocentes, solo tiene 16 años) y nunca se ha declarado, por ello como una forma de expresar sus sentimientos hacia cartas que nunca enviaba, lo que sucede es que ella le gustaba el ex novio de su hermana mayor y este recibe una carta (gracias a que Kitty las repartió) y resulta que Peter otro chico que recibió la carta finge que es su novio y bueno…

   We have the performances of Noah Centineo (Peter), Lana Condor (Lara Jean), Anna Cathcart (Kitty), Israel Broussad (Josh), Janel Parrish (Margot). Because of my experience with the book I was a little reluctant to see the movie even at the time it was very well received, but to my pleasant surprise it was enjoyable to a certain extent.... The story is about Lara Jean who lives with her two sisters and father since her mother died when she was little, she is very shy and reserved, she has fallen in love several times (innocent love, she is only 16 years old) and has never declared herself, so as a way to express her feelings she wrote letters that she never sent, what happens is that she liked the ex boyfriend of her older sister and he receives a letter (thanks to Kitty who delivered them) and it turns out that Peter another boy who received the letter pretends to be her boyfriend and well...

   Es cliché porque bueno las relaciones falsan terminan…¿pero quien se queja de eso? Yo no, a mí me gusta pero no sé, sentía que a la historia le faltaba algo y entendí que es muy dulce y yo pues casi no veo cosas así últimamente. Siento que tiene un trama con cositas añadidas que me gustaron y una relación que no es como que me derritiera, siento que se pudo haber desarrollado mejor ya que llega un punto en que siento que va muy rápido y no distingo en que parte se enamoraron y es confuso porque desde un principio parece así o no sé si es la actuación de Centineo pero algo ahí no me convenció, por su parte algo que si rescato es que intentaron poner temas de sexualidad y acoso a pesar de que no salió muy bien, siento que llama la atención.

   It's cliché because well, fake relationships end...but who's complaining about that? I don't, I like it but I don't know, I felt that the story was missing something and I understood that it's very sweet and I hardly see things like that lately. I feel that it has a plot with little things added that I liked and a relationship that is not like it melted me, I feel that it could have been developed better because there comes a point where I feel that it goes too fast and I do not distinguish in which part they fell in love and it is confusing because from the beginning it seems so or I do not know if it is the performance of Centineo but something there did not convince me, on the other hand something that if I rescue is that they tried to put issues of sexuality and harassment even though it did not come out very well, I feel that it draws attention.

   Realmente no sé si es una buena adaptación pero lo que si se, es que Lara Jean es un personaje bastante bonita no me resulto súper pesada y Peter pues es bonito hasta cierto punto, siento que tenían conectores en común como padres que por un u otro motivo no estaban con ellos y esas cositas los unió, lo que si me gustó mucho fue la colimetria sentía en realidad que estaba viendo algo dulce, por otro lado Kitty que es por lo que me la vi si me resulto bastante inusual. Saben ahorita que lo pienso Lara Jean me resulta dulce porque de alguna forma me recuerda a mi.

   I really don't know if it's a good adaptation but what I do know is that Lara Jean is a pretty nice character, I didn't find it too heavy and Peter is nice to a certain extent, I feel that they had common connectors as parents that for one reason or another were not with them and those little things united them, what I really liked was the coloring, I really felt that I was watching something sweet, on the other hand Kitty, which is why I saw it, I found it quite unusual. You know, now that I think about it, Lara Jean is sweet to me because in a way she reminds me of me.

   La película es un cliché adolecente, tiene otras partes que no se si vérmelas o arriesgarme a ver la serie así. La película me relajo de tanto estrés que cargo encima y en lo personal no me resulto insufrible porque creía que sería un 6/10, siento que pudo ser mejor pero no me quejo del producto de a mucho la verdad.

   The movie is a teenage cliché, it has other parts that I don't know if I should watch them or risk watching the series like this. The movie relaxed me from so much stress that I carry and personally I did not find it insufferable because I thought it would be a 6/10, I feel it could have been better but I do not complain about the product to much the truth.

   En esta nueva era de las plataformas de streaming hay mucho más contenido o más bien más producciones que muchas veces nos impresionan, en 2018 una de las empresas más grandes (Netflix) anunció la adaptación del primer libro de la Trilogía de Jenny Han. Compuesta por:

   • A todos los Chicos de los que me enamore • P.D Todavía te Quiero • Para siempre Lara Jean.

   Netflix comenzó confirmando la adaptación del primer libro con una película que llevaba el mismo nombre, y que duraba 1 Hora y 40 minutos. Al poco tiempo del estreno se confirmo una segunda película y al estreno de la segunda, la tercera, que cerraría la secuela basada en la trilogía. Estos libros yo los había leído, una de las primeras trilogías juveniles que llegaron a mi vida y en este post nos centraremos en las películas y quizá compare un poco con los libros.

   In this new era of streaming platforms there is much more content or rather more productions that often impress us, in 2018 one of the biggest companies (Netflix) announced the adaptation of the first book of the Jenny Han Trilogy. Composed of:

   • To All the Boys I've Loved Before.
   • P.S I Still Love You
   • Forever Lara Jean.

   Netflix began by confirming the adaptation of the first book with a movie bearing the same name, lasting 1 Hour and 40 minutes. Shortly after the release a second movie was confirmed and upon the release of the second, the third, which would close the sequel based on the trilogy. I had read these books, one of the first juvenile trilogies that came into my life and in this post we will focus on the movies and maybe compare a little with the books.

   En la película A todos los Chicos de los que me Enamore, nos presentan a Lara Jean una chica discreta que tiene un vuelco en su vida luego de que las cartas que le escribió a cada chico del que se enamoro en su vida fueron enviadas misteriosamente. A partir de ello, se desencadenan unos hechos que la acercan a Peter Kavinsky, el más popular de la escuela y desde ese momento al enfrentar sus miedos se encuentra con una versión de ella que desconocía.

   Esta primera película recuerdo que la vi con mis amigos un 14 de febrero, y me hizo sentir relajada, recuerdo haberme reído muchísimo y aunque hubo muchos cambios en respecto al libro no me molestaron, de hecho los cambios me parecieron acertados respecto a la trama. La pareja principal o más bien los actores que toman vida a estos personajes son realmente perfectos y la química entre ellos mucho más.

   In the movie To All the Boys I've Fallen In Love With, we are introduced to Lara Jean, a discreet girl who has a turnaround in her life after the letters she wrote to every boy she fell in love with in her life were mysteriously sent. From that moment on, some events are triggered that bring her closer to Peter Kavinsky, the most popular boy in school, and from that moment on, when facing her fears, she finds a version of herself that she didn't know.

   I remember watching this first movie with my friends on February 14, and it made me feel relaxed, I remember laughing a lot and although there were many changes from the book I didn't mind, in fact the changes seemed to me to be correct regarding the plot. The main couple or rather the actors that bring these characters to life are really perfect and the chemistry between them even more so.

   La segunda película, titulada por Netflix como A todos los Chicos P.D Todavía Te Quiero Parte 2, Lara Jean y Peter son novios, y llevan una relación adorable que comienza a tomar complicaciones cuando su primer amor John Ambrose responde la carta que fue enviada por error. Cuando la confusión comienza su relación comienza a pender de un hilo.

   Esta película me causo las emociones que tuve en muchos momentos con el libro; realmente decía: no se puede ser más inmaduros, pero creo también que tiene que ver porque me molestan los triángulos amorosos; aunque debo decir que la película tuvo elementos que lograron salvarla y sacarme una sonrisa.

   The second movie, titled by Netflix as To All the Guys P.S. I Still Love You Part 2, Lara Jean and Peter are sweethearts, and lead an adorable relationship that begins to take on complications when her first love John Ambrose answers the letter that was sent by mistake. As the confusion begins their relationship begins to hang in the balance.

   This movie caused me the emotions that I had in many moments with the book; I really said: you can't be more immature, but I think it also has to do with why love triangles bother me; although I must say that the movie had elements that managed to save it and bring a smile to my face.

   La última película que se estreno este 2021, dio por título A Todos los Chichos: Para Siempre, aquí vemos una vida con decisiones mucho más adultas por parte de Peter y Lara Jean, como lo es el decidir universidad y organizar sus vidas para la nueva etapa.

   Si les soy sincera ese fue el libro que menos disfrute y que creo que odie un poco; y esta fue la película que más me gusto, es que la verdad es que hicieron tantos pero tantos cambios que lograron que una de las historias más vacías que había leído se convirtiera en una película que me hizo desconectarme del trajín del día a día. Realmente de todas las películas esta es la que volvería a ver, aunque hubo escenas inmaduras creo que se justifica con el hecho de ser humanos que ante el miedo solemos cometer malas acciones.

   The last movie that was released this 2021, was called A Todos los Chichos: Para Siempre, here we see a life with much more adult decisions by Peter and Lara Jean, such as deciding to go to college and organize their lives for the new stage.

   To be honest, this was the book I enjoyed the least and I think I hated it a little bit; and this was the movie I liked the most, the truth is that they made so many changes that made one of the emptiest stories I had read become a movie that made me disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Really of all the movies this is the one that I would see again, although there were immature scenes I think it is justified by the fact that we are humans that in the face of fear we tend to commit bad actions.

   La verdad es que estas películas tienen sus puntos buenos y malos, pero tienen un aire que muchas veces transmiten ternura, amor y aunque hay algunas quejas respecto a la trama, al menos de mi parte siento que me gustan, son como aquellas que digo que son para pasar un rato agradable y distraerse. Y si me preguntan si me gustan más los libros o las películas, respondería sin pensarlo dos veces que las películas, siento que los cambios que se hicieron, le dieron a la trama un aspecto más agradable.

   Esta es mi opinión sincera y sentimientos respecto a las películas de A todos los Chicos. Espero que les haya gustado este post. Nos leemos pronto.

   The truth is that these movies have their good and bad points, but they have an air that often convey tenderness, love and although there are some complaints about the plot, at least from my side I feel that I like them, they are like those I say that are to spend a nice time and distract. And if you ask me if I like the books or the movies more, I would answer without thinking twice that the movies, I feel that the changes that were made, gave the plot a more enjoyable aspect.

   This is my honest opinion and feelings regarding the To All the Boys movies. I hope you liked this post. See you soon.

   A few days ago I came across yet another sequel to this movie all of the Gen Zs have been raving about and I decided to start with the very first so I'm up-to-date. The first installment which is an adaptation of Jenny Han's novel of the same title 'To All The Boys I've Loved Before' was released in 2018 by Netflix.

   The story is an interesting one of a high schooler Lara Jean Covey who writes letters to everyone she ever had a crush on but she never sends them out. She's had a number of crushes including her former best friend's boyfriend, Peter and her older sister's boyfriend Josh.

   Her older sister Margot leaves for college and breaks up with Josh, former best friend Gen also breaks up with her boyfriend Peter. Coincidentally, her letters get sent out by her little sister to the boys who are now single.

   Peter confronts Lara Jean about the letter and she tries to let him know she no longer has feelings for him but she counters that by kissing him when she sees Josh coming towards her with her letter in his hand. She later explains to Peter that she kissed him to avoid confronting Josh because she didn't want to betray her sister Margot.

   Peter strikes a deal with Lara Jean to fake date to make his ex who's also Lara Jean's arch nemesis jealous. She agrees and this leads to a whole lot of drama.

   My Review

   Well, I don't know what I expected with this movie, it's a teen flick after all. I might have enjoyed the book if I read it but for this movie, it was such a drag. I see why only the Gen Zs are making so much noise about it, it's a teen movie. I didn't find it funny or romantic, well except the usual 'expressing your feelings' romantic scene every teen flick has at the end of the movie. It's the same old story of guy and girl can't be together at first and they later realize they have feelings for each other.

   I'd give this movie a 6/10 and that's because they're good looking kids. I might or might not be watching the sequels.

   Hello beautiful people! <3 How's it going?
   In this post, I'm going to talk about a movie which I watched around a month ago or so. I've wanted to make a movie review immediately after watching it, but I lost the chance. Perhaps I got busy with other stuff, or I just got lazy to write something about it.
   Anyway, I thought I'd talk about it now. The movie is entitled, "To All the Boys I've Loved Before".

   As seen above, it's a NetFlix movie which was released last year.
   It's about a girl named Lara Jean who secretly wrote love letters to all the boys he had her eyes on since she was young. The thing is, she just wrote them but never gave them to her crushes. One day, all the letters she wrote in the past were suddenly mailed to all the guys she "loved/liked". What do you think happened afterwards? It's for you to find out. *lol*
   The question I had in mind was "Why did she write the address of the recipients when she *DIDN'T* have the intention of sending them in the first place?" So I thought , perhaps at the back of her mind, she really wanted to send them those letters.
   Lara Jean wrote letters to five different people. Some of them weren't really in the movie, except for three men. Let's talk a bit about them...
   - ***Josh*** = He has always been a close friend to Lara Jean. They feel really comfortable with each other, but unfortunately for Lara Jean, he became her sister's boyfriend... so she never intended to confess to him. After the letter was sent to him, things got a bit complicated.
   - ***Lucas*** = He and Lara Jean has a nice relationship. They care so much for each other... but only as friends *(NO... CUT THAT!)* they love each other as "sisters". Yep, Lucas turned out to be a guy with a female heart... so yeah, it was impossible to be more than that. :)
   - ***Peter*** = Mr. Popular guy... the complete opposite of Lara Jean. Well, he was Lara Jean's first kiss when they were kids. It was a dare they did for a game... so somehow, Peter had a special place for her. Well, he was also the reason why Lara Jean and her best friend became "ex-besties".
   I don't know much about the other guys as their names were simply mentioned in the movie or perhaps in some flashbacks, so yeah.
   Anyway, the concept of the movie was interesting for me. I'm the "hopeless romantic" type, but instead of writing letters for the guys I've liked/loved... I write poems. I guess, I have only written a letter to one of them, but I sent it to him. *lol* And he sent me a letter as well. In the end, it didn't work out. *haha*
   The movie didn't only focus on Lara Jean and the boys, but also in the story of friendship and family. She and other characters have been through different situations and issues which viewers can actually relate. I think it's a nice movie. So, if you're into the hopeless romantic, family-oriented type of people who values friendship and relationship, then I recommend you watch this. I read that there'll be another movie next year and another one in 2021.
