This time we take the opportunity to congratulate the author of this photo for his contribution to our community, which also offered some important lessons. We also wish to encourage him and thank him for sharing such a nice post. It’s clear they truly enjoyed themselves among friends on that inspiring trip to Heliconia, Colombia.
Among the challenges he faced was a demanding 13 km climb, and he tells us how, even though his leg muscles started to burn, with patience and persistence he managed to conquer it without getting off the bike. A true example of strength and determination that inspires everyone.
So, speaking of inspiration, I had the chance to watch some highlight reels of the Tour de France and even of football (and I am not at all a follower of that sport). These were moments that truly caught my attention.
How wonderful it was to see that those who helped the Mexican rider Isaac Del Toro were not his own team’s mechanics, but members of Visma | Lease a Bike and Netcompany–INEOS, allowing him to continue the race which he later won, escorted by Pogačar. He had lost one minute and forty‑four seconds there at the roadside, but he rejoined, caught up with the peloton, and we already know the outcome. Finally, Pogačar’s gesture of guiding him to victory in that stage showed that the young rider truly has an impressive career ahead in cycling — and he deserved that victory.
And what I saw about Haaland, the Norwegian, truly left me speechless. But what I like most, from the little I’ve managed to watch due to the constant power cuts here, is the way Norway is presenting itself in this World Cup. It feels like a wonderful journey through the history and culture of a people… both beautiful and deeply moving. Whoever is behind that marketing campaign has truly done a job worthy of admiration.

Well, enough chit‑chat — let’s move on to what has quite a few people hooked here: the podiums and the weekly performance of the ultra calorie burn, hahaha.
These are the data collected between 28 June and 5 July.
