Good morning, dear and valued sewing family. I hope you are all doing well today. I want to show you how I made this beautiful and pretty women's sweater in ribbed fabric with a square neckline. These sweaters are perfect for casual wear to any occasion and for walks outdoors. I always choose these cool garments for going out on any occasion.

So here's the tutorial of the process, I hope you like it 😊 Below I show you the materials to use:

Paso 01

Step 01

I started by folding the fabric in half as I always do, then I cut two pieces inside to line the collar, now I can proceed to place the pattern on top and without leaving seam allowances I proceed to cut it, then we will cut the sleeves the same way with the pattern.

Paso 02

Step 02

Next, we sew the shoulders and the inside of the piece, and then we sew the collar with a straight stitch to hold the lining in place.

Paso 03

Step 03

We proceed to sew the sleeve to the armhole and sew along the edge, then we sew the edge of the sleeve with a garter stitch.

Paso 04

Step 04

I proceed to sew the edge of the sweater with a hem of about 2 cm wide and we sew from the inside out the edge or bias of the sweater straight stitch and we go over the hem of the neck, then we iron to give it a finish and we finish.
