From my sewing room, I will be sharing with you one of my recent creative design of a colorful stunning table decoration made from fabrics
This color combination looks so nice and beautiful, it can be used to create beautiful items and the outcome will look just so nice. Recently, I came across this beautiful yellow fabric and I fell in love with the brightness of it, I imagine so many lovely items I can create with it and this simple design came to my mind and I thought of combining it with a blue fabric, see how beautiful the outcome is.
This project can be used as a table decoration, a wall hanging decoration or as a coaster for yourself or as a gift to your friends and love ones. As for me, I'm using this as a simple table decoration.
Let's get started with the cutting and sewing process below
From my yellow fabric,I measured and cut out a circle shape with the diameter of 12 inches
The circle was placed on a blue plain fabric and I cut out same shape
Th two circles were placed together right side to right side and it was sewn round, leaving an opening where it can be turned to the right side
It was turned to the right side through the small opening, it was neatly ironed and top stitched round.
The circle was folded in two to locate the middle on both sides and it was ironed to show the lines
Both sides were folded to the middle and it was taken to my sewing machine where I sew it on a straight line
The same process was repeated on the other side and I sew on it as well
This is how it looks with the four sides rised up as you can see below
Each side was opened up and folded backward at the tip
The same process was repeated on the other sides and this is the final outcome
It was neatly ironed to give it a beautiful outcome and this is the final and beautiful table decoration I made using fabric.
