The banksters, the people behind the banks. The Rots-childs and the 12 other families, believe that they can just "buy" up all the property, and everyone from then on has to rent from them.
It's a game T.H.E.Y. have created. And the only way that you own property is because a group of people tried to start a new country without kings and banksters. Ever since then, the banksters have been playing games of you continually buying your own property back from them.
T.H.E.Y. believe that the laws they made up, makes them immune to retaliation. That the people will follow the rules, no matter how bad they get.
Or, maybe T.H.E.Y. know this, and are now moving to, if you do not keep up your social credit score, no food for you.

… with the flick of a pen, they can buy it all back
The scam of unbacked fiat currency is already way over the top. They print money out of nothing and then lend it to us.
It is worse when they use the printed money to buy up all the assets. Like, what T.H.E.Y. are doing with BlackRockStone. T.H.E.Y. aren't buying anything, their friend, who T.H.E.Y. "lent" a bunch of printed money bought up everything. Totally above board. Yep, totally.
But, T.H.E.Y. have already bought up all the controlling interests of stocks. T.H.E.Y. have bought all the producing mines that T.H.E.Y. could buy. T.H.E.Y. control most of the oil.
T.H.E.Y. are trying to make it so that T.H.E.Y. can buy all the water right now.
However, this can only go on so long as people do not realize it. As long as the people think they can buy property.

Lets say we find that BlackRockStone owns all the houses, and that they are now renting. The only houses available are rentals from them. And then, someone works out that the houses were all bought with printed money. Soon, the govern-cement passes a law saying banks can't own houses (which already exists) and that BlackRockStone are in violation of it, or the people just start living in whatever house, calling it their own.
There is a line where, once crossed, the people do not obey the rules anymore.
If George Zeros ever said, "I own all of the houses", people would march on his corporation, tear it down and hang everyone from the streetlamps. Then, no one owns the houses.
Some Banksters would come forward and say that they own Zeros' corporation, and so they own… and they would find themselves hanging from streetlamps.
T.H.E.Y. can only go so far, before people stop following the rules. And, that really depends on the narrative. If everyone realized what "the bank printed the money out of thin air" means, all the banks would spontaneously burst into flames.

T.H.E.Y. plan to own/control everything that you need to survive. Then, T.H.E.Y. can control you. T.H.E.Y. think.
It only goes so far before the control crumbles. In Mexico, if the police go to far, people start playing football (soccer) with police officer's heads.
T.H.E.Y. are doing everything T.H.E.Y. can to keep people from realizing that T.H.E.Y. control all the companies that make food. Seven corporations, and T.H.E.Y. control them all.
But, as soon as T.H.E.Y. start trying to close their fingers around it… As soon as the people realize what T.H.E.Y. are doing… that is when people rise up and we find them hanging from lampposts.
It all works for so long. And then it breaks down. And, there are no owners anymore.

Many people know that SEVEN corporations control/own all the food on the supermarket shelves. But, most do not know what that means. And most people believe that these corporations intend to keep providing food. "The corporations would go out of business if they stop selling food", you hear them say.
But T.H.E.Y. have all the money in the world, and do not care about losing money. T.H.E.Y. only want control. But, that control only lasts as long as people do not know about it and remain mostly unaffected by it. Or seemingly unaffected.
However, what i said is only the straight forward answers. The real reality is that the fences they try to keep the people in, will be repurposed for livestock. Everyone that has the means moves to a rural homestead and is now growing their own food. No longer do they need/want the suburban house. You can keep it BlackRockStone. Nor do the want the food the seven corporations are trying to control.
So, T.H.E.Y. are going to lose and lose and lose. And T.H.E.Y. do not realize the control T.H.E.Y. are trying to enact is pulling the cornerstone out from beneath them.
