It was a rainy day; right around midday, out of nowhere and without warning, the weather shifted abruptly. The sky filled with gray clouds and the day grew dark just as I reached my stop on the way to work. An icy breeze took hold of the air, and the first raindrops began to fall; then, as if by magic—as though a sinister wizard had uttered "abracadabra"—those drops transformed into torrential cascades. The streets filled with water, and a deluge came knocking at the doors of my beloved town.
The rain was immense, and the cold took hold of our bodies. I managed to make it home—it was only a few meters away—feeling large, cold drops hitting the ground and others relentlessly pelting my body.
I finally reached home, and turning back had been the right choice; the downpour that followed was massive. I am writing this even now, as the rain continues to fall and the cold feels piercing yet beautiful. A hot coffee soothes the chill that still lingers at my door.

Dia lluvioso, casi a pleno mediodía de la nada y sin previo aviso, el tiempo cambió de repente, el cielo se llenó de nubes grises, el día oscureció, ya estaba en mi parada, rumbo a mi trabajo. Una brisa helada se adueñó del ambiente, estaban apareciendo las primeras gotas de lluvia, y como por arte de magia un mago tenebroso dijo: "abra cadabra" y las gotas de lluvia se convirtieron en cascadas torrenciales, las calles se poblaron de agua y un diluvio tocaba las puertas de mi amado pueblo.
La lluvia fue descomunal, el frio se apoderó de nuestros cuerpos, como pude, llegué a mi casa, estaba a pocos metros, sentía las gotas de lluvia frías, grandes caer al piso y otras atacar mi cuerpo sin piedad.
Llegué al fin a mi casa y fue lo mejor haberme devuelto, el aguacero que vino después fue inmenso, aun estoy escribiendo estas letras y sigue lloviendo y hace un frio penetrante pero a la vez hermoso. Un café caliente alivia el frío que aún toca mi puerta.
