Hello everyone!

Today, we celebrated our first GKK Culmination at our chapel, together with the fiesta celebration of Sr. San Roque. It was a simple celebration, but it became a very special day for me.

Everyone in our chapel was busy preparing for the different activities. Each member had something to do. Some were helping with the food, some were preparing the place, and others were helping with the program.

Ho 1000226770.jpg nestly, I felt a little worried when I found out that our culmination would be on a Friday. It was a school day, and many of our officers also had work. Almost all of our officers have jobs, so I was thinking about how we could manage the preparation.

I was thankful because I have a flexible job. This is one thing I am very grateful for. Because of my flexible work, I can be there for my daughter when she has something important at school. I can also have time to help in our chapel and share my talents with our church community.

Before going to the chapel, I went to a flower shop to buy flowers for the offering and for our simple decoration. When I arrived at the chapel, I immediately arranged the flowers. I was already in a hurry, so I made a very simple design. It was not perfect, but I was happy because I made it with love.

While the Holy Mass was going on, I was already thinking about our program after the Mass. I wanted to keep our program simple but meaningful. We did not need many activities. What was important was that everyone could enjoy and participate.

After the Mass, we started our program. At first, I noticed that only a few of us were there. But I became happy because everyone joined the activities. We laughed, played, talked, and enjoyed our time together.

That moment taught me an important lesson.

We do not need many people to make an activity successful.

Even if there are only a few people, the celebration can still be beautiful when everyone is happy, united, and willing to participate.

I was also happy because everyone went home with a smile and something to bring home. And of course, we had plenty of food! There was so much food to share, which made our celebration even more enjoyable. Every gkk prepare a 1 menu and we have 10 gkk in our chapel.

Looking back, I can say that our first GKK Culmination was simple, but it was full of love, faith, and happiness.

I am thankful that I was able to be part of this special day. It reminded me that sometimes, simple celebrations become the memories we treasure the most.
