Evolución personal y musical entrelazada. Parte II

Intertwined Personal and Musical Evolution. Part II
Hello friends of @holos-lotus. In the last post in the community I couldn't finish the story of my intertwined personal and musical evolution, so I promised to bring it up to today, and I fulfill that promise. I present to you the second part:
The soundtrack of my 20s
There was a moment in my life when I skipped stages: while everyone at university was going out and partying, I adopted the role of "spouse" or "husband" and didn't enjoy that time of self-discovery, exploration, and youth. So when I started working and broke up with my ex-girlfriend, I began to live these things late. I'm not saying it was bad at all, but rather that, like EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE, I always take longer than others to embrace it.
In my early 20s I started going out, meeting people, and living a life a little more attached to the well-known English phrase "YOLO (YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE)," which brought more carefree songs into my daily life, such as "You Know I Know" by Olly Murs, "No Control" by One Direction, "Teenage Dream" and "Harleys in Hawaii" by Katy Perry, "Búscame" by Kany García, and "Shut up and Dance" by Walk The Moon.

At the same time, I started exercising, and hormonal production brought me closer to songs that I personally consider "sensual," such as "Until I Found You" by Stephen Sanchez, "Misery" by Maroon 5, and "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran.
From another point of view, it seems that living alone for a time had its negative effects, so I leaned toward musical pieces that talked about sadness or loneliness, so sometimes my player would repeat "Million Years Ago" and "When We Were Young" by Adele, "Some Nights" by fun, or "The River" by Good Charlotte.
My 20s were a mix of sensuality, joy, and fun that was out of sync with time, and a repetitive nostalgia that lasted about 4 or 5 years. But if I'm honest, I was always somewhat lost.
Period ages 28–30 and current emotional balance
At 28, something happened that changed the way I see life. I had too many accumulated problems, I had little energy, and there were more bad days than good; everything was a sign of the rejection I had toward my way of living. That wasn't what I wanted for myself, and even less with 30 approaching. One day while listening to music I said "NO MORE" and changed completely: I made a list of my problems and fixed them one by one. Today I can say I succeeded, thanks to the dedication and effort with which I took it on.

More positive music played in the background: "Something in The Water" by Carrie Underwood had a leading role in these times.
Age 30–present
Today, musically, I am a mix of all the stages of my life; I enjoy every song that accompanied me and, with them, the memories they bring, whether good or bad. I can also say that I have matured quite a bit, so I learned to be open to many musical genres, always prioritizing rhythms that bring me joy and lyrics with positive messages. That's why it's not surprising that I dance to "Bam Bam" by Camila Cabello and Ed Sheeran with my wife, or that I reflect on life with "Caminos Infinitos" by Moneda Dura.
I ask again: has music also accompanied you as the soundtrack of your life?
Final note: I would love to know what @leysis, @lianny, and @vladimirmf have to say about it. You know I know you well, but even so I'm curious about your answers.
