Hola amigos || Hello friends
Desde que pude adquirir este teléfono me ha revivido el amor por la fotografía y es que la verdad está cámara me agrada bastante y ahora en cada espacio u oportunidad que tengo, no dudo en activar la cámara y darle un disparo a lo que me llama la atención en el momento. Estas fotografías las tomé ayer antes de que empezara el habitual paseo de nuestra virgencita del valle. Lástima que cuando empezó el paseo a la virgen no me encontraba en las instalaciones de la empresa pero logré capturar algunas buenas imágenes antes del verdadero espectáculo.
Ever since I got this phone, it has reignited my love for photography. The truth is, I really like this camera, and now, whenever I have the chance, I don’t hesitate to turn it on and snap a photo of whatever catches my eye in the moment. I took these photos yesterday before the annual procession of our Virgin of the Valley began. It’s a shame that when the procession began, I wasn’t at the company’s facilities, but I managed to capture some good shots before the real spectacle began.
Mi intención era esperar capturar los cientos de botes que salen a pasear a la virgen pero, lastimosamente, fue una misión fallida. Por supuesto, que aun a pesar del doloroso malestar por no lograr ese objetivo, estas fotos están bastante buenas y con un carácter bastante bueno. Defectivamente esta cámara me presenta mucho más detalle que la de mi teléfono anterior. Ah por cierto, el teléfono que pude comprar es el Redmi Note 15 y bueno, la verdad todavía sigo pagando pues lo adquirí por medio del financiamiento que los venezolanos conocemos como cashea.
My plan was to try to capture the hundreds of boats that go out to pay homage to the Virgin, but, unfortunately, it was a failed mission. Of course, even despite the painful disappointment of not achieving that goal, these photos turned out pretty good and have a lot of character. This camera definitely captures much more detail than my previous phone. Oh, by the way, the phone I was able to buy is the Redmi Note 15, and well, to be honest, I’m still paying it off since I bought it through the financing plan that we Venezuelans know as “cashea.”
Una de mis fotografías favoritas de esta sesión es la de los pelicanos posados estratégicamente sobra las barandas del barco casi como fiscalizando los trabajos ja ja ja… Lo que sí, es que esta sesión me recordó algo muy valioso, y es que a veces los momentos previos, la preparación y la simple belleza de lo cotidiano también merece ser capturado y admirado. Estoy muy contento con el resultado final y sobre todo con el rendimiento fotográfico de mi nuevo teléfono así que seguiré compartiendo con ustedes mis hallazgos, mis historias que se esconde detrás de cada disparo.
One of my favorite photos from this shoot is the one of the pelicans perched strategically on the ship’s railings, almost as if they were supervising the work, ha ha ha… The thing is, this shoot reminded me of something very valuable: that sometimes the moments leading up to a shot, the preparation, and the simple beauty of everyday life also deserve to be captured and admired. I’m really happy with the final result and, above all, with the camera performance of my new phone, so I’ll keep sharing my discoveries with you—the stories hidden behind every shot.
