Assertive Attitude —Some Truths— How Can You Embrace Changes in Your Goals? In Thought of Power

Our attitude toward the dreams or goals we pursue is what will determine the success or failure of a project, and to achieve it, a flexible and constantly evolving attitude can make all the difference in fostering resilience, confidence, and passion as we build a fulfilling venture.
*This week, @zulfrontado has shared with our @beentrepreneur community an excellent initiative called: Strategy Against the Challenge: Moving Forward by Transforming Entrepreneurship, which, in my view, must begin with changing our attitudes.*
The key attitudes identified for achieving personal success and a balanced life can also be applied to building a business: a positive attitude, acceptance of circumstances, proactivity—which means staying motivated, taking the initiative, and persisting with responsibility—and perseverance, which is maintaining effort despite the challenges of learning. Today, with flexibility and analysis, we bring you some insights we’ve heard from experts that can help you change course toward success.

Five Things You Must Offer
We spend a lot of time online learning about startups, how to improve them, and how to succeed, and I’ve identified these five factors that we must keep in mind and prioritize when offering a product to a customer—they’re essential for both you and the person your product is intended for.
Time. When offering a solution to a problem or challenge, your business should minimize the time spent by both the customer and your company; time is irreplaceable...
Clarity. Make sure your advertising is precise, offering results rather than explanations, and clearly outline how your product addresses the need step by step, in a straightforward manner that doesn’t waste time.
The customer is very important. Make them feel that they are the center of your business, that their needs are what determine how your product will be presented and offered.
When a customer feels important, well-served, and considered the focal point of a transaction, their needs will take precedence, and you’ll be able to focus on providing better solutions.
Honesty. Make sure the customer leaves with the certainty that their problem will be solved with quality and benefits; therefore, review your product countless times so that, when you offer it, it lives up to your promises.
Social connection. Finally, no venture, life goal, or objective will be achieved without a connection to the surrounding community…
Sometimes we have goals that don't resonate with the community, and sometimes even our products can harm the environment.
If there isn't a genuine connection, you won't build a community where there's interaction, feedback, and constructive criticism that help spread the word about what you offer.

The way you treat your clients says a lot about you
In a medical practice, the cost of a consultation is defined by legal standards that set certain limits; however, many of us sometimes lower the consultation fee in response to certain circumstances or pressure from clients.
This is a bad idea…
First, the fee applies to everyone. There are no exceptions, and we must treat everyone equally; and, second, because by lowering the price, we’re compromising the perceived quality of our service, effectively admitting that the original price doesn’t truly reflect its value.
For other businesses, constantly lowering prices means attracting clients we don’t really want to attract.
Another common mistake is constantly offering the product…
When you’re constantly offering your solution, you come across as desperate and in need. Advertise honestly and clearly.
The same goes for saying “yes” to everything the customer says. Set certain limits for yourself and show your buyer that the product is designed with specific features for a reason.
A product should have the potential to transform someone’s life; for example, in the fashion industry, when certain clothing items are sold without giving customers suggestions on how to use them—whether it’s regarding accessories, washing instructions, or how to care for the garment when storing it…
For me, it’s important that, as a salesperson or business owner, you emphasize to the customer the importance of your product. And if you think it won’t be used in the best possible way, then teach people how to use it properly, because it often involves changing their lifestyle for the better.
Finally, stop trying to compete on price with others.
If your product is being offered at different prices, you should focus on improving your competitive advantage rather than engaging in a price war—which only serves to highlight that your product isn’t of the quality you previously advertised.

And remember that we must connect
Everything in life requires human connection to thrive.
Whatever solution you’re providing or offering to others, there must be a strong connection with them.
Many business leaders have made it clear that people don’t buy with their wallets, but with their hearts. That’s why we must empathize with and connect to our customers, transforming ourselves into people who don’t just produce goods or offer services, but who truly understand their needs.
The reality is that we must care about the human circumstances in which our business operates, with the goal of improving the well-being and quality of life of others; we must understand what social responsibility means.
The moment a person feels understood and surrounded by empathy, the value of your product ceases to be the priority, and their problem becomes the most important part of the buying and selling process.
In fact, we content creators must carefully choose our topics with our readers in mind, and this is evident on #Hive, where many of us today have a following that interacts with us and, in turn, helps us grow and improve our posts.
In life, the dynamic will always be geared toward improving human behavior and fostering growth in society.
Because no one grows alone, and because we are part of a humanity that, together, has demonstrated remarkable growth over the years.
