Hola a todos! parece que la temperatura ya está bajando por aquí en Polonia y es que muy pronto comienza el espectacular otoño, así que para aprovechar el fin de semana pasado con alta temperatura, Pawel, Olivia y yo decidimos volver a la hermosa ciudad de Cieszyn para campear por supuesto, pero esta vez si pudimos visitar más lugares allí, de hecho caminamos bastante y la pasamos increíble, razón por la cual estuve tan perdida por aquí, pero ya estoy de vuelta como siempre para compartirles algunas lindas fotos de este paseo.
Hi, everyone! It looks like the temperature is already dropping here in Poland, and the spectacular fall season is about to begin, so to make the most of last weekend’s warm weather, Pawel, Olivia, and I decided to return to the beautiful city of Cieszyn—to go camping, of course—but this time we were able to visit more places there. In fact, we walked quite a bit and had an amazing time—which is why I’ve been so MIA here—but I’m back as always to share some lovely photos from this trip with you.
Primero les cuento que visitamos la La Rotonda de San Nicolás, sí, esa que aparece en el billete de 20 eslotis, creo que la última vez que estuve allí fue cuando recién llegué a Polonia, es decir cuando solo eramos Pawel y yo, y como ven esta vez nos acompañaba nuestra pequeña hija Olivia, la verdad es que fue un poco emotivo para mí al pensar en todos los cambios que hemos pasado mi esposo y yo desde la última vez que visitamos este lugar y estaba tan feliz de poder volver.
First, let me tell you that we visited St. Nicholas’ Rotunda—yes, the one that appears on the 20-zloty bill. I think the last time I was there was when I first arrived in Poland—that is, when it was just Pawel and me—and as you can see, this time our little daughter Olivia was with us. To be honest, it was a bit emotional for me to think about all the changes my husband and I have gone through since the last time we visited this place, and I was so happy to be able to come back.
Por supuesto también visitamos la Plaza de mercado, donde hicimos una parada para tomar algo y refrescarnos y Olivia aprovechó de comerse unas ricas papas fritas, la verdad es que estaba muy bonito este lugar, y creo que la última vez que fuímos allí estaba en remodelación por lo que visitarlo ahora era como conocerlo otra vez.
Of course, we also visited the Market Square, where we stopped for a drink and to cool off, and Olivia took the opportunity to eat some delicious french fries. To be honest, this place was really beautiful, and I think the last time we were there it was under renovation, so visiting it now was like discovering it all over again.
También volvimos a la República Checa, donde visitamos el mismo restaurante de la última vez, Olivia se divirtió en el parque, y caminamos cerca de la orilla del río Olza donde nos refrescamos bastante, y es que Cieszyn tiene mucho para ver, por lo que es una ciudad que nos encanta. Luego volvimos al camping porque ya era tarde pero estabamos muy felices por este fin de semana increíble que tuvimos allí y del que tal vez pronto les estaré mostrando más en un video, por ahora me despido y espero que les gusten estas fotos y nuestro paseo por allí.
We also went back to the Czech Republic, where we visited the same restaurant as last time. Olivia had fun at the park, and we walked along the banks of the Olza River, where we cooled off quite a bit. Cieszyn has so much to see—that’s why we love this city so much. Then we went back to the campground because it was already late, but we were so happy about the incredible weekend we had there—and maybe I’ll show you more of it soon in a video.
