It is already nighttime, but I still felt that I had some extra energy left in me, so I decided to go to the garden for a quick walk. Over the past few months, this routine has become one of the best habits I have developed. It is something simple, yet it has added so much value to my daily life, and I truly hope to keep doing it for many years to come.

For me, walking is a healthy way of living. It is a gentle form of exercise, but beyond that, it also helps me clear my mind before going to sleep. A quiet walk at night feels like a way of detoxifying my thoughts after a long day. It allows me to breathe more deeply, slow down, and prepare myself for better sleep and proper rest.
Of course, I also brought my camera with me because even at night, the garden still offers beautiful subjects to photograph. What caught my attention this time was how the strong garden lights created a glowing effect on the leaves. With the light shining from behind, the leaves seemed almost illuminated from within. I found that effect very beautiful, especially in black and white, where the contrast between light and shadow becomes even more dramatic.
Moments like this remind me that photography does not always require grand scenes or perfect conditions. Sometimes, all it takes is a familiar place, a quiet evening, and the willingness to notice small details. Even an ordinary night walk can become meaningful when we allow ourselves to appreciate what is around us.
I am grateful for this habit of walking and photographing, because it keeps both my body and mind active in a peaceful way. It is a routine that gives me exercise, creativity, and a moment of calm all at once.
That is all for today. Have a great day ahead.
