Mornings are the best time of day to take photos in my town, or at least that's how it seems to me... I suppose it has to do with people's good moods (not everyone, but most), with the bustling activity in some streets or the familiar and expected stillness in others. It might also be related to the always special light of the early hours, or the presence of the fog, which is quite common here, as you know... I don't know, but the truth is that in the mornings it's easier to find stories in these streets that pulse and change their appearance, with a frequency unexpected for a town that's fallen on hard times like this... And there I am, observing everything, understanding it as a changing "something" worthy of being recorded... Oh yes, I almost forgot: Don't forget the cobwebs with dewdrops, or the portrait of a friend who left town and came back, and especially those wonderful creatures that are cats and dogs... That, and more, is what mornings are like in this small and somewhat sad town, which nevertheless continues trying to wake up cheerful and confident of a better day than the last...
